Dreamweaver animation speeds up

I have an animation that loops to show some content panes on
a home page. Every few seconds a new frames slides in triggered by
an action. After a few loops, the animation gradually speeds up
until it is so fast the only pause is the time it takes for the
frame to slide in.
Anyone had this problem? Any ideas on a workaround to keep
the speed constant?

Is this just when it displays it in Dreamweaver, or did you
save the file and preview it in a browser first before coming to
that conclusion?

How do you stop published animation speeds scaling with duration?

I'm working on a title effect in Motion 5 for Final Cut Pro X 10.0.1.
It's working very well - apart from the fact that if I change the duration of the Title, it changes the speed of movement of my text. This makes it difficult for users of the effect in Final Cut make the animation speed consistent between various instances of the title. It also means that if tech specs define specific speed in pixels per second, there's no way of setting such values in parameters published in Final Cut Pro X effects.
It currently uses a Throw behaviour - I've published the Throw velocity.
Does anyone know of a different behaviour or animation method that doesn't scale with the length of the generator. Ramp and Rate parameter behaviours don't work (they are time scaled). I can't use keyframes because they scale with time too.

I fixed this by using adding a 'Project Loop End' marker to the end of the effect!
I thought this sort of marker was only needed to prevent clips being time scaled...

No Animation speed options...!!!

In all the phones/tablets after android 4.0 have option for changing animation speed in developer options. But in my Lenovo A1000G, I didn't found one. And also many other options are missing. There are only three options. Actually in all other devices, there are 15-20 options. Where are they hidden Lenovo????

-Go to menu, settings,
-about phone
-scroll to the bottom and find "build number"
-tap it 7 times (upon completion, it will say that you're a developer)
-the menu is now near the bottom of the main settings menu (just above about phone)

PSE 8 Mac version - Animation Speed settings not working

I just recently bought PSE 8 Mac version and pretty happy with it, I am having a problem with animation speed, I understand that you have to use the tab key in anination settings to get the speed to opne, but now It will not let me adjust the speed, it is stuck on 0.2 ! does anyone know how to correct this problem, Should I got to adobe with the bug?

How big is the file size for the completed gif? Does it display like this in other programs?
Also, are you sure that it's not affecting the display rate? Remember that .2 second is really fast. Even duping will still leave it going pretty quickly. What puzzles me is that you say it makes no difference at all. If you want a sloow gif, like one where an eye blinks every five seconds or so, you'll need to use something else to create it.

Animation Speeds

Is it possible in adobe edge to set a slow down speed, please see the link for an animation that has the type of effect I mean: (please click) Dribbble - Evolution of Data (with .AEP) by Kreativa Studio, its basically when you see the line coming to an end it slows down to stop rather then just a single speed then stop. Hope someone can help.

Adjusting the animation speed from outside javascript

Is it possible? i want to speed up the animation if, lets say, someone clicks on a menu item an the visible viewport is at the end of the animation.
I found a variable called "pixelperms" in the edge.js but i don't know how to acces it.

iOS 7 animations go slowly.
Animation after unlock is the most slow.

Totally agreed.
It seems all the animations getting slower.
And for the new multi-task control, it is really slow to clean up the background Apps :
you need to use your finder to slide such a long distance to delete an background process. This is not user-friendly.

Text Animation Speed in Executable

I am using Captivate 1. When I preview a slide with a text
animation object the animation runs beautifully, in the published
executable however it runs extremely lamely and the result is
unusuable. 'Delay (frames)' is set to 1. I was using the 'Feather'
animation, but have just tried 'Aimee Typing' and I get the same
problem. Is there any workaround for this?

I'm not here to lie to you or mislead you. The reason I
suggested more delay is because forcing the Flash animation to go
slower may actually improve it's performance, especially if you
have a video resources issue. One reason is because at a slower
rate, the immediate demand on resources will be lessened. Another
reason is because these are Flash animations, and playing them at a
very high speed can actually lock the animation. Or perhaps not.
My next suggestion was to require 100% preload prior to play,
but it is up to you ... that's probably a bad idea for a different
reason.
All we can do is offer suggestions based on our knowledge and
experience, and sometimes even our "hunches" - and hope it helps.
You don't have to take the advice, but if you are going to dismiss
it without a try I have to ask, why do you ask?

I've just made a small animation application,(some moving images coming and going on screen).I made and test it in JBuilder7,it works very smooth,but when I run it outside JBuilder,it goes so so slow,especially when I add more images into the programme. I check the JRE,my windows2k use the same version of it with JBuilder,so what's wrong?

I intalled standalone flash player too but the speed is low till. The my projector work well. the projector has converted to .exe file. when main projector load external swf file the speed of swf files is very speed. I remove flash player in my computer but the project work well still. But in my coworker's computer the project work not well, Even after install flash player.

I just noticed that it's putting the wrong file up. I've deleted and re-embedded it into the page to no avail. For instance, the words "About" and the main text are aligned together on the left, the name comes in much slower, etc. I tried Safari and Chrome on my Mac over here and it's doing the same thing. Also, the woman fades in from black and white to color. Does any of that show on your end?

PS CS4 frame animation speed

I have a jpeg sequence of 165 frames in my psd animation. Upon export (as an .mov file), I need to keep frames 1-29 and 80-165 as is, but speed up frames 30-79. How can achieve this in PS CS4?
I have tried exporting each of the clips individually and then brought them into iMovie to speed up the middle portion and subsequently re-piece them all together. This works great, but I am not familiar enough with iMovie or Premiere Pro to export the file properly; it seems to not allow me to export it with the same specs (mainly size, 1280x1024 at 30fps) as my source files.

1280x1024 is not a standard video resolution, hence it will be problematic to get this exported from any video editing program without it being cropped or scaled. In Premiere you could set a custom project setting in the project manager, but this generally disables all hardware acceleration and slows down working. Likewise, you will have to use a custom output setting when you render the timeline and only formats such as Quicktime and image sequences can be used.

Maximum animation speed of UIImageView

I have a UIImageView containing a two-frame animation. I'd like to use an animationDuration as short as 1/40th of a second, is this possible or is there some hardware limitation that I'm going to run into first?

It looks like it tops out at 30fps. I'm not sure if that is a hard-limit or some kind of governed/soft limit (seems like too much of a coincidence that it would be almost the same as the NTSC standard video rate).

Why does my animation speed up when it's live on the server?

I embedded an Edge animation on a webpage. The problem is, when it's live, the animation flys by very quickly. Viewing it locally on my computer, it runs as I hoped. It also ignores most of my transitions. What gives?

How to adjust speed of Flash animation within Adobe Captivate

I have three Flash animations that were bought from istockphoto.com. The animations were imported into the project within Captivate. When the individual slides are playing in the project, the speed and timing is perfect. When the project is then to be published to preview the entire project as a whole, all of the animations speed up and are playing continuously throughout the desired slide. I don't know how to slow down the animation and have it play only one time through. What are the properties that I need to adjust in order to slow down the animation?

This is a possibility, not sure: the framerate for Captivate is normally 30fps whereas the default framerate in Flash is 25fps. You can try to change the fps in the Captivate project, in the Preferences (see screenshot)
