Dreamweaver installation bug après achat

Après achat de dreamweaver cc, lors de son téléchargement puis de son installation, creative cloud m'affiche un message d'erreur concernant la mise à jour du produit. Comment est-ce possible qu'une telle erreur survienne après un achat avec engagement sur une année ? Merci de bien vouloir me répondre car il semble que votre service téléphonique soit absent.

Réinstaller CS4 après déinstallation incomplète

Je rencontre une impossibilité à réinstaller CS4 après avoir déinstallé sans avoir supprimé mon numéro de licence.
Je suis sous Windows 7. Suite à une mise à jour Windows qui a provoqué des bugs, j'ai réinitialisé mon système deux jours avant la mise à jour. Las cette réinitialisation à corrompu CS4 qui ne fonctionnait plus correctement. J'ai CS4 sur mon pc de bureau et sur mon portable. C'est l'installation sur le portable qui a été corrompue. J'ai tenté de réparer en important des éléments de l'installation du pc bureau sans succès.
J'ai donc désinstallé CS4 de mon portable malheureusement à la hate sans supprimer le marqueur de ma license.
Impossible aujourd'hui de réinstaller : le CD d'installation CS4 ne se lance pas. J'ai testé mon lecteur, il fonctionne normalement et aussi le CD de CS4 sur le pc de ma compagne; il se lance normalement. C'est bien sur mon portable qu'il est impossible de réinstaller.
J'ai installé le programme de supression avancé Revo et supprimé sur mon portable tous fichiers et registres Adobe (sauf Adobe-Reader XI) sans que cela me permette de réinstaller CS4.
J'aimerais éviter de réinitialiser totalement mon portable et perdre ainsi toutes mes installations sur cette machine.
Reconnaissant si vous aviez une méthode à m'indiquer pour résoudre ce problème.
Merci.Bonsoir, faites une recherche sur "creative cloud cleaner" c'est un programme qui permet de nettoyer les petits bouts restants. Je vous conseille aussi de contacter le service clientèle pour qu'il remette à zéro le compte des activations.
Mais j'ai quand même peur que ces désinstaller, réinstaller,retour arrière, puis programmes tiers n'ai mis un pu le désordre dans windows... -
Dreamweaver Installation Failing

Dreamweaver Installation Problem
Hi
I have started to download Dreamweaver and shortly after the serial no is accepted the message comes up to close Adobe Bridge CS5 ( Bridge.exe ) - I do not have Bridge open but can remember getting a similar message when I installed PS5 a couple of years ago. Unfortunately I did not note down the solution which was given to me at the time - I think this is also hindering me downloading Bridge updates.
Can any one help ?

My System:
- Dreamweaver 8

- iMac Intel Core Duo (OS X 10.4.8)
My Problem:
- I would like to edit the html in one or more of the
existing template files used by Photoshop CS's automated "Web Photo
Gallery" plugin. I have done this for two years with much success
on my old Windows PC system. When using the PC I would:
1) locate an existing template file (like "IndexPage.htm");
2) edit the html in FrontPage;
3) save the new file(s) to a new template folder; and
4) run the automated Web Photo Gallery plugin in Photoshop.
As I said, I've never had a problem -- until now.
- Now that I have migrated to an iMac, I am using a newer
version of Photoshop (CS) and instead of FrontPage, I now use
Dreamweaver 8. But get a load of this -- if I so much as "OPEN" one
of the existing template files that came with Photoshop CS using
Dreamweaver 8, and then "SAVE AS" over the existing file (no edits,
just an OPEN and SAVE), Photoshop's automated Web Photo Gallery
plugin creates web pages with "missing" html. I kid you not.
- Below is a sample of what the code in a "good" index.htm
file looks like vs. the code in a "bad" index.htm file. Remember,
the only difference between the template files used by Photoshop CS
when creating these web photo galleries is that the "good" template
is the original file from the installation CD, and the "bad"
template was that same file OPENED and SAVED using DW 8.

Any ideas as to what is causing this error? I've tried a
number of things to help me isolate the issue. I assume that this
problem has something to do with the way that DW 8 saves html
files, or perhaps it has something to do with the way Photoshop CS
reads html files. The thing is that the two template files are

Thanks for taking the time to read and respond to my post.
Based on your response, I think that you -- and perhaps others --
might be unclear as to the nature of my issue with Photoshop CS1
and DW 8, so I'll quickly reivew it again.
1. Photoshop CS 1 includes an "Automate" plugin called "Web
Photo Gallery."
2. This plugin includes several "templates" which generate
various web ready photo gallery formats when selected.
3. These "templates" are in fact a collection of html files
-- grouped together by template -- which Photoshop uses when
creating web ready photo galleries (once you've run the automated
plugin.)
4. These "template" files may be editted -- Photoshop's own
user manual confirms this fact -- and I have done so in the past
with much success. This gives me much more control over the final
web gallery files created by Photoshop (i.e. size & resolution
of images & thumbnails, gallery layout, CSS formats, etc.) than
is achievable by using the DW 8 web gallery function you mentioned.
5. I have never had an issue creating web photo galleries in
Photoshop using template files that I have "customized." Just to be
clear -- I customize the template file BEFORE I run the plugin, so
this is not an issue of my not being able to edit html files
GENERATED by Photoshop's plugin (I think.) Instead, it's an issue
of Photoshop creating web photo gallery files that are missing
random bits of code whenever I run the plugin using a template that
I have customized.
6. But here's the thing -- if I so much as OPEN a template
file in DW 8 and then SAVE AS over the original file, Photoshop
will create web photo gallery pages missing random bits of code,
even though this "editted" template file has EXACLY THE SAME CODE
as the original template file. When I revert back to using the
original template files, Photoshop generates web photo gallery
files with all of the code intact - no problems at all. What is the
deal?
7. I have only encountered this issue using Photoshop CS1 and
DW8 on my new iMac. I have never had this issue when using
Photoshop 7.0 and FrontPage 2000 on my Windows PC to achieve the
same end.
Is there some "invisible" code that DW8 inserts every time
you open and save a file? I cannot SEE a difference between the
code, file name and file extension of the original template file
and the one I opened/saved in DW8, so why on earth would I get two
different file results when running the "same" template through the
same plugin? (See the "good" and "bad" code example in my original
post.)

Dreamweaver Installation Problems
Hi,
I have just purchased the full licenced version (downloaded) of Dreamweaver after running the trial for a couple of weeks.
I tried simply putting my key into the trial but it didn't like that.
So I uninstalled the trial, which seemed to work.
Downloaded the new one.
Installatin went ok, till the very end when it said - encountered some problems, please contact support.
Does anyone have any ideas how to get this working?

More FlexMotion installer BUGS!!!!
I found out some more information about the bugs in the FlexMotion Installer. It seems if I log into an account with admin privilages, then everything runs ok. If I log into another account (without admin privilages), like say THE PRODUCTION ACCOUNT, then for everything you do the FLEX-MOTION install program pops up!
Just trying to run Internet Explorer makes the installer come up. And if you "cancel" it, it just pops right back up!
Talk about a good way for NI to really piss off its customers!

The reason why the installer will pop-up with IE or VB application is because for some reason your previous installation or operation of the driver broke some file. MAX controls Motion and it is built over IE and VB, so whenever you call this applications it searches registries and founds that there is something wrong with a file in Motion, it will try to go and repair it itself, but since it does not finds the install files it pops up the installer (and the installer searches the registry which as a user you don't have access to), I believe this is the reason also for your message "can't connect to network share...", probably your motion driver was installed from that directory and you don't have access to it as a user. Your best option is to download the files t
o install the driver to your computer, then log as an administrator, install flexmotion (reinstall), and leave the files there. Log as a user and you should be able to use the motion hardware with no problem. In case you do, then your system may be having other issues that we need to troubleshoot more deeply, we have lots of customers using NT, 2000 and XP with users operating motion without any trouble so we may be facing a more complicated issue.

Hello everybody
Everytime I try to install the Dreamweaver using the Adobe Application Manager I get the following error:

Adobe Reader 2.0 unsuccessful installation - bug
Yesterday I discovered weird bug in installation of Adobe Reader for Pocket PC 2.0. Installation failed with message "installation was unsuccessful". After long investigation I found, that file "Adobe Reader User Guide.pdf" exists in "My Documents" folder (it was copied by ActiveSync synchronization). When I removed it, installation was successful. I hope it will help somebody.

Can I delete Dreamweaver installation files ( 500MB)?
I purchased Dreamweaver CS5 last year and installed it on a second computer with a pretty full hard disk. The downloaded Dreamweaver_11_5_LS1.exe file is about 400 MB and the unpacked installation files (on my desktop) are more than 500 MB. I thought they would be deleted after the installation is complete, but they're still there. Can I delete them?

If your software has been installed successfully. You can delete the .exe file
But if in future you need to re-install the product again then you need that file...
if you're trying to delete the files which have been created once you've run the setup , then please don't delete them. They may lead to non functioning of product.

Dreamweaver installation error
Hi, when I run the Dream Weaver installer I get this error
after the files have been extracted and installation progress bar
reading 100%:
"A problem occured while extracting some files. Check
available space on your computer and the write privelages to the
destination folder."
I have plenty of disk space. And I'm the Admin for my
computer.
Please help me,

I don't know how the licensing system works. What I do know
is that
whenever beta testers encounter a similar problem, it usually
needs to
be sorted out directly by a member of the technical support
team.
It's quite possible that your problem has nothing to do with
your
hardware setup. The CS3 installer has caused a lot of
problems. When it
works, it's fine (although rather slow). When something goes
wrong, it's
frequently something very obscure that's getting in the way.
My
installation on Vista and Mac OS X went like clockwork. On
Windows XP, I
went through two days of hell until an engineer was able to
identify the
problem by studying the installation log.

I just installed my CS5 Dreamweaver, but when I start a program I do not see anything at the top bar besides Apple icon and Dreamweaver (under it: Services, Hide Dreamweaver, Hide Others, Show All, and Quit Dreamweaver). There is no File, Edit, nothing.... How do I start working on it? Is it an installation problem? The older ones were very easy to start... Anybody? Please help...

I have an older copy of Dreamweaver (MX 2004)
It won't let me install it because my computer has died so
many times and I have used so many computers over the years that I
have maxed out the number of installs allowed.
I have been asked to contact Adobe/Macromedia for help but my
attempts have failed. What do I do?
Has anyone had this happen before? Do I have out of date
contact details? Why haven't they replied to my message which I

Application installation bug in 10.4.10???
I've been unable to install a Filemaker Pro 8.5 upgrade because the installer icon has been replaced by a red circle with a line through it, and when double clicked, opens the application Switch, used to change audio file formats. I've been dialoging with baltwo in the Admin and Accounts forum and have tried repairing permissions and creating a new admin account to no avail. I couldn't change applications to Installer, because it was grayed out in both accounts. He's stumped, I'm stumped, and the Filemaker support tech is stumped. Filemaker is wondering if I've happened on a bug in 10.4.10. They're sending me a new disk to try, but didn't sound too hopeful. I installed other programs the same day I started trying this one, and everything else worked fine.
Does anyone have any other ideas? I'll try anything. I'm getting desperate; I really need to get Filemaker up on my Mac Pro.You're right, I am desperate! I took your advice and went to JustAnswer.com for advice. Their tech felt that perhaps the application on the CD had been inadvertantly locked somehow so it couldn't be run. I went back to Filemaker, who thought that perhaps the CD had been made with a version missing its extension, and to try adding .app to the file. I did that on a copy I dragged to my hard drive, and it corrected the red circle icon, and it opened properly as an installer. they offered me a replacement disk, which finally arrived today. Same exact problem, same icons, same "Open with" application problems; I went through the same steps with the same results. I'm concerned that installing from my hard drive copy might not install properly and even corrupt my databases. So back to the drawing board...
