Downloading XI Pro free 30 day Trial
I had acrobat standard and wanted to trial the adobe XI Pro. When downalding the free 30 day trial I deleted the standard by mistake. How do I get this back at end of trial without having to pay again?

However, now when Lightroom opens, it is asking whether I want to BUY or have a free 30 day trial and won't progress any further into the app.
My CC icon reveals that my software is up to date but I can't get past this register screen, without selecting BUY or FREE 30 TRIAL .

I was directed to adobe to download CS4 on my new iMAC after hardware failure on PC. The valid CS4 serial number for the PC is now not recognized by Adobe, even though I downloaded all the software successfully on the new iMac.. They gave me a free 30 day trial on the new iMAC.........Does this mean I have to spend a lot of money to update and activate the latest CS release on the new machine ??????
Purple Lobster your Creative Suite 4 serial number is for Windows or Mac only. If you were previously using it on Windows then it is likely you have a Windows license. You can verify by checking your serial number at http://www.adobe.com/. If you wish to run Adobe Creative software on your new iMac then I would recommend a Creative Cloud complete or single application membership. Having trouble downloading free 30 day trial. Need help.
Trying to download the free 30 day trial. I get error message saying "Update Failed - Download error. Press Retry to try again or contact customer support. (49)" When I press Retry, I get the same error message. What else can I do?
Does the download run for several minutes and then fail or fail immediately?
Failing after some minutes usually means an iffy internet connection or a global internet outage.
Failing immediately usually indicates an issue on the local computer with an internet security app or firewall blocking the download, though if the download is finishing, sometimes an internet security product will block the executable from running.
A suggestion would be to turn off any internet security apps temporarily and retry the update process. -
Project Pro 2013 60 Day Trial....didn't last 60 days
I download and installed the Project Pro 2013 60 day trial and it disabled most of the features after about 7 days. Does anyone know if this can be fixed so that I can use the entire 60 days?

Help with website for free 30 day trial
I am out of town for a technology conference and have paid for a workshop on Photoshop. I just received an email from the teacher that I must bring a laptop with Photoshop CS6 installed. I was sent the following link....

Watson Chapel School District has purchased liscense for this product. I just have not had this installed on my computer yet. I am the technology coordinator for the district and really need to learn how to use this product.
I am happy to use the free 30 day trial until I get back to get the real deal product installed; but the link does not work.

Premiere Pro CS3 30-day trial installation
I've been unable to install the Premiere Pro CS3 30-day trial: after I select the 30-day trial radio button, I'm told that there has been an error that ends the operation. My PC runs Windows Vista Ultimate with SP1.

Visio Pro 2013 - 60 Day Trial Activation won't work
Hi,
I just downloaded the Visio Pro 2013 60 day trial, however when I put in my email address and password correctly it comes up with this error.
"The account email address here isn't associated with this Office product. To activate this install, please sign in with the account associated with your product
Please help within the next 2-3 days otherwise I think it resets.

Have you installed Office 2013 trial version before? If you have, you might receive the error messages. Even if you uninstall the trial version successfully, its product key and other license details still reside in your Windows which cause
a license mismatch problem and Visio 2013 shows this error message and doesn't activate itself.
We could activate it manually. Please try the following methods:
Method One:
Go to TechNet Evaluation center
>Sign in with your live account> Get the Visio Pro 2013 Product Key>
Open Control Panel and click on Programs and Features icon >Right Click on Microsoft Visio
>Enter a Product Key > Type your 25-characters product key and click on Continue button.
Method Two:
If the above mentioned method doesn't work for you, please try to use Microsoft Visio Support Diagnostic to collect the detailed information and then do further troubleshoot:

What did you get a trial of? Was it Acrobat? If so, you need to download the software, and install it. If you already downloaded software, look for a .dmg file (Mac OS) or .exe file (Windows), and then double-click to run the installer.
If that doesn't answer your question, please let us know what trial you're trying to get started.

If I already have CS5, but want to do a free 30 day trial of CS6 will it interfere with my copy of CS6? Does it download separately?
Separate versions, separat install and licensing. CS6 will do nothing to your existing software and as a matter of fact your CS5 will remain in place even with the full version of CS6 unless you explicitly uninstall it....
