third- what do you mean by "I don't get the design only code"
Do you mean the browser shows the code, or the browser shows nothing, or ???

Other people have been having similar problems with songs over a number of days.
Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting those tracks from your iTunes library and redownload them via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if they re-download in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find those songs and use the 'Report a Problem' link.

I have two seperate itunes accounts on two seperate devices and i can not make an itunes purchase on either one. When signing into the account it ask for the answer to security questions. I have NEVER answered a security question for these accounts. Each time it is a different set of questions. This has only happend since the original devices have been replaced/upgraded. How do I fix this? There is money in each account and both have recieved itunes giftcards for christmas that they are unable to use!

Help? Views fine in Firefox but not in IE?!

I am building a webpage that is basically a gallery of
thumbnails that when moused over call up a "tooltip" which contains
a larger view of the image. I used created my page in Dreamweaver
and added the code and javascript files from this freeware tool...

Anyway, for some reason when I preview in Firefox everything
works fine. But when I preview in Internet Explorer, my rollove
rimages don't work. Ok so I "allow blocked content" in the IE
protected mode window at the top of the browser, rollovers work
fine. BUT, my tooltips do NOT work. They just don't pop up. No
amount of settings on my end in IE seem to help. action scripting
is enabled, pop ups are not blocked (even though tooltips are not
technically a pop up).
What other kinds of things should I be looking at? I could
post the website so you could look at the code, but before I do
that maybe there is something obvious I am missing?

I have reinserted the SWF files and I can now see all pages except my

Try removing any all-day events from the calendar for the 1st April 2013 e.g. if you are syncing the calendar from somewhere else (e.g. Outlook on a PC or iCal/Calendar on a Mac) then change it to a timed event instead of all-day (if you don't sync your calendar from anywhere then try going into list view, go to 1st April and change any 'all day' events to times e.g. change Easter Monday to start at something like 4am) - it seems that there is a problem with all day events on that date which is when the clocks change due to daylight saving on the day before.

I plugged my Ipod touch into my Dell laptop and went to Itunes. Itunes told me I should down load an upgrade, so I did. Itunes said the down load would take two hours. I started the down load, but after two + hours (&longer) , after several starts and stops the down load never completed.
I recently got a (fake anti virus) virus and it damaged my computer. I got it fixed and reinstalled the software and it appears to be working correctly. Could this be the part of the problem ?
Would it help if I reloaded the Itunes (off an external HD) or downloaded it again from Itunes ?

I doubt it. For my updates, it has typically taken me many tries/retries. Like for you, the download would stop. and I would have to restart from the beginning. If you get a network timed out error try disabling the security software on your computer.

I get a fatal error message, "could not find %APPDATA%\. " when I try to open Firefox under another user . It is fine under the first user. How can I fix this.

I can open FF under my user name which is not an Administrator,
but when I try to open it under one of the Administrator names I get that error message. I do have the password for that administrator.

I do not know if it's relevant or not, but I got a message on my ipad while on safari saying that my iPhone has a virus. I looked it up and it seems it might have just been an ad from the website I was on, but it happened around the same time YouTube stopped working.

You will find that using the YouTube app will provide a better viewing experience for YouTube videos.

It was working fine up until I upgraded the OS which I hadn't done in many versions so the ipad was not working as well as it should. Now it is searching for the network.

Let's get your device working again! It's possible that your device just needs to be reprovisioned on our network. Please go to Settings>General>Reset>Subscriber Services>Reprovision Account. This may take several minutes. After allowing about 5 minutes for completion, please power your iPad off and back on, and test it again. Let us know if this takes care of it!

I don't seem to have View anymore. I can't fix my screen. Why is Mozilla deciding that I should ignore threads. I don't want to ignore threads. I can't fix this

I am really distressed that Mozilla apparently unilaterally decided I should not see all my threads. I DO want to see all my threads. In fact, one reason I don't get my mail from a website is that I don't like my messages grouped according to threads.
The instructions given in the Ignoring Threads article do not seem to match my computer. Here are the instructions: "To ignore a thread you select Message | Ignore Thread, or simply use the K (for "kill") keyboard shortcut." I don't see "View" or "Message" or "Ignore Thread." How can I fix this?
(And please, Mozilla, stop making decisions for me. )

View is in two places.
First on the menu bar where it always has been. The menu bar is hidden in the newer versions of Thunderbird. Pressing the alt key or F10 reveals hidden toolbars.
There is a new AppMenu button located in the upper right of the screen. It is a square area with 3 horizontal lines. View is located here also.
Thunderbird is software that runs on your computer. It is configured by you.
