Driver for Samsung ML-6060 for OSX : can not find one...Help? please?

I have spent numerous hours trying to connect my Samsung ML-6060 to my iMac, running OSX, the driver disk I have are only for for OS classic, nowhere can I find it.
I tried the patching with Linux etc...
anyone can help

btw: not all of us are knowledgeable enough to know that a samsung ml-6060 is a PCL6 that uses a Gutenprint generic PCL Laser printer, 1.3...
I did try 5 or 6 of "generic drivers" already installed, in vain, then after being told twice by the manufacturer that they do not have a driver & "I don't know of any other driver available": one, like myself, basic common user might think what I thought, not all of us know all that you know!

Apple Application Support was not found. Apple Application Support is required to run iTunes. Please uninstall iTunes, then install iTunes again. Error 2 (Windows error 2).

With the Error 2, let's try a standalone Apple Application Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of the issue.

My program can not find the help file

I just downloaded JavaHelp. I can run all the examples. However when I recompile using Forte, the Merge Example it can not find the "master.hs" file. I suspect that I have something configured wrong.
I put all the help files in the same directory as the source code.

The Agilent 8163, 8164 and 8166 uses the same driver and they come with the mainframe. If you didn't get the driver with the mainframe, call Agilent's T&M support and ask them to email it to you.
FYI, there is a bug in the LabVIEW driver that Agilent supplied.

You sound like an Apple support guy who hasn't been able to answer my questions.
To respond to some of the points you made,
- I did not ignore Ocean20's suggestion. If you has read my post, you would have known that I took my phone to the apple service centre where they tried this restore on THEIR machines. I am assuming that Apple guys know how not to block iTunes. So I actually do not understand your point about me trying the hosts file changes on my machine. Do you not believe that apple tested this issue with the correct settings?
- you also give a flawed logic of why the issue is a hardware issue. You mentioned that If I thought that the issue was with the software, i should try a restore and getting it to work. The problem is that my error (23), and many others comes up when the restore fails. And you would be astonished to know that not all errors are hardware errors. Sometimes even software errors prevent restores. Funnily enough Apple itself mention that 'in rare cases, error 23 could be hardware related'.
- all Apple has done so far is replicate the issue. I don not know how anyone can conclude that the issue is a hardware issue.
And by the way, I am not certain that this is a software bug. Again if you read my Posts, you will notice I only want a confirmation,/proof that the issue is hardware related as they mention..

Downloaded "total recipe search"which has taken over, has a poor reputation, and I can not remove it - help please

a new tool bar arrived called Total recipe search. Now every time I access mozilla firefox "wot" informs me the site has a poor reputation. I cannot find a download file as it went straight to the browser, and it will not "restore" to a previous date. I do not know how to remove this. I have used Firefox for years. Ssmssender.dll most often belongs to product SMSsender. Did you install this application?
What's your 4 folders' content and type?
If you doesn't keep the source file in original location, please use system restore to roll back to a previous time when everything works fine or let file back to original location.
And then run sfc /scannow to repair the missing or corrupted system file:

I did have the ability to "save" in PAGES. I upgraded to "Mountain Lion", and now I can not "Save". Help please!

Several users have had this problem in Mountain Lion. The system has decided you don't have read/write permissions. Have you done any updates to your system lately? Using Disk Utility to repair permissions after any upgrade or update, especially to the system, is a good practice. So first, I would repair permissions & then if you still have the problem, locate the file in Finder & go to File > Get Info & look in the Sharing & Permissions section. You should be the only one with read/write permissions but something has happened. Click on the words under "priveledge" next to your name & change it to read & write. You will probably have to enter your admin password.
