Downloads from newspaper open in new window, recently window has started opening on right side of desktop, I cannot get it to open on left, any ideas?

When downloading articles from newspaper a new window opens. Window has always opened reduced on the left side of desktop, recently it has started opening on the right side. I have tried moving it over to left side before closing the window & restarting Firefox, this worked one time. I have Javascript set up to not allow sites to move or resize windows, changing this setting had no effect. This only happens with Firefox.

If a bookmark previously opened in the sidebar on the left then check the details of that bookmark.
You can check the Properties of a bookmark via the right-click context menu in the side bar (Ctrl+B). 
In the Bookmarks Manager (Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks) you can click the More button in the Details pane at the bottom right. 
You can set "Load this bookmark in the side bar" as you like it.

By signing up for an apple ID it means she will be able to download her own apps and music and in future redownload if required for free. Ideally it should be the primary email address she uses as you can't transfer purchases etc to another ID.
Photos shouldn't disappear but back them up before hand. These days everyone gets an iCloud.com address so she could use this as her ID. You would need to go to www.apple.com/iCloud from a computer to sign up for this. Bearing in mind you need a mac with lion or mountain lion or a pc with windows vista onward to take advantage of all services like calendar sync and find my iPhone etc.
Otherwise sign up for an apple id with any other email address. You can do this at https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/
AND Click on create an apple ID.
the applications linked to your existing apple ID will have to be redownloaded on the other ID but you won't lose them on yours.

FireFox will not start, I even uninstalled it and reinstalled and cannot get it to open. When I click on the icon it seems like something is about to happen and then nothing does. No processes activate it Windows Task Manager either.

Open a new I.E window from web dynpro

Hi:
When I click on a button I would like to open a new I.E. window
I have used the following code:
IWDWindowInfo windowInfo =               (IWDWindowInfo) wdComponentAPI.getComponentInfo().findInWindows("Window1");
     IWDWindow window =     wdComponentAPI.getWindowManager().createWindow(windowInfo, true);
     window.open();
but this one opens a popup window. I wanna open a new window independent of the current window.

       If u want to open a external window u have to use
IWDWindow window = wdComponentAPI.
        getWindowManager().createExternalWindow("URL", "Title",false);
Follow the below steps
1.Create a different application(app2) and component(comp2) linking to the window2 in the same project
2.Deploy the app2.
3.Go to ur view implementation in the window 1 .
4.write the below code snippet to get the url
String applicationURL = WDURLGenerator.getApplicationURL(ProjectName, App2);
5.Open external window using
IWDWindow window = wdComponentAPI.
        getWindowManager().createExternalWindow(applicationURL, "Title",false);
window.open();
Now ur window 2 will be opened in the new I.E
To have more info on WDURLGenerator api.

You should probably just download the trial version of pse 12 and see if you can live with it.

That being said, have you tried to install pse 1 on your computer?
How much free space is on your hard drive?
Do you have Internet Explorer 10 or 11?

What version of iPhoto? Assuming 09 or later:
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. .

Unfortunately there isn't official commercial support for Mozilla Thunderbird from Mozilla Corp.. I believe some contributors here ([http://mozilla.magicfab.ca myself included]) do offer such support, though.

Regarding your issue, it looks like the mail folder information may be corrupt. In the left pane, in the folder list, right-click on the Sent folder and select '''Properties'''. Choose "'''Rebuild Index'''" or "'''Repair Folder'''" - do you even have that option? Once done, exit TB completely and restart it.
Updating to a newer version will help anyone help you, if only because some of the documentation for older Thunderbird versions is a bit harder to find and testing to try & reproduce your problem will be harder. Don't do this just yet, though :)
After this issue has been addressed I would suggest considering using IMAP if your provider allows you to, and of course archiving your email to Local Folders and doing regular backups of your profile.

When I clicked on "DesignStandard_CS6_LS16.exe I am told the application can't open because Microsoft Windows applications are not supported on OS X. Does anyone know how to contact Adobe directly? I keep going around and around on their site and have found no e-mail or phone number to contact them to get this straightened out. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Mail regularly open the new blank message window

After Mail initial start the programm opens a new blank message window. When I try to close it I receive the message "Do you want to save it as a draft and work on it later?"

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all your extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.
You can use "Disable all add-ons" on the ''Safe mode'' start window.
You have to close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (on Mac: "Firefox > Quit")
