Dreamweaver 13.1 OSX crashing on link creation. How Fix?

I am using DW 13.1 on OSX 10.9 and have continous crashing problems. Most recently, a repeatable crash on turning text into a link.
Anyone have this problem and found a fix for it?

InDesign CC crashing on link update for icml files edited in InCopy CC Windows

Running InDesign CC (9.1) on OSX 10.9.
Colleague running InCopy CC (9.1) on Windows 7 SP1.
Files stored on a Windows server.
OSX accessing files via AFP and Windows accessing files via CIFS.
If I unlink the icml files and re-import them everything is fine. As soon as the windows user edits them though, InDesign crashes on link update.

We're having this problem too. I read somewhere that an 8.x update of InDesign was supposed to fix it, but we're using 9.2 - so not fixed.

Wife and I have separate iOS devices, separate iCloud accounts. But we both want to access mail from the iMac (OSX Mavericks.) Currently only my mail is linked. How to configure so that wife's iCloud mail can be seen on iMac. Simple and explicit please!

So we access our mail separately on these devices. But we would both like to be able to access mail at the desk top (iMac, OSX Mavericks). Currently only my mail is linked. How do I set up the Mac to allow it to access my wife's e-mail too, either in the same mail inbox or a separate one. Simple instructions please!

If Mail in Mavericks is the same as earlier versions you can select accounts in the sidebar, so that you can either display the inboxes for individual accounts, or the contents of all the account inboxes. (If the accounts don't show click the disclosure triangle next to 'INBOX'). The layout may have changed since the version I have - Snow Leopard - but you should be able to do the same thing.

Word crashes mid PDF creation - Word 2003 Acrobat 9.3.0

I have a new PC and a fresh clean install of CS5 Design Permuim, including Arobat 9. The organisation is still using Office 2003 and no upgrade path in sight for that. Myself and several colleagues with the same software profile are now experiencing frequent problems with Word crashing mid PDF creation.
This has always been an issue with the ocassional Word file in Acrobat 8, but Distiller always worked as an alternative - NOT this time!
PDF Maker gives no error message, just that Word has encounted a problem and needs to close.
Distiller produces the following log message, then freezes completely. I then have to force quit Word to exit!

Not all documents are affected, but I can remove almost all of the content from the affected document and it still causes the error.
I have tried repairing Acrobat - no change.
One other odd symptom - after each crash, the default printer on the machine has changed to Adobe PDF.
I can successfulkly make the PDF on another machine which has not been upgraded to Acrobat 9. The rest of the settings are identical on the two machines, they are both running a standard organisation environment, with the same verion of word etc.
Can anyone suggest how to fix or at least isolate the cause of the problem?

Please update to latest Acrobat 9 release which is 9.4.2.
Also do let us know
a) office 2003 flavour: Standard or professional?
b) OS flavour? Also whether it is 32bit or 64bit?
Also as you mentioned that "Not all documents are affected", so we would require any of your affected file to analyze the issue. Can you please share the file? You can use acrobat.com to share the file.

Procedure I followed :
UNINSTALL ORACLE WRAEHOUSE BUILDER SOFTAWARE.
'GLOBAL_NAMES = FALSE' in init.ora file.
RESTARTED MY MACHINE.
INSTALL THE ORACLE WRAEHOUSE BUILDER SOFTAWARE.

Newbie: How to automate link creation from a map index grid?

We would like the user to jump to an atlas page from the index page (similar to table of contents in a book). There are more than 135 pages in the map atlas. we would like to automate the link creation.

It might be possible to do this with a script, but it depends very much how the file was created and what the contents of it are.

They work just fine. whatever issues you have are specific, but without proper system info, browser info and other details nobody can even begin to guess.

Every time I quit Dreamweaver I get a crash report

Every time I quit Dreamweaver I get a crash report. The crash dialogue comes up saying Dreamweaver has unexpectedly quit and asks if I want to report it.
I'm on a Mac using the latest version of Snow Leopard and Dreamweaver CS4.
Any ideas?

please explain me the process of database link creation and making entry into tnsnames.ora.
I have two databases PCDB and IASDB on same server KSPCB.ORG, I want to access the IASDB database from PCDB database.what is the entry that i should make into the tnsnames.ora file before creating the db link.

the following script will create a dblink in first database whose name is local and it will be able to connect a database seconddb. you should be able to connect to second db on the first place. Donot forget to set initialization parameter global_names=false before using the dblink.
create database link LOCAL.WORLD
connect to SCOTT
using 'secondDB';
you will extract data from second db like this.
select * from scott.emp@secondDB;

Dreamweaver CC Continues to Crash

I have been subscribing to CC for nearly a year now and I have NEVER been able to use Dreamweaver CC without it crashing. Adobe Technicians have blamed my computer, have blames it on my Fonts, Have blamed it on my coding. They have told me to remove files in
C: Users/MyUserName/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.dreamweaver-13.0.plist,
C: Users/MyUserName/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.dreamweaver-13.0.plist.lockfile,
C: Users/Your User Name/Library/Caches/com.adobe.dreamweaver-13.0
Then restart My computer. it failed to work
They told me to remove all/or any Fonts I had installed over and above my standard Windows Fonts and to make sure either Verdana and/or Tahoma are "enabled" it failed to work
They told me to go into my regestry and remover the entire Dreamweaver CC Entry and restart my computer - it didnt work
They told me to go inot my CSS files and ensure that there are no missing { (curley brackets) there were none missing.
They told me to un-install and re-install the entire Adobe installations - IT DIDN'T WORK
This problem is not JUST with Fluid Grids as I have worked in a standard, non responsive site and IT CRASHES.
They wanted me to sit in front of my computer and work in DW until it crashed then give them a call to let them see what happened.
I tried that and waited on the phone for OVER an hour and didnt get through!!!!!
They continually "CLAIM" they have called me and couldnt get through (only happened on 2 occasions) yet their emails to me claim well over a dozen calls - it WAS NOT 12 calls.
We are unpaid Adobe employees, we are their trouble-shooters, and they dont want to pay for our services... WE pay for the use of a product we cannot use!!
Dreamweaver CS6 WAS great, it never crashed, yet now it is starting to, but only since the updates from about November 2013. They will not listen to what we say, the sherk their responsibilities.
They aske me to set a time for them to call me in an email yesterday I replied to them yesterday within an hour of receiving the email to call me at 9 am today (MY TIME) it is now 9:39 and guess what - no surprises - they havent called!!!!!
I am NOT going to continue to be an unpaid trouble-shooter AND I am going to see what LEGAL action I can take against ADOBE for NOT providing me with what I am paying for AND for unpaid Labour!!!
I have upgraded my motherboard, installed a bigger HDD, installed more RAM, changed OS from Windows 7 32 Bit to Windows 7 64 Bit (in short I started fresh with ALL programs and guess what???? IT STILL CRASHES!!!!!
These people are either not able to read, or tell time or both, I get a call at 10:50 from Adobe (nearly 2 hours late) And these are the people who are here to try and sort the problems out??? Not going to happen Adobe is doomed!

I have had this Problem since I first subscribed in APRIL last year! I hav continued to have this problem with ALL of the versions of Dreamweaver CC right up to AND INCLUDING the current version 13.2.0.6466. The problems are now starting to effect Dreamweaver CS6 12.2.6006.
A representitive has just called while I was writing this, (be it from you or from my case number - 184927052) I have given him all my details including my posts on the other string ( http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1235260?start=0&tstart=0 ). All that said this has been going on for far too long! Other users have included error messages etc, so this should be enough information for you to fix the problems. It is not up to us anymore to do your work!

Ultiboard crashes during Gerber creation

Ultiboard crashes during Gerber creation,
Does anyone have any advice? I am trying to convert a large pcb design to gerber format I am using gerber RS274D, it takes a very long time but is successful in creating some of the files, then gives me a runtime error and shuts down.

MAC OSX crashing after recent Firefox uplaad to 10.0.2....?

Sat the 18th loaded Firefox 10.0.2, MAC OSX crashed immediately. W/W MAC support, syst came on line for a few hours and has been virtually crashing all weekend.

Have you tried starting Firefox in Safe Mode? Hold down "command" while Firefox is starting up. If the crash doesn't happen in Safe Mode, you should read [[Troubleshooting extensions and themes]].
