Hi! I'm trying to download a trial of InDesign and the Adobe page states that it is "downloading now", but there has been no change in this status nor any pop-up or block that I can see that needs actioning. I've restarted the process once (full computer shut down) but still to no avail! Internet strength is at max so I don't think it's a connectivity issue.
Any suggestions?

No. Your browser is something like Microsoft Internet Explorer verson 5. Please give us the name and version of the software you use to browser the internet with. Please let us know what version of Windows XP (give us the service pack you are running).
It appears that a 2032 error might relate to an url (internet resource or file) that cannot be located. Is it possible that you are behind a company firewall that is preventing access to the file you are trying to download?

Can't download trial version CS4 onto Windows XP SP3 -- server error

I cannot download trial version CS4 onto my Windows XP SP3. I get a server error. I had another coworker try and same problem. I tried another trial product--same problem. Is the problem on the host server? Or is the problem on my end.

The download servers are temporary unavailable sometimes, so retrying at a differnt time doesn't hurt, but could well be on your end. you need however to provide more info on your network configuration. Firewalls? Routers? Access provider?

Why can't I download trial for Acrobat Pro on my Mac? I get an error message. I click the download: "Install Adobe Download Assistant", then click on it, see Adobe AIR application instaler, then get "Sorry, and error has occurred. This application cannot be installed because this installer has been mis-configured. Please contact the application author for assistance." If I knew who the application author was, I'd contact him! There are some known issues when downloading Adobe Download Assistant which you can find at:
Troubleshoot Adobe Download Assistant
So, you might alternatively need to try downloading Acrobat from the link given below:

Note:
1) You need to stay on the Adobe trial page for the respective product that you're downloading. You should be signed in.
2) Copy/ Paste trial link for the files that you're downloading from Prodesigntools on to the address bar of Adobe trial page and hit enter.

Hi. I've been having alot of trouble intalling the trial of Adobe Photoshop elements 11. I've found solutions until now when I get the message "the following disk images could not be mounted - error 4960"
I'm on a 2012 Macbook pro w/ retina display
MAC OSX 10.8.2
Also I just want to say I've had nothing but trouble with the download assisstant, it really doesn't work well.
EDIT: tried direct downlod link and got "access denied" message.

Else you can follow the steps below carefully to download Photoshop Elements 11 for MAC :
1. Navigate to Photoshop Elements 11 downloads page : http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop_elements&loc=us
2. Sign in with your Adobe ID.
3.Copy and paste the following link on the address bar and hit enter :

4. Save the file.
5. Run the .dmg file to start installing.

I am trying to download Lightroom trial. Once I get to the "Downloading Trial" page, Adobe Manager application tries to open, then quits—over and over. What gives?

uninstall your cc desktop app, clean (Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6) and then reinstall the desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
use the desktop app to install id cc.

and activate with your serial number.
if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.
the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version.

Joetex684 if the trial is indicating that it is expired then I would recommend evaluating Acrobat on a different computer. You can find more details at Adobe trial software expired early.
If you are facing a different error when launching or installing Acrobat can you please post the error message? What operating system are you using?

Trouble downloading trial version of PSE 10 onto MacMini

I purchased PSE 10 software to install on my mac mini OSX 10.8.1. When I put the disc into my external drive, the software does not begin installing. I was told to try to download trial version from Adobe and later, enter my Key Code to install software this way. I downloaded the Adobe Download Assistant just fine but am getting Error 109 when I try to download the trial version. My network connection is fine and my disk is brand new. Please help.

And make sure you use the right disc (Disc 3) in the first place. Macs also do not autorun, so you need to launch the installer manually.

Can't really read your graphic. In any case, just download it to a local folder. Then run the program. Don't put it in the run mode that will start the program as you download.
