HTML5 media options are Cloud only features in DW - not yet available for Creative Suite perpetual license versions.

  • Error updating Dreamweaver and Extension Manager CS6 (Creative Cloud)

    Hello,
    I'm having troubles updating Dreamweaver and Extension Manager CS6 (Creative Cloud) on Macbook Pro with OS version 10.8.2. I get this error codes for both updates U44M1P7.
    The log files are generated.

    In this log file I can see you are getting Error : U44M1P7 while updating the software
    This Error comes where language packs for software are not installed properly on the machine.
    I would suggest to update Adobe Application manager from
    Windows : http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4773
    MAC: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4774
    then try to install the update if still you are not able to update software and getting same error then uninstall all the Adobe software selecting remove prefernces.
    After uninstalling the software run the Adobe Cleaner tool(http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and remove the leftovers.

    Hello, I had an Adobe Muse membership and I have changed it to a full Adobe Creative cloud membership. The problem is when I login in to business catalyst and try to push live  a second site, it tells me as follows:  Your Adobe Creative Cloud Membership has reached its limit for hosted sites.
    I think business catalyst has not recognize jet that I have change my Adobe Creative Cloud Membership and does not allow me access to the 5 sites that are supposed to come with my adobe creative cloud.
    Please help me refresh my status on business catalyst so I can publish my 5 sites.

  • How to register Dreamweaver CS6 if purchased via Creative Cloud?

    Brand new install after signing up for Creative Cloud.   Informed via "pop-up" to register it after initial launch.
    OK.   How do I do that?
    I've found no options in Dreamweaver itself to do that.  Using the Help menu in Dreamweaver there's no option to register that I see.
    When log into Adobe I see under <Products> "You have no registered products."   Do I even have a serial number?
    Or......is registration unnecessary if paying for Creative Cloud?

    Did you install it via the Creative Cloud Desktop Application, or did you download it from somewhere else?
    If you didn't use the app to install, it may be the Perpetual License version and you might not be able to register anything.
    As a CC Subscriber, you should first download the Creative Cloud Desktop App from Adobe, then install your software from that. When done that way, it uses your subscriber log-in ID and activates the full programs automatically.
    There's nothing to "register" in a CC Subscription. Everything is ID based (whichever Adobe ID you used to subscribe that is) so getting a registration prompt makes me think you may have inadvertently installed the wrong program.

  • I need help downloading apps from creative cloud.

    I installed CC for the desktop and accepted my invites to use CC desktop, Illustrator, and Photoshop. I then go and click on the download button from my account in CC on the Adobe site, and it automatically opens CC for the desktop and I just get the spinning blue lines. Any ideas on what to try next? I did un-install and re-install CC desktop to no avail.

    This is what I had to do to get it to download on my Mac. I work for a company and I had to log on to Adobe.com as my IT client, and send myself invitations to CC desktop, Illustrator and Photoshop. I then accepted the invites. A tem has to be set up first by the admin of this account. (I set it up once I was in IT's account) I had to down load the app for Creative Cloud Packager (CCP), and launch it. Then I had to choose which one best fit my situation (Creative Cloud for Enterprise) and double clicked it to launch a window to log into with my Adobe ID. I then chose create package and both of the products we purchased showed up. I named the folder and it download the files to this folder. Inside this folder there will be another installer to double click on. In CC desktop these applications should now show up as installed.
    I hope this helps. I know I had to hunt and search to figure out what to do, and quite frankly this should have been done by the IT people who purchased it.

    Then I wait on Chat for hours and no one ever gets on...

  • Need some help with CS3 or Creative Cloud

    I just bought a new camera and CS3 doesn't recognize my RAW files from the new camera. I tried to download the updates but my computer doesn't recognize the update files. SOO I decided to try out the creative cloud and the new CS6 but nothing will download (not even the Adobe Download Assistant) and I am getting an error message saying that my operating system doesn't meet the minimum requirements. Can someone please help!?
    There has got to be some way to update my software or my OS without costing me a bunch of money!
    FYI I have a Mac OS X 10.5.8, 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, and CS3 version 10.0.1... PLEASE HELP!

    Yes, CS6 requires OSX 10.6 at least and Apple sell updates to OSX via the app store for 30 bucks. Just be aware that this is a one way road - after the update, CS3 will no longer be usable and you will have to get CS6. However, your Mac seems to be quite old and may not qualify for either - not CS6, not an OSX upgrade.

  • Please help decide on buying creative cloud

    I have a few questions regarding the creative cloud setup.
    I am a photographer and would therefore want to go with the package that includes Photoshop and Lightroom at $9.99 per month.
    But I also enjoy design and therefore think I might need to get the complete set.
    Is it possible to get the photoshop and lightroom set first and then upgrading later on if I see I need to?
    Also I have a desktop at home, but take my laptops on shoots. Is it possible to have the suite on bought computers or must I then buy two?
