Dr. Watson Has Made Life Difficult

Hello.
I am Using Windows Nt4.0 (WS And Server) With Service Pack 5 On Each. And Every time When Report Previewer Runs Dr. Watson Welcomes, and In Application Event Log the Follwing Message is found
"The Open Procedure for service "Oracle80" in DLL "oraperf.dll" failed. Performance data for this service will not be available. Status code returned is DWORD 0. "
When I Delete The User Local Profile then It Works For One Or Two Times But Again Appears
I Am facing this problem On almost 20 computers.
Thanks In Advance
Shahzad

Dear Shahzad,
More often than not, the Dr. Watson error is a result of insufficient total memory (physical RAM + virtual memory on hard disk) available to the computer to process the required tasks. (You can verify this by launching a large number of Internet Explorer windows!)
Check the physical RAM on the problematic machines and all the processes that are running on the system (you can use Widows NT Task Manager for this.) Ensure that you have enough space on your primary drive for Windows NT to use for swapping/paging.
You can also allocate more virtual memory available to the system (approximately twice the RAM on the machine.)
Best of luck!

Please contact the application's support team for more information.''  That's the error messages I get when I try to open the New installed iTunes 11.1.4. Right now there is no iTunes on any of my PCs. Installed but will not open. Please Help.Thanks.

Just did the iTunes update that iTunes said was available, now iTunes won't open.  I just keep getting a Runtime Error message.

An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.  Please contact the apps support team for more info.
Is anyone else having this problem?
I tried to re-install and got the following message:  iTunes was not installed correctly.  Please reinstall iTunes.  Error 7 (Windows error 1114)
Does this mean I have now lost everything?

I just had the same error:
    R6034
An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.  Please contact the apps support team for more info.
I went to http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1925 and did a complete removal and reinstallation of iTunes. You MUST follow the directions here exactly...it's more than just iTunes that must be removed, and it MUST be done in the order in which the support article says.  I followed the exact instructions, and iTunes is back on my machine (no more C runtime error) and you do NOT lose your music...it's all in my library, as it was before.
    Good luck!

  • Please help! when i try to open itunes get this"an app has mad an atempt to load the c run time library incorectly please contact the app support team for more info"

Hi everyone I was wondering if someone can help with this issue please. When i tried to open itunes in my laptop that is running on windows xp i get this error message " program c:/program files/itunes/itunes.exe
                     RC034
an application has made an attempt to run the c runtime time library incorrectly
please contact the aplication support team for more information."

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

  • "The Microsoft Exchange Administrator has made a change that requires you quit and restart Outlook" in Exchange 2013

In Exchange 2013, Outlook finds a new connection point made up of the user’s mailbox GUID + @ + the domain portion of the user’s primary SMTP address. This change makes
it much less likely that users will see the dreaded message “Your administrator has made a change to your mailbox.”
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd298114(v=exchg.150).aspx
Although the error message in the topic has been already improved a lot in Exchange 2013, the users may still encounter them in some specific scenarios. We have collected them and let’s discuss them in this thread.
    Symptom
    =======================================
    Consider the following scenario:
Exchange 2013 was installed for a migration from Exchange 2007/2010.
The legacy Exchange server is removed after successful migration.
Exchange 2013 may be updated to Exchange 2013 SP1.
Some users were being randomly prompted with a popup in their outlook client with the following message when connecting with Exchange 2013 server:
“The Microsoft Exchange Administrator has made a change that requires you quit and restart Outlook”
    Cause
    =======================================
The issue may be caused due to Public Folders.
The msExchHomePublicMDB attribute on Exchange 2013 databases was set to deleted legacy public folder object.
    Solution
    =======================================
Removed the Public Folder from all the Exchange
2013 Databases. To do it, we can use ADSIedit.msc and remove the arrtibute - msExchHomePublicMDB from all the Databases:
    1. Open ADSIEdit.
    2. Connect to the Configuration container.3.
    Expand Configuration, expand CN=Configuration,DC=Domain,DC=com.4. Expand CN=Services -> CN=Microsoft Exchange -> CN=Domain -> CN=Administrative Groups -> CN=Exchange
Administrative Group -> CN=Databases.5. In the right hand pane you will see a list of databases.6.
Right-click the listed database object -> Properties.7. Check whether the msExchHomePublicMDB value is set to an unavailable value. If you see reference to the old database,
please clear the value.8. Click OK.9. Check the rest of the databases to make sure
that they are not populated in the same way.

Also the user in question is not getting new mail.
    And I have tried this

    Hi,
Please confirm if the issue happens to all users in your Exchange server.
In client side, please check the Connection Status when the issue occurs:
Please open Outlook - press CTRL key - right click on the Outlook icon from right bottom corner taskbar –Connection Status to check the connection.
Please notice the Server name, status, protocol and Type information.
In Exchange server, please check whether all Exchange services are started and running in Exchange 2010. Also check whether there is any error information in Event Viewer.
If the issue only happens to one user, please update the Outlook client with the latest patches and service packs to have a try.

I have same Problem. I tried all options - Reset All Settings, Erase Content & reset all settings, Upgrated to IOS8.1, Restore using iTune. But problem persists.
When I turn Cellular Data or Wifi ON, then there is a lag while opening the Apps. But If I turn Data/Wifi off, phone becomes super fast. I have checked with my friends. They are not facing this issue. Not sure if Apple know this.

If so then you may need to take it to Apple.

I tried to install the latest version of iTunes on my Windows PC, but the installation failed and I have the error message "Runtime Error R6034 An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly."  When I then tried to run iTunes (assuming that, since the new install failed, my older version was still OK) I got the message "iTunes was not installed correctly.  Please reinstall iTunes.  Error 7 (Windows error 1114".  I tried then uninstalling iTunes and reinstalling it fresh, but encountered the same problems. • HT1926 ?Getting error message 6034 on new download - An app has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.

Getting error message R6034 when downloading today's iTunes update - An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.. Please contact the application support team for more info.
    and
iTunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes. Error 7 (Windows error 1114)
Did this still get error message on reinstall

Wth regards to the R 6034 error message, I completed these steps for Windows 7; however, these are the applicable for Windows Vista and Windows 8. If you follow these steps in this order, you should be able to reinstall iTunes.
    1. Open "Computer" on "Start Menu".
    2. Open OS (C:) for the listing of files
    3. Scroll down to "Program Files (x86) and double click. Scroll down to the iTunes file and double click. You will see iTunes files. Move all of the the iTunes filles ending with.dll to your Desktop so that they are no longer in your program file listing. Also move the IT Detector to your Desktop. You can leave the remaining files. There should be a total of 5 files moved to the Desktop. This completes the first of 3 steps.
Open "Control Panel" on the Start Menu.
    1. Locate "Programs and Features" then double click. Complete individual uninstalls for each of the following in this order: You can right click each item and select uninstall or click uninstall on the top of the page.
    -  Itunes
    -  Apple Software Update
    -  Apple Mobile Device Support
    -  Bonjour
Before you close the Control Panel, verify that you have uninstalled by typing "iTunes" in the search section of this page. If anything is found, uninstall it. This completes the second step.
Restart your computer. You should be able to download iTunes, now. When you go to the download page, you will not need to enter your e-mail address. This is the third step.
