Downloading Recent Firmware for MSI GT60 2OC

I am trying to update the firmware of my laptop to the latest one, but when I navigate to download the recent firmware for my backlit keyboard for windows 8.1, I end up getting a 404 Error. Is there another way to download this firmware update please?

MSI GT60 2OC mSATA Ports

Hello, does the MSI GT60 2OC have mSATA ports for SSDs or for two SATA HDDs only?

It depends on which model I believe.
Some of the GT60's can come with the SuperRaid card, which should have support for up to 3 mSATA SSD's. If it did not come with the SuperRaid card, then it should have support for 2 x 2.5" HDD's.
The easiest way to find this out is to remove the bottom panel (about 12 screws I believe) and just look at the 2 disk drive bays. One should have a disk, and the other will either have the SuperRaid card/PCB, or it will have a SATA connector.

HT202044 Why does my iPad say that it has to download the firmware for my AV adapter when I plug it in?

I am trying to play videos from my iPad to my TV, but when I plug in my AV adapter to my iPad it says it has to download the firmware for the accsory. And it is supposidly already downloading when the message pops up I can never see any type of status bar or anything like that.

That appears to be a bug in iOS 8.2. Restoring your iPad to Factory settings has fixed it for those reporting the problem.

MSI GT60 2OC - Is my GPU Dead?

I bought MSI GT60 2OC few days ago and it seems that there is something wrong with the main GPU. I've noticed poor performance in game and when I try to update nvidia drivers I got a message that the hardware cannot be found. When I try to acces the nvidia control panel I got a message the user do not use a monitor connected to NVIDIA graphic card. What should I do? I bought it in Poland few days ago (I'm in UK now and it would be expensive to send it back to the store). I live in Coventry and I found following address on the MSI website:

Can I just take it there to get it fixed? It's just few miles from my place.

MSI GT60 2OC Wifi Problems?

After getting my new GT60 2OC, i updated the system through windows update and manually downloaded the most up to date drivers for the killer wireless 1202 n and the nvidia 770m graphics card. However after installing the wifi driver for the laptop, i started having random disconnects and after finding out that it's not a problem with the router/ISP, i installed the wifi driver again using the disk that came with the laptop. Now, the wifi works only after installing, and if i reboot, the driver would become unrecognized by windows. Any help please?
Edit: Also the cd drive is EXTREMELY loud (as loud as the fan boost) is this normal?
Edit 2: Managed to get my wifi working again. The solution was to uninstall the wifi driver in device manager after installing the killer suite, then scan for hardware changes, and apply a copy of only the wifi driver. Everything is working fine now, i'll post again if i need any more help. I think the problem was that the bluetooth drivers were somehow disabling/conflicting with the wifi driver during the installation. (Wifi works before the bluetooth driver installs, but once the installation is done, the wifi driver stops working instantly or after restarting the computer)

My Wifi/Lan card is the KillerE2200.
For the DVD drive issue, most likely an RMA is the only way to fix it.
For the WIFI/LAN, your LAN is a E2200, but it is NOT the WIFI. This can be different for some notebooks, and I'm not certain what the config is for the GT60 20C. You might have a Killer Networks 1202 WIFI card, or maybe some Intel card, I'm not entirely sure. You'll need to look into it and figure it out yourself as far as which card you have. From there, we can then try to look into the problem more. But without knowing the proper WIFI card, it's going to be difficult.

I once contacted MSI with a problem, and they linked me to the drivers page, but now it says that it has been deleted. Can anyone give me a link where to download the latest firmware for 40RL838G?
I want to update with USB stick (no internet connection available)
Latest firmware (in firmware information) is 6.4.0V.1, but TV has 6.1.oK.1 (21.Oct 2011)

Try the download below for AirPort Utility for Windows to either download the firmware or manage the Airport Extreme. If that does not work, try using Airport Utility for iOS to manage it there as well. When you are in either of those apps, you can update the firmware within them.

Custom bios for MSI GE70 2OC

I have a MSI GE70 2OC with Windows 8.
My BIOS is E1757IMS.511 build 08/27/2013, EC Version is 1757EMS1 Ver. 5.06, build 07/30/2013.
I saw in another topic that in modified bios FAN behaviour can be changed? I really don't like that FAN is always on when on AC power.
What else can be changed or what hidden functions has my BIOS?

Can't Download Any Firmware for Zen V Plus

? I've tried to update my little old Zen V Plus by downloading the latest firmware and applications, but I keep getting error messages. One error says "C:\Windows\system32\regsvr32.exe not found" and the other error has the code of 2472332. I'm running Windows XP Media Edition (2002) and Windows Media Player . My Creative Media Explorer won't let me add new media, and while I know I can do this via the Windows Media Player, I'd actually prefer to use the Creative Explorer. What am I doing wrong here? I've done device manager and updated the drivers, and my Zen V Plus is still detected. My USB is fine. Is there anything else I should do before I uninstall and reinstall all my Creative software? I still have my disc, and upon reinstalling the Media Explorer, the option to add media was greyed out. I'd truly appreciate any suggestions, and thanks in advance!

Just an update on my initial post, if anyone even noticed!
I was able to install new firmware, but not any software like Creative Source. It simply won't open. This goes for the Media Explorer as well. Using my disc, I'm still getting the same error codes. The video converter opened, but it doesn't recognize my player as being plugged in. I was able to roll back to Windows Media Player 0, but my system wouldn't let me install Service Pack 2. So now what? I'd like to be able to convert videos and add music through the Media Explorer instead of Windows Explorer. Once again, any thoughts on this would be helpful, thanks. I'm really at my wits' end.

I was impatient so called into support and got the answer. For anyone else that is looking it is bundled with 1.3.5.58 firmware in a zip file. Just poor file organization and descriptions on download page in my opinion.
