Drag and Relate__2 New Columns

Hi all,
Is it possible to add a new column in the forms that are used in the drag & relate functionality?.
In Drag abd relate "Sales Order Details", will be perfect to view de BP code, and the remain units per Order......where can i modify the query?

I am not sure what you mean when you say "what about service?". Exposing Drag & Relate functionality will hopefully at some point be available via the Business One SDK as it is something that we are asked about often from the field and developmet is aware of the need.

Drag and drop new songs to playlist in iTunes 11

In iTunes 10 and below we were always able to add new songs to iTunes from Finder by just dragging and dropping into any playlist and it would automatically show up.
In iTunes 11, dragging and dropping new songs to a playlist from outside iTunes adds the songs but only into the "Songs" view. We have to take an extra step to select all the songs from the "Songs" list and put them onto each playlist. This is HORRIBLE and counter-productive since I have over 200 playlists and it takes much longer to add new songs.
Is there a way to have the songs STAY in the playlist without having to drag them from the "Songs" section? I love the new interface but this is just stupid. If I'm dragging songs onto the playlist I expect them to stay there, not require me to leave the playlist and find them in my library and come back to add it to the playlist. UGH.

I did activate the Sidebar, but even when I have my playlist selected via the Sidebar adding songs from Finder doesn't show up in the playlist. I have so scroll all the way up to the top and find what I just imported in the main Music section where it shows my entire library. Then from there I drag the newly imported songs to the playlist I wanted.
Sorry for the confusing description, It's probably much easier to show in person or something. But previously when I added new songs into a playlist the songs will automatically show up on the Playlist without me having to go to Music and find it in my entire library.

Cant drag and drop new music to itunes or ipod

since updateing itunes i cant seem to drag and drop new songs over to itunes. like i was able to do in the past all the time. is it a fix or a bug with the new verson? i know i can add them in the other way but i found drag and drop so easy.

Dynamic Table using drag and drop table columns

Hi,
I want to create an ADF table which allows me to insert new columns from the list of columns.
List of columns will be shown in the tree. I would like to drag a tree node to the table, table should highlight where i can drop the node.
Once, i drop it, table should get refreshed with new column at inserted location.
Is it possible? How?

Hi,
I don't think that a drop indicator is possible to create because the drag and drop is no from within the table but from external. You could add the drop target to the table and then determine the column that this is dropped onto. Based on this you can e.g. device to drop it to the right or left

I use Function Sum to add a column and a new column pops up filled with 0s

In one of my spreadsheets, every time I try to add a column of numbers using the Sum Function, a new column is added filled with 0s. What's happening? And How do I get it to just add the column?

can't you just write an SQL script to update the new column?
Perhaps you can use the integration_id for this? or just another column(s)..

ALV Table and dynamic new column

Hi,
I have a ALV table with tree in one column (reccuring context value).
I would like dynamically to add new columns. I know the method of IF_WD_CONTEXT_NODE_INFO->ADD_NEW_CHILD_NODE, but this is used in another posts/blogs where whole table is generated dynamically. I have a table already and just want to add a new column.
Is that possible?

Under normal circumstances you could use the Context API method ADD_ATTRIBUTE to create a dynamic attirubte:

Unfortunately this is not compatible with the ALV. The ALV only supports static attributes. Therefore you will need to build up an entire RTTI based structure in memory and then dynamically re-create the entire context. This is a similar example:

Question about creating and updating new columns in a table

Hi, I have a couple of questions that would love some answers to
Please bear in min that questions relate to datawarehouse / Just large tables with say about 50 million records
1) How do you create new columns in a big table
2) how do you update the new columns
3) would you create an index on a column in a table with 200m rows when the only two possible values are stored in the column (e.g.Y, N) - give your resason
my aswers to these would be
1) simple alter table ...
2) simple update statements
3) No need to create an index

If the number of Y vs. N is about 50/50, you only have to parse through 50% of the
overall amount of columns.Fnord. If the ratio of Y to N was 1:20 then the index would be useful for searching for values of Y only. Or if the column is nullable and the bulk of the entries were null then it might be useful. But a 50/50 split? FTS is much more effective.
So, it does depend on the data distribution, but in most cases such an index would never be used (or should never be used).

I was working in some columns , then in column properties i uncheck box : Wrap Text from TAB : Styles
then i save as system-wide default as data type ! i got this message error :

My Scenario:
I have drill-in place enabled for a report column and I drill-down on Product Category column to get the breakdown by Product Names. So far good. Then when I click on the 'Analyze' report link I get the below error.

The column resizing and 'drag and drop ' are client side issues. They requires DHTML and Javascript.
AJAX is what is required. (wiki AJAX for more info)
I am working on an AJAX grid and combobox component for JSF that will do this and many more functions.

If you didn't already do so, try uninstalling iTunes and all of it's components (not just iTunes and AMDS), then reinstall iTunes, as discussed here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1925. Follow the article and uninstall them in the order indicated.

I'm migrating from DB2 7.2 to Oracle 9. I also want the resulting database to have a few extra columns that are filled with default values. Can the Workbench do this?

How to Create Table Using Column Drag and Drop Feature

Hi:
I am new to Oracle SQL dev Data Modeler tool and would like to know if there is a way to create a new table by re-using the existing columns or column groups. The idea is to maintain consistency and save table design time. If columns created previously can be re-used and require drag and drop of column in the right pane, then only new columns need to be manually created.
Any thoughts on this will be appreciated.

I checked out the video and tried it in Oracle designer, it works and works great!
My other question is that I may have several set of columns that I may want to group depending on the table requirements. Can I have multiple templates and choose which one to apply to?
Also, how do I choose the table where the table template needs to be applied. As I may be interested in applying the table template to selected tables only.

You can try to use DBA_DEPENDENCIES to get PL/SQL objects using tables: http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B19306_01/server.102/b14237/statviews_1041.htm#i1576452.
However if SQL code is not stored in database in a trigger, a procedure, a function, a package or a view, it is impossible to retrieve all SQL code referencing some table from database dictionary: for this you would have to analyze application source code.

Drag and Drop in ALV

I have the latest version configured. In the ALV, I have new feature to drag and drop the column
in the ALV table so that it's position can be changed.
Because of this my columns settings are getting disturbed.
How to disable this feature.
I have already coded as
lr_model->SET_COLUMN_SELECTION_ALLOWED( abap_false ).
lr_model->set_fixed_cols_left_allowed( abap_false ).
lr_model->set_fixed_cols_right_allowed( abap_false ).
