Drilldown on row defined as a structure

Would it be possible to put the char Cost centers at the Free characteristic section and drilldown to the row to see the list of Cost centers for a structure?

I am looking at the report here and the first row seems to be OK but the second row repeats the same cost centers.
The second row has different cost center definition. It went the same for the other subsequent rows?
Some rows have formulas and calculations.
What would be the effective approach in drilling down at each row to see the cost centers and whether they are formulas or calculations.

Step 2:
Access Sequence: If existing access sequence meets the requirement, we need not create a new access sequence. Considering the requirement for new sequence, the configuration will be done in spro as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Access Sequence (Access sequence is made up of Accesses (Tables) & the order of priority in which it is to be accessed. Here we assign the condition table to access sequence.
Step 3:
Condition Type: If existing condition type meets the requirement, we need not create a new condition type. Considering the requirement for new condition type, the configuration will be done in spro as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Condition Type. b. Pricing Procedure: After maintaining the pricing procedure the next step will be determination of pricing procedure. Configuration for determining pricing procedure in SPRO is as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Pricing Procedure --> Determine Pricing Procedure.
5. Condition record: Condition record is a master data, which is required to be maintained by Core team / person responsible from the client. During new implementation, the condition records can be uploaded using tools like SCAT, LSMW, etc.

1. Define Item Categories: If possible use Standard Item Category. Incase if required to create new, copy as from standard & maintain New.

How to define a generic structured type (deep structure) w/o LIKE

Hi,
I have been trying to define a generic structured type that would include a component (field) of type "table type".
Look at my type [ty_compatibilite]. It is the structured type that needs to have a component called "mobile" which needs to be an internal table. I have tried to create a genereic table type called tt_mobile (based on ty_mobile) but that did not work. I have not been able to avoid using the LIKE command to make it work.
Any suggestions on how I could define my component "mobile" without using a "LIKE"... ?
Here is my code:

Company ownership is defined in HFM between a parent entity A and its child B using system account [POWN].
A data file will give something like this :
Scenario; Year; Period; YTD; Entity A; [None]; [POWN]; Entity B; [None]; [None]; [None]; [None]; 40
But, until version 9.3 it don't think it is possible to declare crossed ownership structures. I think this is one of the improvement of version 11 of HFM, you should look at the associated documentation.

If I want to create a ready to input Query for my First Version of the year, I don´t have Actual Data, so I don´t have combination of characteristics. I need a blank template, I want to open 12 months of the year and I know the GL Accounts that the user needs to planning, the user only has to select the Cost Center and the Version. How I do that at IP? In BPS when I created the planning layout I selected the option "Key figure in data columns, rows defined individually" and " Columns dynamic for 0calmonth".

Hi.
In Bex query restrict the parameters CostCenter and Version by variables (user will be able to choose any values).
Then restrict 0CALMONTH for 12 required monthes.
Next, restrict GL account and put it in rows area.
Next, put KF in rows, ensure that it is enabled for planning ("planning" tab - input ready relevant for lock).
Then drug and drop 0CALMONTH (or whatever) above the KF.
Ensure that for 0CALMONTH is set as "Master Data" in 'Advanced" tab.

How to add a blank row in a report structure ?

I have a report which uses a structure in both the rows and the columns. It also using cell definitions to define some cells in the report.
What I want to do is to format the report a bit more and insert a blank line at various points in the row structure.
Can this be done and if so how?

Are you creating report on InfoCUbe or ODS?
Are you aware of any characteristics for which value will never be ZERO in the Dataprovider?
If yes, then remove the formula and create the selection with description .(dot) and restrict that characteristics by #. That would pullout space for all the KFs.

Unique drilldown for rows

Hi.
I have a structure where I have affiliate sale in one row and third party sale in the second. I need to display material groups under affiliate sale and sold to parties under third party sale. Of course i can drilldown by sold to party or material group or both. Is there anyway to provide unique drilldowns row wise. Is something like this offered in NW04s in the formatted reporting function?
PS: I can't break them into two queries as I have to sum both the sales. I also don't want to use the workbook as we have standardised on the browser.

1) The RES_ID is a unique id in the flight initerary table and the FLIGHT_ID is the actual flight number. 1 RES_ID for each flight(outbound and inbound).
2) These 2 flights are paired in a separate table(MAIN_RELATED_FLIGHT) that make up a roundtrip.
3) A printed flight itinerary shows a unique E-Ticket number, the total fare amount and both flights.
So, these 2 flights must be linked to the E-Ticket number that is generated after the insert into the flight initerary table happens.

Error while defining afield in Structure

Hi All..
I want to define a field MENGE ( Quantity and the lenght should be 8 and should hold 3 Decimals).
Hence i opted for a Data element CATSXT_DEFLT which is having QUAN, Length-8 and Decimal-3.
But while activating the structure, the system is prompting Error message as follow...
Diagnosis
You must specify reference tables and reference fields for fields containing currency amounts or quantity data. You have specified either only the reference field or the reference table and have not maintained either entry.
Procedure
Add the missing entry. You can do this with the single field maintenance function of the table.
Please Help me, as it is very urgent....

Max number of rows in a BEX structure

Hi gurus,
we need to create a structure with 164 key figures, and before starting doing it, does anybody knows which is the max number of rows that can be created on a BEX structure?
I'm not asking about max number of rows on a query, i'm asking about the number of entries that you can manually create on a structure. Is there a maximum?

Layout with rows defined by variables

Joint Venture Name is one of our characteristics. We will create a planning layout with two rows, for two different Joint Venture Names selected by the user. The Joint Venture Names should be selected by the user, preferably when opening the layout using a planning folder.
We are already using variables for making the user select year and period in other layouts. This is easily done by using variables in the planning level (or package) selection. But these values are only a part of the header area in those layouts.
Variables may easily be inserted in the rows of the layout. The problem is to set their values. The variables are defined as Fixed Value. "Restriction of Value Required by User" is checked. When entering a range in the the Selection Conditions (or nothing), we get an error message when trying to insert the variable into the layout: Variable ASSET1 could not be replaced in row. The problem is we need a single value and not a range. We would like the user to be able to select that single value. Using "Set Variables" doesn't work. We are not allowed to select a value for those variables. No error message though. If we instead enter possible values in the Selection Conditions, one per line, we may use Set Variables to select a single value per variable and then insert them into the layout. The user will then be able to change value later. However, the number of values is large and may change. So adding all possible values is both time consuming to do the first time and to maintain. Any ideas how to avoid this?

In the last "link area" of the lower linkbar I have this line of code to determine the correct placement of the first link area upon which all the rest are aligned

And that places the "Home" link area in the correct location for what I'm looking for,
since all of the other areas get their x locations on load, and I dont want them sitting there checking the area every frame, I know there is a "refresh" function, I'd just like to know how to apply it (when placing after the "middle location" code for home) to the rest of the clips =]

Defining a FlatFile Structure

I have confusion in How to define a flat file structure? My scenario is SAP-XI-Flat File, Where I am creating a PO in SAP this PO has to send as flat file. I know the structure of flat file. But my doubt is that how to define Line items and Schedule Line items .I tried in creating DT as single structure in which I have defined Line times(polineitem) and schedule(poschedule) line items as (1..unbounded).
Structure looks like.
<DT_PurchaseOrderCreate>
 <recordset>
 <poheader>.</poheader>
 <polineitem>..</polineitem>
 <poschedule>..</poschedule>
 </recordset>
</DT_PurchaseOrderCreate>
and file content conversion should be single line with .txt file with tab as delimiter. Will be there any problem in file content conversion? Kindly let me know whether my approach is correct in creation a Flat File structure.

if so , your flat structure should contain one segment with all the fields.
If so, your structure is right one.

You can go to transastion code MC9C and enter your self-defined info structure and version. The system will generate automatically a standard analysis program report for above info structure.
From here you can check the program name etc.

BEX drilldown in rows removes records

We have a query that initially gives us four records. When we Drilldown in the Rows for 0POSTXT (add the column 0POSTXT), two of the records disappear. Any ideas?

When you Import, and you select "Copy" or "Move" for the Import, then over on the right is the Destination Tab, you can specify the folder you want the photos to wind up in, and also the format of the folder name.
Yes, you could certainly put movies and RAW in different folders, but with Lightroom, there really is no need for this.

Drilldown across columns with a structure

Hi,
In my Columns i had a structure with elements consisting of Selections/restrictions on Cal Year/Month -Current Cal Month and Offsets
In my Rows i have KF.
So the columns are Cal Year/Mon
When i Drilldown across rows on Cal Week/year,Under each month it is displaying all the list of weeks based on Cal Year/Month insted of weeks for that month
Please update how to correct this

In your structure, select its properties and enable the Suppression on the structure.
