Dreamweaver not allowing columns to be adjusted

I'm having a problem with the design view in Dreamweaver.
I can't change the column width or row height!
I can do it by going into the source, but even when I do (and it works on the published paged) Dreamweaver's display is still not correct.
What am I doing wrong or is there a patch that I need?

The web site is "chris.mrbreeze.net". I'm just looking at the "index.php". Once I get this fixed I can deal with the other pages.
As you can see from the page and what Dreamweaver shows, there are some major differences.
In Dreamweaver the text in "yellow" is all the way to the right but on the web page it's centered.
I can't move the border on the text in Dreamweaver.

Manually by 261->Order+Costcenter...I can post it but there is problem in Auto Goods Movement

Nodes not allowed

Dear Experts,
I have created a GL in BCS Devlopement system and is appearing properly in items hierarchy. but when it was moved to Quality and Production server it appeared in "Nodes not allowed" cloumn inplace of item hierarchy. Please guide the corrective action and also what is reason for this.

My requirement is different. In my case transport of item has been made but it is appearing at column "Nodes Not Allowed" in quality and production server though items were properly created in Development and appearing in the right column in Item Hierarchy in Develpoment server. Since items are appearing in right cloumn in Developemnt server why it is not moved in the same manner to Quality and Production. A request for creating items was made in Dev and succefully released aswell and transported to Quality and Production server. If after this item appears in "Nodes Not Allowed" column, what does this mean and what correction to be done.

Dreamweaver does not allow me to edit the editable region

Oh my, I'm so desperate in this, I have a .dwt and have set up the editable region as well. When I want to make a new html file from the said template dreamweaver does not allow me to edit it. I mean, all the code is completely grayed out as if the template itself is locked by default.
What I want to do is to create several new pages such as new albums, charts, genres, contacts (which all based on the home template) The home template itself has slider in its body. For the new html files I'm about to create (which I'm so desperate why I can't do so) I want the header and footer to remain the same.
Here is an image of my index.dwt (my homepage) anything inside the red frame is what I want to edit for new albums, charts, genres, contacts, login page, etc. The top part is the header and the bottom one is the footer (Excuse the right image, I'm working on dual screen)
Any help will be appreciated!

here some hints concerning while handling templates (I quote):
The main principle of DW Templates is:
Non-editable regions = propagate to all child pages. The content of non-edtable regions is identical on all child pages. When you edit a non-editable region, DW propagates all changes to all child pages.
Editable regions = do not propagate because they're unique to every child page. The whole idea of editable regions is that they contain page specific content which does not appear on any other child page.
And:
PART 1
1. Create a prototype page with all the sitewide elements (common header, footer, sidebar, etc..) that you will need for your entire project. This requires some careful pre-planning even for small web sites.
2. Validate your code & test this prototype page in all major browsers. 3. When you're completely satisfied with your layout, SaveAs Template. DW will save this as a .dwt file in a site folder called Templates.
4. DW will ask you to add Editable Regions for stuff that will change from page to page. Do this and SAVE.
5. Close your Template.dwt file.
PART 2
1. File > New Page > from Template. Select the template you wish to use. Hit OK.
2. This is a child page. You can only edit content within editable regions. Everything else is locked.
3. SaveAs index.html (your home page) to the root in your local site folder.
PART 3
Repeat PART 2 for each additional page required.
PART 4
1. Open your main TEMPLATE file and add a navigation menu with links to your site pages.2. SAVE.3. DW will ask if you want to populate changes to child pages. Hit yes.
4. Publish all site pages to your server.
PART 5
If you should ever need to edit your TEMPLATE .dwt file, Repeat PART 4.

When Closing the window giving error " Virtual Column not allowed"

Hi All,
In my main block, i have a button, on clicking which will open a new window(block) with a free text field to enter.
I have a Save button in a new window which will save entered text fiedl and refresh the main block to see the value entered in a new block.
But suppose, if entered something in text field and without saving if i close the window and try to exit from the form
It is asking me to save the form or not and if i press Yes
Then it gives me below error
ORA-01733: virtual column not allowed here
FRM-40508: ORACLE error: unable to INSERT record.
If i see from Display database error' It is trying to insert the record into the view On which my new block has based( i know it is not possible).
Any suggestion on this please?

Pavan,
How are you populating your block? It sounds like you are populating the block manually (eg; Looping through a cursor and assigning values to each row of your block). If this is what you are doing, then YES you will get these kinds of errors. Ideally, you should base your data block on your data (either directly on the base table or view of if you are using a query, then a FROM Clause based block).
I'm guessing here, so would you mind posting a description of your data block(s) is/are set up?

I am trying to find out the characters or symbols which are not allowed to be a part of column names in Siebel tables. For instance, I checked and found out ( and ) along with all numbers and alphabets are allowed to be part of column name of tables in Siebel. I am looking for some character or character sequence which are not allowed to be used as part of column names.

Create Materialized View ORA-01723: zero-length columns are not allowed

I am trying to create a materialized view which derives a column from a function and I get: ORA-01723: zero-length columns are not allowed.
I am using 10gR2 with the following definition (simple version):
CREATE MATERIALIZED VIEW AS
SELECT
function_name(column_name) COLUMN_ALIAS
FROM table_name;
I have even tried to cast it like below:
CREATE MATERIALIZED VIEW AS
SELECT
CAST(function_name(column_name) AS VARCHAR2(200)) COLUMN_ALIAS
FROM table_name;
My function does have an exception to return a value even if no values are found.
I have looked all over for the solution. Does anyone have a way around this issue? I really need my function to derive the column as it has business rules which I cannot join into my materialized view definition. My only hope around this is to insert the values into a table and then create a materialized view from that table, I don't want to do that if someone has a solution around this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Constraint on a Date Column to Not Allow Setting Weekend Dates

We are utilizing SQL Server 2008 R2 for scheduling AD user migrations. We keep track of all user accounts to be migrated and have a column for Migration_DATE with data type "Date".
I am looking to add a constraint to the Migration_DATE column to not allow scheduling dates on weekends. In other words I don't want anyone setting dates that fall on the weekend or a list of dates on a table. Can anyone help me with how to do this
or point me in the right direction.

Based on your description, you had a table which used for track AD user migration. And you wan to alter the date column "Migration_DATE" to not allow insert weekend date. If I understanding correctly, you can add a constraint to check the insert values.
ALTER TABLE teble_name ADD constraint ck_Migration_date
CHECK (DATENAME(WEEKDAY,Migration_DATE) NOT IN ('Saturday','Sunday'))

Hi All,
I am facing "Virtual Column not allowed here" Error when running a simple select statement. I have identified that if I am removing a primary key constraint and an index on top of month table which is used in the SQL solving this issue. But want to know the exact reason of this error. FYI I am having two indexes on Month_end_date_key (which is also a primary key) and Month_end_date. Could you please let me know the reason for this.
FYI I am not doing any insert,update deletion operations. I am using only the tables in the SQL not using any views.

Cause: An attempt was made to use an INSERT, UPDATE, or DELETE statement on an expression in a view.
Action: INSERT, UPDATE, or DELETE data in the base tables, instead of the view.

Database trigger - PL/SQL: ORA-00984: column not allowed here

I am trying to create a trigger that will update an employee audit table when a row is changed. Using a sequence number to assign a unique identifier to each row as it is created. Need to capture the user ID, date of the change, and the action (update), plus the before image of the row.

First, when you write an INSERT statement, it's always good to list the columns that you're inserting into. That makes the code easier to follow-- you don't have to separately pull up the table definition to know what order columns are inserted. And it makes the code more maintainable since the statement won't become invalid if you add a new column to the table in the future.
Second, CHANGE_DATE, CHANGE_USER, and ACTION are not (presumably) functions and they are not local variables so it doesn't make sense to use them in an INSERT statement. You would need to write code or leverage existing functions to populate those columns. I'm guessing, for example, that you want to use SYSDATE to populate the CHANGE_DATE and USER to populate the CHANGE_USER column. My guess is that ACTION should always be a 'U' for UPDATE.
Third, it appears that you left off the :old on the DEPTNO column.
Putting it all together, you'd have something like
