Network controller...need the hardware ID for that because I don't know what model wireless card your model has. Since there is no wireless driver installed, there should be a device labeled Network Controller in the device manager under an Other Devices category. The network controller device will have a little ! mark next to it. So, find the network controller device, click on that and then click on the Details tab. Now you see a Property drop down list and it is defaulted to Device Description. Drop down on that list and select the third item (Hardware ID's). Post the top string of characters you see in the window.

You can use pretty much any jdbc driver, including type 2 and type 4.
You need to make sure your shared libraries needed by the driver are available to the appserver when you boot.
Other than that, it is no different than configuring any other driver.

Hi: Try the chipset driver directly from Intel...the second file is the auto install file. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/20775/Intel-Chipset-Device-Software-INF-Update-Utility- If that driver does not install the PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller, which the chipset driver should install, download the first file listed above (zip file). Unzip and extract the contents to its folder. Go to the device manager and click on the above device needing the driver. Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver. Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the unzipped driver folder. Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and see if the driver installs that way. Then reboot.

Ethernet Controller + Network Controller + PCI Device PROBLEMs

Hi~! I got tired of finding solution to this one, or let's say 3 problems in one. I reformat this laptop due to it's slow and lagging state. When I'm done reformatting, it's wifi button doesnt work and stayed orange light which means it's off.then I'v e tried connecting it to the router via cable (i forgot what it's called) then stil it doesnt work.. I checked also Device Manager and found them having " ! " exclamation point. Ethernet Controller, Network Controller and PCI Device problem. which I found it will never work.. Hello again samyak. You are very welcome!
The first device (the virtual adapter) is virtual network which allows you to use the computer as a "software router." Unless you're using this PC as an Access Point this device is useless to you. This article has more information on the service. Your best bet is to just disable it. Try the following.
Click Start, go to "All Programs," and select "Accessories."
Right click on "Command Prompt" and select "Run as Administrator."
Type the command "netsh wlan set hostednetwork [mode=disallow] and press Enter. This should disable the virtual adapter.
Exit Command Prompt, reboot the computer, and verify that the device is no longer listed.
The device with the "ACPI/HPQ0004" ID actually returned two results. The first was the Quick Launch Button software. The other was related to Hard Drive Protection. Try this driver.
Make sure to reboot after all of these instructions have been completed. Then go back to Device Manager and verify whether everything looks as it should.

No driver detected for network controller for - Pavilion dv6-6188ca

I had to reinstall windows 7 pro OS as my notebook I it was not able to boot up. I did not use recovery CDs. I used windows 7 pro install CD and with a valid product key, Now everything works except for wireless LAN.
Under device manager I have yellow mark for network controller and says driver not found. I tried all drivers listed for this model from HP support site but without any luck. (there are 8 network driver listed for this model on HP support site) Moreover there is no specific driver listed as "Network controller" on HP site. My notebook uses Broadcom 4313 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi and 2070 Blutooth 2.1 adaptor (combined). Bluethooth is working fine as it is able to see other blutooth devices in the vicinity.
How I can I fix this? Where can I find the driver for the network controller for this device? Any help would be highly appreciated. I havn't tried to connect through LAN and let windows look for appropriate driver for this notebook.

Hp hs2434 windows 7 driver needed for dm1 4310nr

I recently formatted my dm1 4310nr from windows 8 to windows 7. I went to the driver page for the dm1 and it had the Ericsson HP hs2320/hs2330/lc2000/lc2010/hs2340 drivers for win7/8, but not the HP hs2434 drivers.

You don't need monitor drivers, the operating system runs it natively (plug'n'play).
What Photoshop is requesting is an updated video card driver. Not that Photoshop won't work without it, but some (minor) features may be disabled.

Hmm... maybe you didn't look close enogh behind the link given for drivers for USB models in my post ... though, those are not new final drivers but as the previous USB driver expired 17 or 18 January, E-MU refreshed them 18 January. Also, I have not informed anything 'bout new drivers for USB but only new driver releases as the subject says.

I have Lenovo T400 that works perfectly. Had Win-7 Ultimate dual-booting with new install of Linux Mint 9 (Isadora). Decided to delete Win-7 Ultimate.
Linux Mint OS 9 fully confiqured and running nicely recognizing all hardware except FingerPrint and Webcam device.
The Fingerprint device is cool, but would like Webcam Device Driver.
Is there a Webcam driver available for the Lenovo T400? If so, please reply,

You will see the device ID code for your camera. Here is mine on ThinkPad Edge: 04f2:b1cf
You can then do a google search for "Linux web cam xxxx:xxxx" compatibility. It is likely that the driver is already loaded because of the auto detect function of the kernel scripts.
You can check that in a terminal as your user:

Look for modules: v4l1_compat, videodev, uvcvideo.

I need a Driver for the Canon CanoScan 8800F. It does not work with the system. I checked ith Caon and there isn't a driver for it. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Looking at the Canon Australia web site, there is a version 13.9.1 driver posted for the CS8800F that quotes 10.6 as being supported.
