Downloading QT Pro Again

About a year ago, I purchased the upgrade to QT Pro. Recently, my computer's hard drive died. How do I download the QT Pro upgrade again without paying for it again?

I just bought a new powerbook and want to upgrade QT with the QT Pro purchase I made years ago. I have the Key code, but there is no place to enter it. Instead, I am asked for a registration code which is not the same thing (it doesn't work, I tried). This is so frustrating... how can I upgrade my software? The preferences only tell you how to buy a new QT Pro. Arghhh... this is so frustrating.

you don't have to purchase acrobat pro xi. you can, but you can also use it via adobe's creative cloud subscription service.
to use it via cc, uninstall your current trial.
then go here and log in with the same adobe id used to pay for your cc subscription and start your acrobat xi download, Adobe: Creative, marketing, and document management solutions

But i really wonder how you did that. did you always switch between design view and preview view, then change the key position for 2px then switch back, to align the four letters? because i imagine that can get really frustrating, if you have a logo consisting of 58 parts instead of 4!:)

You can download the setup file again from this Link (Download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | XI, X ) and Burn it to a DVD Disc using Windows Explorer.

Downloading Premiere Pro CC Gives Me an Error!

For some reason, I can't seem to download Premiere Pro CC. Two weeks ago, I installed it and it stopped at 42% and gave me an error, saying that another Adobe program was open, so I had to close that up. After closing that up, it worked perfectly well, and installed correctly. However, last week, when I tried opening Premiere Pro, it told me to uninstall and reinstall it because of a corrupt file or something. I tried uninstalling it, but it didn't work, so I just deleted the files in Program Files. After that, I tried reinstalling it three times, however it kept stopping at 42% and giving me an error, simply stating that it didn't install correctly with a (.34) after it. I can't click on the "More Information" button, and I've tried reinstalling Creative Cloud Desktop. I've been working on it for a week now, and I still can't get it to work. It keeps giving me that same error message. I've tried using CC Cleaner, but it gives me an error at the end of it, and I can't make left or right of the log. I've tried uninstalling CC Desktop, and then reinstalling it, but it still gives me the same error. Please help! I'm running Windows 8.1 64 bit. I can't make heads or tails of this problem, and I would really like to use Premiere Pro again. Thanks!
Edit: Also, I uninstalled Creative Cloud Desktop, and tried reinstalling it for a third time, but this time, it had an error installing the program. This has never happened, please help me!

Well, if evben the Cleaner doesn't work, you have a more serious problem on your system. From unsuitable security configuration to virus scanners and firewalls there could be a million things at play. Could also be permissions/ user privileges issues, but your info is to incomplete and vague. Check your system's event viewer for any warnings. Based on your description I tend to think you have an issue with teh Windows installer cache or the registry that prevents the install from ever finishing properly.

Why do you have the nVidia CUDA drivers installed on your nMP? It doesn't have any CUDA hardware on it. That's what Pr is tripping over.
Remove CUDA. Kill it with fire. Nuke it from orbit.
Then try again.

How to upload logic pro again

Hi. I bought logic pro X a few months back. Had to erase my computer so trying to upload again. Have the receipt with the order ID but have no record in the app store of the purchase so I am a little lost? Help :-)

If you are signed into the Mac App Store using the exact same Apple ID you used to purchase LPX originally (Check by clicking on the Mac App Store menu item Store.. and it will show the AppleID used at the bottom of the drop down menu) then you will find your prior purchases under the Purchases tab so you can click on the button to the far right of each purchase to download and install again for free.
If it doesn't show up under the purchases tab then the chances are you are not signed into the mac App Store using the same Apple ID you used to Purchases LPX originally.
To rectify, go to the Mac App Store menu bar and click on Store > Sign Out > and click on Sign In and do so with the correct Apple ID.

I Just downloaded Acrobat Pro after trial and now I can't open any files, when I click on icon I get this message: the last time you opened Acrobat, it unexpectedly quit while reopening windows. Do you want to try to reopen its window again? If you choose not to reopen windows, you may have to open and position the window yourself. There are 2 options: Don't Reopen or Reopen Either choice leads to a window that pops upend says please wait while we launch Acrobat and then window just closes quickly.

You may goto control panel and then go to program and features.
Select the Acrobat pro and chose the option change from the top. Fallow the onscreen instruction a windows will pop up where you need to choose repair.

Logic Pro X is served from the App Store - aka Mac App Store. This is the Apple software site.
You are posting in the iTunes Discussion groups. The iTunes App Store is a different store.
Anyhow - are you logged into your App Store account?
Have you tried to - sign out - reboot - and sign back in to your account?

Downloading Logic Pro 9 after it was replaced with Logic Pro X in the App Store

I bought Logic Pro 9 a while ago, and I recently reinstalled my Macbook's OS for a new school year, and now I can't find where I can download Logic Pro 9 again, as I don't want to spend another 200 USD on the newer Logic Pro X.

If you purchased Logic Pro 9 from the App store then...
On your Macbook, go to the Mac App Store app
Make sure you are signed into the App Store using the same Apple ID account that you used to purchase Logic Pro 9 originally...
Go to the Purchased tab in the Mac App Store app... and you will find Logic Pro 9 there, ready for you to download and install.
If it is not found under the purchased tab then either you have not signed in using the same Apple ID you used to purchase it originally or... something has become corrupted in your receipts on the Mac App Store servers.. in which case you will need to contact Apple and ask for their assistance to reset things server side. You should have an email from Apple which contains your order info when you bought Logic Pro 9 orginally and you may need to give them that order info for them to authenticate you did purchase LP9 before they can reset their server info for you. If you don't have it Apple may ask you for other proof of purchase such as CC records etc...
If you didn't buy LP9 originally via the app store then you must use the DVD version you originally used to install it.
