Downloads Page Not Working

If I do a search for a Crystal Reports download, a grid comes up with results. But I cannot change the page, change the results to show 50 results instead of 10 or any other navigation, the grid closes and the search has to be reset.
My download is not on the first page, so what I want is inaccessible. Help!

Hi, Marilyn. Here are the steps I am following:
1) Go to https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/businessobjects-downloads
2) Select 'Crystal Reports', no Product Version, and choose 'Service Packs'.
3) There are 7 pages of results in the grid that appears. But when I try to change pages or change the 'Display Rows" drop-down, the entire grid disappears.

  • Download page not working

    I have tried 3 times this morning and the download page won't load after I select eLearning Suite 6.1.
    Last week when I tried to upgrade to CP7 I couldn't get it to work either.
    Now they've migrated my computer to Win7 and I need the eLearning Suite again and then upgrade Captivate to 7.
    I've written to ADOBE For help but so far nothing.

  • Flash for firefox download page not working

    The download link for the adobe flash player plugin for firefox does not appear to be working. I'm getting a page load error when clicking on the download link on the following URL: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
    I've tried revisiting the page over several days this past week with no change. What am I missing here?

    What is your operating system?  If Windows, try downloading the offline installer from http://helpx.adobe.com/content/help/en/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-player- windows.html#main-pars_header

        Hi karthirocks! I'm sorry to see you're having any difficulties using these links. I've clicked on both, but had no problems getting pages to launch or in getting the application to download. If this is still a problem for you, please describe the issue you're experiencing.     If the file has "stub" in the name, it needs to connect back to the server for additional files. Some firewalls block that. Try installing the full installer from the following page (scroll down for your preferred language):

  • RealPlayer download feature not working in Firefox (but works in IE)

    Realplayer download feature (cursor over a youtube video, "download this video" pops up) has recently quit working for me (I've been using it for months). I've searched knowledge bases and forums extensively and tried all the suggestions., such as rolling back from Flash Player 11.5 to 10.3 (no luck), disabling/enabling RealPlayer Download plugin in Firefox (no luck), etc. The one suggestion I'd like to try but can't is going into RealPlayer preferences and enabling/disabling the "Download and Record" function. I can't because all I have in my preferences is "Recording" and the options have nothing to do with downloading. None of the RealNetworks/RealPlayer support sites are helpful at all...
    However, the download feature works just fine in Internet Explorer

    Realplayer download does not work in Firefox. Someone suggested ant.com as an add-on. That works.
    For youtube I use YTD downloader (a youtube product). It is more reliable for youtube videos.

    I get a dialog box stating that I have Explorer 4 and I need a later version.
    I am in fact running Explorer 10.

  • CD installation disk download link not working

    I'm trying to download the CD installation disk for the WRT400N.  The disk came with the router
    but the glue on the label got on the disk and makes it almost unreadable.
    Can someone check that link to see why the .iso file is only a couple of bits in size?  Should be @400mb.

    Yes, it can be configured without the disk, I realize that.  This is my first experience with routers and wi-fi, so I would like a better copy of this disk I paid for.  But the link for that download does not work.  I was addressing that.
    The disk I got had a dot of glue from the label on it and while it worked, it took almost half an hour to get it done.
    Part of the disk is unreadable when I tried to copy it, so I want to download the .iso file to create a backup disk.

    For the wifi problem:
    Does the iOS device connect to other networks?
    Does the iOS device see the network?
    Any error messages?
    Do other devices now connect?
    Did the iOS device connect OK before?
    Try the following to rule out a software problem:                 
    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
    Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
    least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Power off and then back on your router
    .- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
    - iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
    - Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network       
    - iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
    - Restore from backup. See:

    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
    If still problem make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

    Help !! After successfull configuration of WiFi network and downloading appletv update, appletv tries to download date&time.
    This is ongoing since more then one hour without success. Unfortunately movie downloads do not work without date&time configeration . What can I do ?

    Unplug your Apple TV & disconnect the HDMI cable from the TV.  Try first connecting the HDMI cable to the TV, then the power cord into the socket or back into the Apple TV.
