Dreamweaver (CS 6 12.2) freezes while saving for 1 second

After the last Update Dreamweaver freezes for one second (with blue Spinner) while saving files. I cant do something, until the spinner disappears.
Why does saving a textfile take so long in the new version? Is this a bug? If yes: Is it possible to install older versions of Dreamweaver again? I have a CC Subscription.

Not sure why that would happen. I don't see the same thing here. You could try uninstalling and reinstalling. IIRC, you should get 13.0 again on a fresh install.

How can I get PS CC to always load my preferred Preset while saving for web output?

For my purposes, I'd prefer to save all JPEGs at 100% quality while saving for web output. I've made a preset as seen below.
However, PS doesn't always defer to this setting when I begin saving an image for web. Is there a way to make this preset automatically
load every time I open the output to web process? I process a large number of images, and if I could avoid correcting this it would save me a lot of time.
I'm using PS CC on a PC. Any help will be appreciated!

This is the only custom preset I've made with this particular system. So I'd need to delete the pre-loaded PS presets?
I'm a little loathe to remove the options in case they might be needed in the future or for a task other than the primary one described.

I was mislead as well. It turns out that visual voicemail is only partially supported by Bell. You can only playback voicemail. It doesn't show the caller ID either. You still have to call your VM in order to delete messages (which kinda defeats the purpose). According to Bell tech support they're "working on it" but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Excel 2010 Freezes while saving and computing when large files are opened.

The issue with with MS Office Excel 2010, where in if i open big files like greater than 40 or 50 mb file while saving or computing it takes lot of time
like say 10 to 15 seconds and some times more also.
This file i am referring is having around 5,000 row data and with around 15 sheets and has formula's and functions built into it.
As and when i try to delete or update one of the same the status bar show processing message and starts processing from 0 to 100% this takes
lot of time and during i feel my excel is frozen or system hanged kind of situation.
The query is what is the limitation of file size which can be opened in Excel 2010 where i can work with the same without any freeze or hanging.
need the same for Excel 2007 and 2013 versions also.
Note : other office products like work, power point works fine without any issue.

I didn't find the exact size of the limitation of size for Excel 2010, but as for Excel 2013, I can tell you this:
32-bit environment is subject to 2 gigabytes (GB) of virtual address space, shared by Excel, the workbook, and add-ins that run in the same process. A data model’s share of the address space might run up to 500 – 700 megabytes (MB), but could be less if
other data models and add-ins are loaded.
64-bit environment imposes no hard limits on file size. Workbook size is limited only by available memory and system resources.

Anyway, many factors may cause the freeze, such as hardware and add-ins, you may try starting Excel in Safe Mode to determine if it's add-ins related:
Press Win + R and type “excel /safe” in the blank box, then press Enter.
If there’s no problem in Safe Mode, disable the suspicious add-ins to verify which add-ins caused this issue.

Entries in table HRPAD605 cannot be edited in connection with customizing object PDST T as table HRPAD605 does not belong to customizing object PDST T, according to the object definition.

Procedure
Check whether the entered objects and keys are correct.Then check in the Implementation Guide whether the object was created correctly.
Correct the object definition or the entry for the Transport Organizer interface.

Most likely the is an inconsistency with the transport objects PDST and PDWS. Please run RHSOBJCH to correct this inconsistency.
Afterwards you should be able to transport the templates via the catalog or via RHMOVE30. Please make sure that the category ID in the target system is the same otherwise you won't be able to locate the template.
The report RHSOBJCH corrects the missing HR entries in the OBJS table.
This step you need to perform only once. For OSA you need to overtake
*5020 up to *5026, also PAD605,606 and 607 references.
When you have done this (as said, only need to do it once) you can transport the categories and templates via the phap_catalog_pa transaction (righ-mouse click on the to be transported object).

Improper Format error while saving for previous version

Hi all,
I have been developing some Daq code with LabView 8.5. Recently I needed to open the vi on a computer which has Labview 8. I used the save for previous version option. I used low-level vi's in my code which are both available to 8.5 and 8 instead of using new express vi's. LV warned me about converting fixed point numbers to double precision while saving, which in my opinion should not cause a problem.
I have also enabled "Show front panel when called" and "Show front panel when loaded" options from VI Properties dialog (as adviced by previous threads http://forums.ni.com/ni/board/message?board.id=170&thread.id=369331).
However I was not able to solve the problem. Are there any suggestions to solve my problems?

I dont understand exactly what the problem is.
Have you used fixed point numbers in your code? and if so does it matter if LabVIEW converts them to DBL? If not then dont worry about it.
What problem do you have with the 'show front panel when called' as it isnt clear from your message.
Also, if you can post your problem code as it makes it easier for people to see the problem

Macbook Pro freezes, shuts off for 10 seconds, and then returns to normal

My 13.3" Macbook Pro has this issue of shutting off for 10 seconds and then turns back on to normal. Usually it happens whenever I wake the laptop with the lid open, whenever I open the lid "too fast" from clam shell sleep, and whenever I reopen the lid after when I realized that I needed to check something else. Every time I start using the Macbook Pro from these situations, everything works fine for about 20 seconds and then suddenly everything freezes and shuts off temporarily. Then after about 10 seconds, everything turns back on again. I do not know why this occurs, but I had this issue the 3rd week I purchased this. Is this a normal thing or is this an issue with possibly the motherboard?

ICal freezes while saving backup file

I want to migrate from my iTunes account to my MobileMe/iCloud account. But before I can do that, I need to create a backup of my calendars. My problem is though, that iCal constantly freezes when I'm saving the backup file (via File > Export > iCal Archive…) and I have to force quit it after a while.
Any suggestions?

I've tried EVERYTHING, and this is a consistent problem across the years. What the **** is wrong? I can archive the calendar, even share it on iCloud, but it's nearly impossible to export!
I heard one way to do it is to delete most of your past events, but I need to keep records of where I've been and such. APPLE....SOLVE THIS! It's been a problem since 2008!

Photoshop freezes while saving

It seems like I´m having bad luck with my Photoshop CS6 again...
Since 4 days the whole program freezes the moment i klick ´save´. No matter if I want to save my brushes or a picture,it freezes every time.
The pictures are never bigger than 300 MB,and that never happened before. I can still open and close other programs in the background,just Photoshop freezes.
I can force it to close and it re-creates the pictures because of autosave,but as I said I can´t save them anymore.
I shut down my computer(I´m using OS X)and re-started it,all kind of these things.I also never open any other program when I work with Photoshop.I really don´t know what to do anymore

Indesign CS6 freezes while saving then crashes upon reopening

Hey Guys and Gals,
Little issue, I've been trying to trouble shoot this for a couple days now. But alas, no idea. It happens after a few hours of operating within Indesign and after many successful saves. I'll save a file and get the pinwheel(mac OSX 10.7.5) and subsequently have to force quit indesign. Upon reopening I don't get past initializing and get a crash heres the report:

Error while saving for Objective setting using tcode phap_catalog_pa.

while executing tcode phap_catalog_pa, i get the error "Table HRPAD605 is not part of customizing Object PDST T.
However, when I proceeded further to use the catalog, I am not able to make any changes and the error message i get is "Data was not saved Message no. HRHAP00_TEMPLATE003".
I also executed the solution mentioned in previous threads on the same problem i.e. run the program "RHSOBJCH" and executed the adjusting entries but to no avail.
I have SAP_ALL authorization profile assigned to me.
Would be really helpful if someone could share their insights on solutions to rectify this problem.

Hi Kalpana,
Check the configuration whether you have done it correctly or not.
And try to upload one template which is existing on the system. Download it and upload it as a template.
If the problem is still there then it will be some configuration issues.

Jdev freeze while waiting for "something"

I have problem in my jdeveloper. everytime when i open my jsp file (contains ADF component) and it is freeze and when i look at the thread information, it is waiting for my internal db connection. If i try to comment out, it is fine but when i am going to deploy, i have to dis-comment my db connection. After that, i open another jsp file, the problem comes out again even i have comment out my db connection after deployment.

I was just going to suggest these two solutions myself. If you've got the time, check into this stuff.
1) use Thread.join() to wait (block) until a given
Thread completes its task.
2) Bite the bullet and learn how to use
wait()/notify() (Google should send you to some good
tutorials). Granted, it can be a complex topic, but
it is vital to know if you want to write efficient
asynchronous programs.

Just as the title says. Is it possible to see the compression rate of your image?

If you are think something similar to how zip or 7 shows the compression while it is working, no it does not.
