Dreamweaver - No Coldfusion or Data-panel

I'm just getting cc apps installed and first off Dreamweaver is missing Coldfusion and there is no Data panel showing. What happened??
I have to assume that I haven't found them yet!!!!!

Having trouble with dreamweaver cs 6 spry tabbed panels, all content in each tab showes through like it was all created on one page, plus mouse over doesnt work on them.
This started all of a sudden.
The entire website is a series of spry tabbed panels.

ive been looking for the answer for 4 months with no success.

You called it: your links to the SpryAssets are linking to your hard drive, not to the files within the folder on the server.
Correct these links:

Date Panel in Album View

Whenever I am viewing albums a DATE panel appears in a great semi-transparent grey box in the middle of the screen. I cannot get rid of this box unless I view the pictures as a slide show. It is a tremendous inconvenience as it gets in the way of scan viewing of the Album pictures. I have ascertained that it is the SAME date panel with the SAME date - October 2006 - regardless of the Album I am viewing. Has anyone any advice on how to remove this bug / feature? I should add that in every other respect my computer is working extremely efficiently so I would prefer to avoid having to do a complete re-install of the System and / or iPhoto software. iPhoto Menu -> Preferences -> Apearance: Uncheck 'Show Scrolling Information'. There's a similar option in the Events pane too.

Indesign CS4 - Error Synchronizing Data Panels

I have a user who is trying to synchronize their data panels which are stored on a file server. This has worked for the past few months, but yesterday she suddenly got the error that says 'Error writing data panel.' That is the only information given in the error message. The user has permission for full control over all files and folders where the data panels are located. Indesign has the correct path in its settings to the panels. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

I don't actually know waht a "data panel" is in ID? Could you explain it to me? is that the EXACT error message that you receive?

"dreamweaver encountered an internal data error" - can't connect to server (CS6)

Since last week I can't connect to all of my websites using Dreamweaver. When I click on connect or switch to the server view I instantly get the error message "dreamweaver encountered an internal data error".
The websites are on different servers and I can connect to each of them using another FTP Software like SmartFTP.
I already used google and found some "solutions" like checking the "FTP timeout time". But even a timeout time of 60 seconds instantly brings the error message.
Also I tried a fresh install of Dreamweaver yesterday but this doesn't help.
OS is Windows 8 Pro x64
Any advice would be great because I can't work without Dreamweaver.

When DW starts acting weird, the first thing to try is Deleting Corrupted Cache in DW

Dreamweaver encountered an internal data error (CS5.5, OSX 10.7.2)

Sometimes it works perfectly, other times I get an error. The strange thing is that I'm using the same site setup in both cases. It doesn't matter which file or files I'm trying to upload to the remote server. No problem copying the same files from the local directory to the remote server using an independent FTP client with the same site settings. Can someone tell me what usually causes the following error? I'm new to Dreamweaver (CS5.5, Mac OSX10.7.2) and have no idea how to proceed.

Is that from the FTP log? A 553 FTP error is bad permissions. You are going to need to explain more about your setup to troubleshoot.
-FTP connection type you are using (SFTP, FTPS, FTP, etc.)
-Server type (Win/Linux)
-Web host (this is a strange one but there is an issue with some larger hosts using invalid SSL certificates like Godaddy)
Also is it only with the one file or all files/folders?

Upgrading from CS6 to Dreamweaver CC "up to date" does not allow installation of new product.

I'm trying to upgrade my mac from CS6 to dreamweaver CC, but my adober app manager says my dreamweaver is up to date. I know this is not true because I don't have the insert edge animate project button which the new dreamweaver CC advertises.
How can I install it if my app manager thinks I already have the latest version?

An FTP error occurred - cannot put [file name.htm]. Dreamweaver encountered an internal data error

I get the message “Server not responding” whenever trying to add files to my web site via DW. The following message appears: "An FTP error occurred - cannot put [file name.htm]. Dreamweaver encountered an internal data error. Please try the operation again."
I called the hosting service provider, and they said they were able to upload a 20 mb document with no problem. I was also able to upload a document using Filezilla.
Therefore, the problem must be with DW.
When I go to Manage Sites and choose my site and get to the Test Connection button, the test is successful, which further confuses the issue.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

It is possible it is a host issue but because they use a higher level account to test that they do not see the error.

Connecting database in dreamweaver to coldfusion

i did access database. i created site with all the files and
images. i did the connection from coldfusion to the database in
dreamweaver through the "datasources " in the coldfusion
administrator, but when i try to make the page appear by clicking
view - live data i get this message: "dreamweaver couldn't convert
properly the live page from the server". can someone help me ?

What I am trying to do is to load a second page from a link in my initial page
that contains a Tabbed Panel.
The page loads but no panel functionality exists. The first Panel load correctly but behaves as a simple html page .
I have searched several hours the forums and playing around by moving the definition of Spry.Widget.TabbedPanels within
the initial HTMLPanel page and other spots but this produced js errors as expected (because the tab panel definitions exist in bookcategories.php)
which is loaded only when it is called.
Any ideas?

Ok I went back through everything and checked to make sure my
files were in the right places both my SpryTabbedPanels.css and my
SpryTabbedPanels.js are in the SpryAssets folder and they work fine
until I try and add data from an xml file to them then the tabs
populate with the info but become unclickable and the content area
has every bit of content in on tab. Below is what I have let me
know what I'm doing wrong I am using Spry 1.6

Dreamweaver 8 problem with database panel

Hi,
I am workting with Dreamweaver 8 and WAMP5 1.4.5 (php 5.1
Apache 1.3 MySQL 4.1)
I have created a connexion MySQL in Dreamweaver 8
When I open "database" in the application panel I can see the
4 tables of my database but when I click on each table to see the
fields it doen't show any and indicate there is no field.

Dreamweaver and Coldfusion or PHP

Hi..
I am setting up a user generated video site with online
registration and flash video using alot of social media tagging
type services. I'm new to web design and am using Dreamweaver to
get me started. I am looking at using mySQL as the database and a
specific company for the streaming hosting (any recomemndations
welcome).
My question is should I use PHP (which is free) as the
application server or should I use Coldfusion (more expensive)?
How well and importantly simply does either work with and
when using Dreamweaver?
If PHP works well with Dreamweaver for a beginner then I will
go for this (is cheaper) but does anyone have any views on
experience on PHP with dreamweaver?

Dreamweaver CS4 & Coldfusion 8.01

With the release of Dreamweaver CS4 next month, will the
Coldfusion 8 extensions for Dreamweaver still work in Dreamweaveer
CS4 or will Adobe be providing new versions of these extensions ?
I would appreciate it if someone could answer that.

I am not sure exactly what extensions that you are talking
about, but
ColdFusion 8 Code Coloring and static object Code Hints have
been
integrated into DW CS4.

Exif and other selections in meta data panels

I can find no way to show exif data in the metadata panel on the right.
I converted my LR2 catalog to LR3 but none of the EXIF data can be seen in LR3. What am i missing?

Thanks for your reply. I have been relegated to using the EXIF IPTC selection in the metadata list.
My problem is that when I open the edit panel I am not allowed to edit any exif data and in my metadata panel, despite the fact that none of the iptc check boxes in the edit panel are selected, I still get all these iptc fields that I do not want. I am not certain if I have been clear. I have enclosed screen capture--requires 2 images.

Dreamweaver and Coldfusion deployment

Hi anyone
I've developed a dreamweaver/coldfusion/mySQL site that I wish to deploy. I bought Creative Cloud in the hope that the components that work perfectly on my machine could be deployed to the CC site. This appears not to be the case. If Adobe products don't integrate here the CC subscription becomes a trifle redundant?
Q1. Does this mean I need another supplier to host coldfusion and yet another for mySQL and if so who?
Thanks for any illumination, I really don't want to go back to java ...

DWCC removes CF support, Adobe wants to migrate people to their CF Builder program (not part of Creative Cloud).
However DWCS6 still has it and you can have both versions installed on your machine at the same time (they just won't run at the same time).
