DQM Sync in TCA: Facing issue with the sync of Attributes.

Hi All,
We have a system where the syncing of some attributes like the party number etc in HZ_PARTIES takes place when ever a new party is created in the Customers Online Module, and i am able to search it using a search screen, but there are these custom attributes which are also linked to DQM through setups and also some standard attributes like the ORIG_SYSTEM_REFERENCE attribute in the HZ_ORIG_SYS_REFERENCES table which are not Synced automatically, can you please suggest why is this happening and what could be the way around for their automatic Sync and not having to run the DQM Staging program everytime.
Also we have faced regular instances in the way the search gets disabled, due to not syncing For Eg: when a custom table having some details for the Product and services related to the party are updated, or any other attributes lof the HZ_ORIG_SYS_REFERENCES are updated and not the ORIG_SYSTEM_REFERENCE which is used for search, This also sometimes leads to disabling the search.
Can you please suggest what can be the possible reasons and the workarounds for this.
What i am expecting is a way that this can be overcome and we dont need to run the Staging program instantly to correct the problem , though we may be scheduling the Program run for once a day.

Have you tried going to ->
Trading Community Manager -> Administration -> DQM - Synchronization -> Synchronize Method
Set the Synchronizing Method to Autmatic. This should sync whenever a new Party is created.
We are facing significant performance issues, and are also exploring this.

Last point...who archives? On my regular email page I now have the Archive icon to the left of my Delete icon which I would prefer was to the left, first in the line as this is the icon I use mostly. With Folders, my Sent and Trash lists, who needs to archive?
I can help you only with the placement of the icon placement -- if you right-mouse click on the toolbar, then select Customize Toolbar, you can move an icon to where you want it to be.

My Requirement :-
I want to fetch all the data i.e. child records based on the
PARENT_ID provided.
putting it in simple words, i want to iterate the table to get all the
child records which are related to that particular PARENT_ID
then
need to hold that ouput in a variable and
put a counter (which will hold total no. of rows accumulated)
then
will delete all the records and will set counter value to 0.

PROBLEM :-
1. As there are 1000 rows in the table.
So, even if there is a single child record the query fetches 1000 rows !!!
The Actual Result != (NOT EQUALS TO) Expected Result
I want the exact child records corresponding to the given parent_id.
No extra rows which i am getting currently by running the above query.
2. Not able to hold the output of query in a variable
i.e.
SELECT M.CHILD_ID,M.PARENT_ID,SUM (COUNT(*)) OVER (PARTITION BY CHILD_ID),
CONNECT_BY_ISLEAF INTO P_CHLD,P_PRNT,P_COUNT, NO_CHILDREN_EXIST

The above query fails to execute !!

Issue with Ipad Syncing with Exchange

We have 6 folks using Ipads regularly to access our corporate exchange server. Up to now things have been fairly stable.
That said starting this week our President has been having significants issues with the syncing process. The process seems to be hanging (however it may be jsut retrying over and over). This is resulting in some emails getting sent multiple times. It also appears that the syncing of Calendar events is sporadic.
No updates ahve been applied to the Exchange server.
He is a pretty heavy user of the Ipad and email and recieves alot of attachments some that are large 5-10mb. I see some chatter about these types of issues but no real solutions.
Is anyone else seeing this type of activity? If so any thoughts on how to improve the issue.

I connected my IPAD for sync with Itunes on my laptop, DELL 6500 running Windows Vista.
Itunes prompted me to download new OS version 3.2.x It then went to restart my IPAD- and then boom !! .. windows said it couldnt find my ipad driver. I went to apple support site and followed their instructions and still windows cant find the driver. Hence my IPAD is not stuck showing the connect to ITUNES screen .. cant use it and cant get update.
Any one has any ideas what happened ?

Complaint: Issue with the Network

Facing issue with the Network for most of the time and sometimes even Data for both 3G and 2G.
My service provider was BSNL, Hyderabad, AP, India-50016
I have check even with my service provider from there they don't have any issue..

I've had similar issues when my sim card was bad. I had cut it down to micro sim size and it worked fine for a month. Then it stopped working in the Z10 but worked in my 9810. Try having your carrier replace your sim card.

Devices refer to iDevices... iPod... iPhone... iPad. .. Not Computers.
Authoriation applies ONLY to Computers... of which there is a Limit of 5 per Apple ID.
If the issue is with iTunes on your Windows Computer... Perhaps you need to Re-install iTunes...

Syncing issues with the new iTunes..

I just downloaded the new iTunes (11.0.1.12) and am facing some sunc issues.
In my previous itunes, when i would download an app to my iPod over wifi and then connect it to my PC, iTunes would automatically sync and maintain a copy of the app in my PC. My iPod and the PC would be in sync.
But now after I've downloaded this latest iTunes, I downloaded an app to my iPod and when I tried to sync with the PC, the app no longer got copied to my PC. I've tried syncing many times. Its there on my iPod but never gets copied to the PC during sync. Why is is this happening?

There aren't any issues with the new iTunes. You need the most recent iTunes to sync your iPod

Performance issues with the Vouchers index build in SES

We are currently performing an upgrade for: PS FSCM 9.1 to PS FSCM 9.2.
As a part of the upgrade, Client wants Oracle SES to be deployed for some modules including, Purchasing, Payables (Vouchers)
We are facing severe performance issues with the Vouchers index build. (Volume of data = approx. 8.5 million rows of data)
The index creation process runs for over 5 days.
Can you please share any information or issues that you may have faced on your project and how they were addressed?

Check the following logs for errors:
1. The message log from the process scheduler
2. search_server1-diagnostic.log in /search_server1/logs directory
If the build is getting stuck while crawling then we typically have to increase the Java Heap size for the Weblogic instance for SES>

Issue with the pVal.BeforeAction in Item_Pressed event

I am facing an issue with the pVal.BeforeAction in the Item Pressed event.
In delivery notes, When I press the Add button, i am getting the control, which is passing through both of the if blocks [if (pval.BeforeAction=True)block and if(pVal.BeforeAction=False)].
But
When I try the delivery using Pick and Pack Manager form with in the Inventory Menu, I am getting the same Delivery form in Add Mode. When I click the Add button in the form, the control is passing through the if(pCal.BeforeAction=true) block successfully, but after that, the form closes and it never comes to the if(pVal.BeforeAction=false) block.
I need to run the codes, what i have written in the second if block, in this case also.
Is it possible?
Please help me to solve this issues.

Iam facing some issue with the Function Module 'SKWF_FIND_BY_QUERY' in a BW ECC6.0 system.
As shown below, in the function module, the Table IT_PROPERTIES_RESULT gets populated with some values based on inputs like IT_CLASSES, IT_QUERY, and L.
This updation of IT_PROPERTIES_RESULT table is happening for some of the services sent through IT_QUERY and is not getting populated for some.

Issue with Photo Sync

Hi all, I have a big problem with the sync of images and photos from PC to iPod Touch 4G with iOS 4.3.3 using iTunes (lastest version).
Every time i try to sync a folder, iTunes do the optimization, but when it goes to sync them to the iPod, it only sync for example only 1 photo out 20. The message that appear is exactly this one: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1306?viewlocale=en_US
But i tried 100 times and I still haven't been lucky.

I am having the same issue with my iPhone 4. just bought it yesterday and plugged into itunes and got the same error. this is a brand new phone and just updated to latest firmware in itunes.
I am running 4.2.1 and 10.2.1 on the iphone and itunes.
4.3 is out for the iphone 4 but I cannot even sync the update with out the error saying the drive cannot be read or written to.

HT4623 iOS 8 version 8.1.2 issues with the calendar displaying wrong TIME ZONE!

I just updated to iOS 8 using version 8.1.2 and am having issues with the calendar. I use my GMAIL calendar and sync to my iPhone and now any calendar entries that I add from my phone display the current time zone AND GMT time. Entries that were already there display correctly. New entries entered from the GMAIL calendar also display correctly. The issue is with NEW entries entered on my PHONE into the calendar. This is very annoying and causes problems for new entries that need EDITED. Once opened to edit it defaults to GMT time! WRONG!! I have turned off the automatic time zone feature and Time Zone Override in Settings but it's still WRONG! There are multiple reports of this online so I would like to know when/if it will be corrected or if there is a fix! Please help!!

Issue with the Total in BW Report

We have recently transported the Aggregates in the Production environment. Now we are facing absurd problem.When we are executing the report the Total given by BW is not matching with the exact total of the Values.
Example:
                      Values (BW Total)    Values (Exact Totals)
1                      10                            10
2                     10                            10
3                     10                             10
4                     10                             10
5                    10                             10
Total Row         53                             50
All the Characteristics or Nodes are same as before. We have issue with the Key Figure and Calculated Key Figure.
There is no pattern followed in the variation of the totals.Please help; let me know if you need more information.

Please check if ll the data is rolled up in the aggregates. Also check the consistency of aggregates from RSRV.
