Dreamweaver error message will not open (CS5)

I know this exact question has been asked before, but i still really do not understand. I understand that an XML file needs to be deleted, but I don't know how to get to that XML file or even how to get to the file path that it refers to. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but nothing worked.
the bottom picture is what I get after saying ok. Very confused. :/

Follow the exact path shown in the screenshot.
The AppData folder is hidden by default in Windows.
If you cannot see it, in Windows Explorer click Tools > Folder Options, click the View tab then check the box labelled "Show hidden files, folders and drives"
You can now see the AppData folder and reach the .xml file to delete it.
Next time you launch Dreamweaver, it will recreate the .xml file automatically.

Error message Could not open file....on application server

Hi Experts,
we are using 3.1 production server which has four application servers, after harware upgrdation we are facing connectivity problem with datastage.
daily the infospkoes and abap programs are faling with the message "Could not open file........on application server".
when we trigger manually on one server then it gets success, means we are facing problem with other 3 appliction servers. we do not know how to go about this issue.

This is error RSBO214 and can be due to upper/lower case letters within your destination path.
Maybe you have changed the path in transaction SE16?
In case you change the destination manually, you have to make sure that that the directory exists and that the authorizations are set up correctly for the extraction user.

Error message: "Could not open key..." trying to install iTunes 7.6.1.9

I'm trying to install iTunes and keep receiving error msg: "Could not open key: HKEYLOCALMACHINES\Software\Classes\.cdda\OpenWithProgIds. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel."
I have tried to un-install and re-install to no avail. Please help! I have i-Tune gift cards that are rendendered worthless at this point.

Messages will not open on iOS 7 with iPhone 4

Just upgraded to iOS 7 on an iPhone 4. Is anyone else unable to open the Messages app. Tap and the app comes up as if its going to start to load in my coversations, but then after about 5-10 seconds it just closes.

I would be concerned too if Messages was not opening on my iPhone. I recommend following the steps in this article for an issue like this (steps 1-3 specifically stand out to me for what you described):

ITunes will not install, I get an error message: Could not open key:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE_software_classes_CLSID

I tried to reinstall iTunes 10.5 on an older PC using Windows XP. iTunes will not install. Tthis is the full error message. Could not open key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\classes\CLSID\{063D34A4-BF84-488D-B699-E8CA04DDE}

No matter what site I download firefox from, there is always an error and will not open or install, what is the problem? I'm on a Mac with OS 10.4. I'm trying to download firefox 3.6.12.dmg

When trying to download firefox 3.6.12.dmg to my Mac, OS 10.4, no matter what site I download it from, it will not install. There is always some error message. I'm trying to download it again now, and I know it will be the same thing again and again. Can anyone open a window for me, since the door is constantly being slamed in my face?

Same proble here, although the Firefox system requirements says it is OK to have PowerPC G3 G4 or G5 ( I have G5 2GHZ)
My solution; very simply use timemachine to restore the previous Frefox 3.x

Latest version will not open CS5

I was told by Adobe that you would be able to answer my question. After some problems getting CC to open, the problem is finally fixed. However, now I cannot open a RAW file in CS5 because I get the error message that the file is not supported by the installed version of Camera RAW, which is 8.5 How do I get it to work? I need to be able to use CS5 for the Pixel Bender plugin, which I have been unable to use since I bought the Macbook Pro.

In a nutshell, yes for Raw files.
However there are workarounds when you can convert Raw files to DNGs then edit the DNGs in CS5.

Well the fix is to convert to DNG then edit the DNG in CS5. No-one said it would be a convenient fix but it does work.

Dreamweaver Mac CS4 will not open a certain site

I am using Dreamweaver CS4 for the Mac. I am running several sites. Dreamweaver will open up all the pages on all the sites, except one. When I open that site, the files all show up on the local files listing. But when I click on any of them, all I get is the spinning beach ball.
I just repaired permissions and this did not help.

Well this is interesting. I duplicated the folder and then tried creating another site in Dreamweaver and accessed the duplicate - no luck, same issues.
So I went into Time Machine and tried restoring the entire site. Time Machine did not allow me to restore the entire site. It seems that some subfolders indicate that I do not have permission. However, if I restore the contents within that subfolder, it will allow me to do so. Considering I have multiple subfolders, this will be tedious.
So I restored from 3 days earlier my Index which is one I could not open before. I re-opened Dreamweaver and opened the Index and it opened and displayed. However, after the Index page displayed, Dreamweaver froze and presented me once again with the dreaded spinning beach ball and is now frozen.
So it looked like I made progress, but I did not.

Step 1
Open the Sharing pane in System Preferences. If the Computer Name is not set, enter a name. You may first have to click the lock icon in the lower left corner and authenticate to unlock the settings. Then reinstall the EPSON update.

If there's no improvement after Step 1, restore the following folder from the last backup you made before the EPSON update:
/Library/Printers/EPSON
You may have to reset the printing system for the change to become effective.

ITunes error and will not open

I just upgraded QuickTime to 7.6. When I try to open iTunes I get the following error message:
The iTunes application could not be opened. A required iTunes component is not installed. Please repair or reinstall QuickTime.
I tried to repair iTunes by going to Add/Remove programs >> change >> repair to iTunes, but the same problem is still occurring.
Any help is appreciated.

I am not sure about this as I am not familiar with problems on 64 bit systems.
But I would try a complete removal of iTunes and related programs followed by a phased reinstall, QUicktime then iTunes.
Note that your need the version of Quicktime that does not include iTunes.

The other thing you should think about is incompatible codec packs.
Have you installed any of the following:
ACE & K-Lite mega codecs package, QT alternative, Storm codec, WinAVI video converter, Mpcstar, (possibly starcodec pack, 3ivx)
If so uninstall them before reinstalling Quicktime, they are know to cause problems with QUickitme.
Install QUicktime then restart your PC and check that it works.
If it does try installing iTunes.
PS you can get the 64 bit drivers for burning from the Gear site:

Error message will not go away

Any steps I take in Photoshop end up with an error message saying it "cannot complete my request due ro a program error "--- clicking OK does not make it go away.. I've used the trouble shooting suggestions and reinstalled. I also tried the alternative login, disk utility, cocktail, and reinstalling all my CS3 programs
I'm a long time Mac user and had never encountered this before.
Please help as this is day 2 spent trying to resolve this this problem. I fear I'll have to reinstall my operating system which will be a nightmare in terms of saving and all it entails.

IPod mini "playlist" error message will not allow me to transfer songs

When I plug my iPod mini into the computer to transfer songs, I get an error message that says that the songs could not be transferred due to non-existent playlists. I deleted my playlists after this message...and I still get the same error message. I have songs in my iTunes library, but now my iPod mini has no songs on it.

Actually, I managed to side-step doing the manual playlist by clicking the first option under the iPod options...I can't remember what it was, but I decided to take a chance and now it is loading all of my songs, one song at a time. Thanks for helping, I was really nervous that I lost all my songs.

Getting error message "Could not open a scratch file...

I cannot open PS because of this error message. I changed the scratch disk within Photoshop in the "Preferences" section and next time I opened PS (CS4) this is the error message I got.
I went to Windows Explorer and all my permissions are "Full Control" on all users. I cannot see anything else I can do. How do I solve this problem?

Are you running PS as administrator?
Also try clearing your perf file by selecting CTRL, Alt, Shift during PS Start up. You have to be quick with the open timing. A screen should pop up asking if you want to reset. Hit yes. A conformation should pop up after.

Visible sent message will not open

When I look at my sent mail box for one of my mail accounts. I can find messages from last march. If I click on a particular one mails says "Loading..." and never does anything else. If I click on a message above or below it. Those messages will show up fine. I can see the first two sentences in the preview panel, but the full message never loads.
Mail account is POP and there are no messages on the server's sent mailbox. Naturally with POP I am only using my computer to access it.
