DQM for SAP - Quarterly Adjustment reports

Hi,
Can someone sheds some light on how the Quarterly Adjustment Reports in DQM work for pre-load u201CCleansed Addressesu201D?
I know when scheduling the first report (RSADRQU1), we have the following options:
1.     No Unchecked addresses.
2.     Included unchecked addresses.
3.     Only unchecked addresses.
However, my question is if my client load u201CCleansed Addressesu201D directly into SAP CRM through some SAP standard load mechanism - I think they call it Direct Input. When we run the Quarterly reports will it pick up these addresses and cleanse it again? If yes, then which of the above options should I check if I want to exclude these pre-loaded records? Is there a flag that I can set in order to ensure that these records will not be picked up by the RSADRQU1 report?

If the address data is pre-cleansed prior to loading it into the SAP system there is no need to run the quarterly adjustment reports - however - by running the reports the customer will get a list of addresses that did not validate so they can be manually resolved if they so desire.

1) Business Add-In: Data Change in 'Claim Overview' Report - CLAIM_REPORT_ADD_1
Use
With this enhancement you can change data in the claim report 'Claim Overview'.
Do not change the key QMNUM in the transfer table pt_qmel.
Requirements
If you want to display more columns than those stipulated by SAP in the standard system in structure RCLAIM001 you must first add these additional columns to the structure RCLAIM001.
2) Business Add-In: Data Change in 'Claim Hierarchy' Report - CLAIM_REPORT_ADD_2
Use
With this enhancement you can change data for the claim report 'Claim Hierarchy'.
Do not change the key fields QMNUM, MANUM and OBJNR in the transfer table pt_qmel.
Requirements
If you want to display more columns than those stipulated by SAP in the standard system in structure RCLAIM002 you must first add these additional columns to the structure RCLAIM002.

DQM for SAP

we are Installing Business Object Components...........To Start with we Installed Business Objects Data Services on AIX 64 bit..
We Installed Data Insight...........
Now we are installing DQM for SAP CRM/ERP for which one of the part includes installing DS components.The installation guide says to install DS components on the server where Data Services has been installed,but we could not find any software for DS COmponet applucable for AIX.The guide too gives instrauctions for Windows.Has anyone successfully installed these compoemnts on AIX?

We have customers on AIX and test the product on AIX 5.2/5.3 64 bit. The DQ adaptor Data Services components that need to be installed are in the DataQualityServer folder. You need to import the atl files into Data Services per the steps in the users guide section "Install the Data Services Component" - the instructions there state: "This section describes installing the Data
Services Component for both Windows and UNIX/Linux" so no need to look for a Unix specific section. After you completed installing the atl files on Data Services - if your going to install the RFC server on AIX - install the 64 bit 1.5 Java runtime.

Font and font color are getting changed for SAP R/3 report in portal

Hai,
We are using ITS 6.2 patch 26 and EP 6.0.
When i run a SAP R/3 4.6C report in ITS 6.2, the report content are shown in Courier New font with blue color.
When i run the same report from portal, the report content are shown in Arial font with blackish blue color.
Can anyone tell why in portal the font attributes are getting changed and how to have the same font attributes in portal also.

Please go to System Administration -> Portal Display -> Themes.
You can change the font type , color and size from here and have to properly assign it to the Desktop for the users for which these font should be displayed .

if you have access to the HANA Live RDS documentation which comes as part of the so called Step-by-Step Guide you can find a document RDS_SHL_HANA10V5_Technical_Content_Mapping_EN_XX.xls in the folder structure. To get to this file you need to drill down this path:..RDS SBS Guides\HANA Live\V5\Serv_Enabled\RDS
In that file you find all the tables used in all the RDS content.

If you change the match scores/percentages in the job for the DQM for SAP product, this will then be overwritten by the match score that is passed when the job is kicked off from the SAP CRM/ECC. So the answer from Pandeyji will not work as expected for this product - in order to change the matching for DQM for SAP you would either need to change the threshold when you run the Batch Match (/fldq/rsadrini) report in the Threshold parameter on the report. See more information on this in the 3.14.1.1 To run the Initial Match Code (Index) Setup program secion of the latest DQM for SAP user's guide.
If you want to change the threshold for the duplicate check (DES) interactive - you need to either set that when you activate the duplicate check index pools (this is depending on what system you are running CRM/ECC). Check more about is in the 3.12 Activate duplicate check index pools secion of the latest User's Guide. Or it needs to be set through the IMG settings as explained in the 4.9.1.1 Operating parameters used only by the CRM IC WebClient or CRM WebClient
configuration. What you need to do here is absolutely dependent on the version of SAP application you are running as well as the version of the DQM For SAP product you are on (all these things I am pasting in here are from the DQM for SAP 4.0 guide - the latest version).
If you want to change the break keys that are created and in use for the DQM for SAP product, refer to the sections in the DQM for SAP user's guide on break keys and how they work in DQM for SAP:

Installing data quality management for sap for multiple sap system

I have an Requirement where i need to install data quality management for sap in multiple sap system.
I have installed it successfully for one system .
here my data services is installed in one server with rfc server as windows services in same server.
i have done the required configuration in ecc side.
my question is how do i use same data services jobs which are configured as real time services for both my sap connection?
in simple terms how do i installed dqm for multiple sap system having single data services server.

Crystal Reports background processing for SAP Business One 8.8

I have an SDK program developed in SAP Business One SDK that works in 2007, it calls crystal reports externally and can be executed as a background task using the windows schedular or from the command prompt.
My problem is it does not work under SAP Business One SDK 2008 PL18 with SQL Server 2008, Visual Studio 2008.
I receive the following message after this line in my code,"oReport.PrintToPrinter(CopyNo, False, 0, 0)".

My Question is what Crystal Reports libraries or other method should I be using ?
Crystal Reports 2008 for SAP Business One eg. 51038978.zip - downloaded from portal obviously dosn't contain the CrystalDecisions libraries.
Crystall Reports 2008 - cr2008_sp3_fullbuild, cr2008fp33.exe, cr2008fp33_mm, cr2008fp33_clickonce - also download from the portal, the cr2008_sp3_fullbuild does contain the crystal decisions libraries.
Finally other choices are crystal reports included with the visual studio 2008 and crystal reports full version direct from Business Objects.
I have tried different versions of crystal decision libraries- eg, 12.0110 or 12.02 but still no joy.
Also if I manage to get the report to fire what should the client be running eg, if they have the Crystal Reports 2008 for Business One do they also need to install the Crystal Reports Run time - cr2008fp33_clickonce.
Any help would be appreciated.

Since the SDK works in 2007 it will be using the OLD DB access method.
Change the Crystal report to use an OLE DB datasource rather than the SAP Business One data source.

Do you wish that at all customer site all concern involved in implemtation do the same work ?
I believe ERP is meant for single entry system, and it should be true for implementation also, why to invest man hours for the same task ?
I expect it standard reports should be released by SAP, so that speed of implementation improve, we have more nos. of satisfied customers.
customised reports is all together different and it is understood that it is needed to be developed after study the exact requirement.

Crystal Report for SAP B1 8.8

I can not finish for designing template layout for Sales Quotation by Crystal Report 2008 for SAP 8 8
I have already done for template of sale quotation but when i print preview in SAP for this one, system did not understood and it get all data from Sale quotation in database. I would like to assign specify Sales Quotation Doc number which i want to Print preview on my template.
How can i assign or how can i have to create what parameter.

Try this:
For Sales Order
The DocKey@ token is mandatory in a Crystal Reports .rpt file that you want to use as a
layout. The DocKey@ token is used to identify the current active document. SAP Business One
populates its value when you preview or print a layout.
When you apply the DocKey@ token, in the Select Expert window, you need to specify a filter
condition, such as:
{ORDR.DocEntry}={DocKey@}
If the DocKey@ token does not exist, create a new parameter with the following settings:
In the Name field, enter DocKey@
In the Type dropdown list, select Number
In all other fields, leave the default settings
Then Save report as layout to B1
Try previewing this layout as you will notice it will no longer ask for a parameter.
This likely behaves as a standard layout
Try searching forums or channel portal regarding Parameter Tokens

Add-Ins menu not visible in Crystal report for Sap Business One

Hi,
I have installed the Crystal Report Design for Sap Business One on my customer server.
But when I open the Crystal Report I can't see the Add-Ins menu to put the rpt directly on my Sap Business One.
I have installed it on many customer, but only with this I have this type of problem.
There is some restriction on Sap Version/Patches or Authorization Users or some check that I have to set on Sap or on Crystal Report?

Error while 'Crystal Report for Sap Business One' addon started

Hi,
I have try to install Crystal Report for Sap Business One (Addon Versione number 2.0.0.7).
The installatione finish succesfully, but when I started the addOn i retrieve this errore message: External Connection to the dataBase failed. Sap Crystal Addon may not function properly. Please re-run the account setup with superuser login.
I'm logged in Sap with manager (super user), so maybe I have forgot some step in the installation?
I have see the Demo in the Channel Partner Portal, I have note that I have to isntall the CR_Runtime_12_0, but I don't find it, I don't know where I can download this file. I have just installed SapCrystalSetup.exe and registered the Addon like a normal Sap B1 addon.
Where is the error??

You must configure in each cliente Pc the connection with the DATABASE.
You must Know the Database Super User (In SQL Server usually sa, and its password, the standard form SAP Business One is SAPB1Admin)
In Administration > Crystal Reports Administration > Account Setup
The CR_Runtime_12_0 is only necesary to view reports, but isn't necesary to start de addon.

Crystal report for sap business one problem

Hi experts,
I am facing problem while dealing with crystal report 2011.
I installed sap b1 8.8 pl 10, then upgraded to pl 20. Now again upgraded to 9.0 pl08. Then i installed SAP Crystal Report for SAP Business One 2011.
I seems that it is not integrated to SAP Business One, because i am not able to save my crystal layouts in sap business one.
How can i resolve this issue, please let me know if anyone faced same kind of problem and got solution for that.

Issue in transaction code creation for sap query report .

I have a requirement to create transaction codes for sap query reports. I found two ways to create transaction code for sap query report
1) By Generating program for sap query report and creation of transaction code for that generated Program. in tcode.
2) By using parameter transaction options in start object of se93
What are the difference between creation of these two ways. Please specify the advantages and disadvantages of both methods.

But I am getting problem while transporting form development system to the production system. After transporting to Production system I have used the code created in development system, but it is giving Error ' No Program Found for that Transaction Code. And I would like to know on what conditions should I have to use the First one and as well as a second one in sap query reports.
