Downloading sales area to CRM

hi..
Can any one help me giving the download objects to download, Sales Organisation.
Thanks and regards,
Laya

Hi Latha,
I think you want to download ECC Sales Organization to CRM.
Follow the path as -
SAP Customizing Implementation Guide>Customer Relationship Management>Organizational Management>Data Transfer>Copy SAP ECC Sales Structure
or T Code CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE
Here Select the ECC Sales Organizations which you want to download into CRM.
Note Each Unique ECC Sales Organizations, Sales Office, Sales Group,Organization unit will be generated into CRM.
For Distribution channel & division there will be no Org Units generated on CRM.
Hope this will resolve your problem.

  • Sales area Upload CRM to SAP R/3 Middleware

    Dear SDN team,
We are facing a Unique Isssue when replicating a Sales area data of a BP from CRM to SAP R/3 .
The versions are SAP CRM 5.2 and SAP R/3 4.6c
Problem : We have created a BP with Role "Prospect" initially in CRM and added a Sales area to same using CRM Web UI. Now we upgrade the Prospect to a Role "Sold to Party" and later deleted the old Prospect role .
Through Middleware Delta events , the Business Partner in Role "sold to party" is successfully getting replicated to SAP R/3 system with General data .
But the Sales area is missing . Why is this ??
One more point is that , when we manually change the Sales area in CRM again and save the changes made , the Sales area is flowing into SAP R/3 system automatically . this is strange for us !!
Why is the Sales area not getting replicated into SAP R/3 system automatically whereas the General data of the BP is getting replicated ??
Please help us ..Point will be rewarded for the correct answer.

  • Need of Tables for the BP Master--Sales Area in CRM

    Dear Friends,
i need of your help in finding out the proper tables in CRM for the BP Master -- Sales Area data(Region, Sales District, Sales Office, Business Partner Code, Business Partner Name
    Thanks & Regards
    ARUN

    Hi,
You can check table BUT000 for BP general data.
For Org data check CRMD_ORGMAN and BUT100 for Roles.
I think these are sufficient for the fields mentioned from your side, if it doesn't suffice let me know.

  • Download Sales Office from CRM to CDB

    Hi all,
I am trying to download the replication object DNL_CUST_S_OFFI (sales office) from CRM to CBD. However, there is no such load object available when i try to run in R3AS. I got the error There is no object definition for object when load in R3AS. May i know what is the correct adapter object name for this replication object DNL_CUST_S_OFFI?
    Thanks

    Hi,
Make sure Sbdoc DNL_CUST_S_OFFI is active and generate services for it using SMOGGEN. Then the data will be written into CDB tables like SMOTVKBT/SMOTVKBZ(I'm not sure about the exact one)
Then do an extract of the object DNL_CUST_S_OFFI to download the data to the client.
Goto smoeac : filter the mobile sites : Click the requisite mobile site and Start an extract : Select Customizing Objects (double click)
Now you'll get a list of replication objects : Select the bulk Replication object DNL_CUST_S_OFFI and start extract.
    Tnx.

  • Table for BP sales area in CRM 7.0

    Hi Experts,
This is regarding the BP tables in CRM where assigned sales area information is saved. I could not able to figure out in which table I can see only assigned sales areas. I have checked tables like CRMM_BUT_LNK0140, CRMM_BUT_LNK0141, CRMM_BUT_LNK0010, CRMM_BUT_FRG0080, CRMM_BUT_FRG0081. In these table I can see all the sales areas in the systems for a single BP. But I am looking for only maintained sales areas for a single BP.
Could you please advise in which tables I can find this info and how to pull exact information.
    Thanks in advance!
    Regards,
    Kumar Budidagaddapalli.

    Sincere Vishal,
DB CRMV_BP_FRG0140 returns Sls group, office and organization, but no Sales area. I would simply like to check sales area for two organizations.
    Example (how it should be):
-sales organization: 1, sales area: blank
-sales organization: 2, sales area: 1000
I can find sales organization in different table, but can't find sales area, even in Tx BP (under sold-to-party role, Sales Area Data section. Any suggestions?

  • Sales Area determination in follow-up ERP Sales order from CRM opportunity

    Hi Experts,
Iu2019ve configured everything needed for ERP sales Order to be created as follow-up from CRM opportunity.
sales area in CRM opportunity is correctly determined (but division is disabled)
Sales Org : 1000, Distribution Channel: 10 and Division : 01 (Division is not displayed in opportunity)
But when I created ERP sales order as follow-up document from opportunity, system checks for sales area 1000, 10, 00 (This sales area or Division u201800u2019 doesnu2019t exist in either systems ERP / CRM) and gives a error message.
If you have any idea how sales area determination works in follow-up ERP Sales order please share.
your help will be highly appreciated
    Thanks
    Manjushail

    Hi Christian,
If the service order line items are entittled to service contract , at each item level you will get contract info in contract data tab.
when you transfer these items to confirmation , confirmation item contract data will not have contract information. Only when you enter items in confirmation manually then system will pop up window for selection contract and confirmation items get contract information.
    thanks,

    Hi All,
I am getting below error while delta or request download of customer.
No valid complaint data was found in this sales area

ECC-->Customer(Sold to) extended to a sales area and saved.
CRM-->Business partner gets updated in the CRM properly.
ECC--> Deletion flag for same customer and same sales area is set. (Deletion flag - "Selected sales area").
CRM-->Business partner gets updated in the CRM properly and is not shown as extended to the sales area via BP t code.
ECC-->Deletion flag is removed for the customer.
CRM--> BDOC fails to update the Partner and goes in error.
Problem comes when deletion flag is removed in ECC.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Ram,
Hope you have not make any field mandatory in the Complaint tab in the sales area section in the BP.
When you are removing the deletion flag please check if any entry is mandatory in the Complaint tab.
    Hope this will be useful

  • Missing Item Category Group in Sales Area data

    Hi,
Can you please help us. We cannot load some materials to our product catalog because of missing item category group in our sales area in crm. Can you please let us know why this happens? I know that this can be fix by doing request load but what might be the possible rootcause of this problem? Let us know if we need to check something. Thanks!
    Regards,
    Mike

Any such missing configuration can not be dealt with technical manipulations. The easiest and right way is to (middleware) download or maintain all the required configuration settings.
The possible root cause? Most probably the configuration in the source system (ECC) has changed and not all of them are in place in the CRM system. Check and run the delta / full downloads as appropriate.

  • Sales area determination in BP

We are rolling out SAP CRM for one of our companies,
The sales area is not getting determined at the time of creating BP.

    Dear Rajendra,
Thanks for your information and sorry for delay.
I have maintained obj. permitted determination in the attribute tab, and I have compare with my both system i.e. ERP and CRM in the crm orgniazational unit, there is a function tab there we are mainitaining the r/3 sales org and attribute like DC and Division. I found that there is not update new distribute chanell and division attribute details.
Can I know is there any object to dowload the sales are data into crm system. I found one object i.e. DNL_CUST_S_AREA, can I know what is the functionality of this object.
I have tried this object in the quality but no result.

  • Replication of Sales Office and SAles group into CRM from ECC6

    Hi All,
recently I added the sales group and sales office into and existing sales are in ECC6.
    1. how can I replicate that sales group and sales office replicate into CRM and Assign to the same sales area
2, how can replicate a new sales area into CRM?
    3. do I need to do something in Org structure..?
    thanks,
    Ken

    Hello Ken,
You can download new sales office & sales group using Transaction code CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE.
After executing this transaction you can see new sales office & sales group structure.
You have to select this new sales office & group rows & generate structure. After that you have to save. While saving you can give the earlier CRM Sales Organization unit.
You can see new sales office & sles group under earlier sales organization in PPOMA_CRM.

  • COMMPR01 - sales area extension

    Hi All,
We have the Sales areas downloaded from ECC and Org model is up to date.
In the commpr01 transaction, when I go to extend the SAles area to the newly downloaded sales area; system is not displaying the newly downloaded sales area.
could you please revert with the information on how to map the Product to newly downloaded sales areas.
    Best Regards,
    RLS

    HI
    1. From your problem it seems that, the materials are also downloaded from ECC.
    2. When the materials are downloaded from ECC to CRM, then the material has to be extended in ECC first and then through DELTA DOWNLOAD it will flow to CRM.
    3. Hence, please extend the material in the required SALES AREA in ECC. Once replicated, you will see that in COMMPR01 also.
    Hope this will help.

  • Why do we have to use the sales area?

    Dear experts,
I was looking for SAP Documentation but couldn't find anything relevant.
I'm using CRM 5.0 and ERP 2005. I'd like to implement the following scenario:
    - Create BP / BA / Technical Object and contract in CRM
    - Replication in ISU
    - In ISU, we are using the contract partner (role MKK) with a SD Customer.
Can I implement this scenario without using sales area in CRM?
From my understanding, we need to set up the sales area in CRM for 2 main reasons:
Reason 1) Supported scenarios for BP replication
Option a) CRM sold to party without sales area <-> ISU contract partner without SD
Option b) CRM sold to party with sales area <-> ISU contract partner with SD
So SAP doesn't support the scenario: CRM sold to party without sales area <-> ISU contract partner with SD
Reason 2) We need the sales area to use sales transaction. For my scenario, i need to use service contract. so i need the sales area in CRM.
Could you please tell me if i am correct? I heard that some people manage to replicate the contract partner in ISU without using sales area in CRM. And the SD customer was correctly created. (Because the SD customer is automatically created when a contract partner is created in ISU).
    Thanks in advance,
    Best regards,
    Stephanie

    Dear Vikash and dear Javier,
Thanks for your help. I am still confused with these sales area. But what you say is:
    - We can create a sold to party without sales area in CRM and it could be replicated into ISU as a contract partner with an SD customer.
    - To replicate the service contract into ISU, I need to assign to this document a sales area. Is it necessary because it will be replicated in ISU as an utilities contract and it's not an SD document? If the sales area are required, i will have to set up these sales area in the organizational structure (PPOMA_CRM). In this case, when I will create the service contract, I will have to determine the correct organisational structure based to some custom/specific rules?
Sorry for these riddiculous questions but it's hard for me to understand this sales area concept.
    Thanks again,
    Stephanie

  • Where can I get the orders related to the sales area

    Hi,
Could anybody tell me the Orders related to the Sales Area in CRM.
    Thanks,
    bsv.

    HI,
YOu can use table CRMD_ORDERADM_H, CRMD_LINK and CRMD_ORGMAN.
    Get order GUID from CRMD_ORDERADM_H
    find record in CRMD_LINK with
    GUID_HI = Order GUID from CRMD_ORDEARDM_H
    OBJTYPE_HI = '05'
    OBJTYPE_SET = '21'
You will get one and ony one record. now take GUID_SET from this record and goto table CRMD_ORGMAN
Use this GUID_SET in CRMD_ORGMAN to get your sales area..
    This must solve your problem.
Kindly reward with points in case helpful
    Sharif.
