Driver program name

hi all
is there any other way of determining the driver program name for a script/smart form apart from the table tnapr?

Hi..
1) goto NACE transaction.
2) select the module of the form...i.e. PO/SD/etc
3) select the output type option
4) from the list ,select the name of ur form/script.
5) check out the processing routine,that will give the driver program name

If u check the TNAPR table u will get the Driver Program as J_1I57FPN , allu have to do is to Activate the SAP SCRIPT DEBUGGGER and check the values and also in the driver program above and check whihc values are coming and not.

Hi ,
Goto Global Settings -> Form Attributes
In the Form Attributes,click the General attributes tab you will find the package name of the smartform.

How to find driver program name of Smart Form

I am in stiuation, where I know the smart form name in which I need to do the changes but I don't know the driver program name. Is there ant way to find the driver program name? Is the smart form and it's driver program name is maintained in any table?
Please let me know if any one is having any idea.

Hi Aryan - What Shipment output are you referring to? LD01-Delivery Note? There are some more, which are associated with Transportation application as well.
LD01 - V2 - Program SDADDN02. Form SD_DELNOTE_SUPPL
LD00 - V2 - Program YMRVADDN01/RVADDN01 Form ZMLWMRVDELNOTE(customized our side)/RVDELNOTE
Pl00 - Packing List -V2 - Program SDPACKLI, Form SD_PACKING_LIST
CMR1 - Bill of lading - V7 - Progarm RVADTR01 Form SD_SHIPMENT_CMR.
Best way, use transaction V/34 to view all V2 - Shipping output types and the associated program and form. V/82 to view all V7-Transportation output types and the associated program/forms.

Go to NACE Transaction.
Select application for ex: if sales V1.
Click on output types.
Select the output type for ex : BA00
Double click on Processing routines.
There you can find the Driver Program name and Script/smart form name.

Hi,
All Standard Scripts are in client '000'.
We have to copy them to '800'. (this is your own company define client no)
All Standard Scripts and their respective print programs are listed in table 'TNAPR'.
Ex: FORM MEDRUCK has the Driver Program SAPFM06P.
NOTE: Never make any changes to the Standard Driver Programs
STEP 1.
Goto Transaction Code <SE71> and
select from Menu UTILITIES ->Copy from Client.
Enter the Standard Form Name, It source Client 000 and the target Form Name that you want it to be saved as on your client.
Say you are naming it as zmedruck1.
Click on EXECUTE.
STEP 2.
Converting form to English.
Open zmedruck1 in <SE71> With language DE.
Then goto UTILITIES -> Convert Original Language from DE to EN.
Then you can modify the layout for example, chaging the logo, or changing the headers, or adding any new code to do some calculation etc.,
SAVE THE CHANGES AND ACTIVATE.
Then select from the menu FORM -> CHECK -> TEXT.
SELECT your driver program name from the list adn click on COPY.
If you don't see the program name in the list then click on
'APPEND PRINT PROGRAM' and add your program name and then select it from the list and click on COPY.
STEP 3: Assigning our form to the standard print program.
Start Tr.Code <NACE>.
In our present case since we are working on 'Purchase order' we have to select EF and click on the button Output Types.
Then on Right hand side, scroll down and select NEU - New P O Printout.
(This may change for different programs).
Then Double click on Processing Routines on Left hand side.
Change from Display -> Change Mode.
Give your form name (zmedruck1) for printoutput and SAVE.
STEP 4:
Start Tr.Code <ME22N> since you are working on Purchase order and click on print Preview to make sure your layout etc., changes are OK. If not again you have to make the changes accordingly.

Driver program for the Smart form

Hi all.
I have an issue in smart forms.
we are implementing RE(Real Estate) module with the version ECC 6.0.
In the RE ,for printing the forms.I know the name of the SMART form only.
how can i know the corresponding Driver program.

Hi,
You can get your driver program name from tnapr table but some are also configured from others way also.
Try this will work in any case.
Open your Smartform then execute.
Then function module name is displayed
Open function module and put a break point on first executable statement.
May be break point on statement like
CLEAR DOCUMENT_OUTPUT_INFO.
After giving breakpoint trigger your Smartform for printing in fresh session then it will stop in debug mode then in call tab you can see your driver program name.

Purchase order driver program and configuration for nace

i have copied the medruck in script and i need to write the driver program for that and need to configure to nace can any one tell me how to do this.

1. Go to transaction NACE
2. Select EF application, click on output types
3. Select Output type NEU and double click on processing routines
4. Here you can give ur driver program name and script name

Hw to find out the Print program name for SF?

I have a Smart form in SRM system. i wanted to find out the print program for this. i know we can find out with Table TNAPR, But this table is not existed in SRM System for my client. Any alternate solution for this..?

Byusing the Tables Tnapr & TTXFP u can get the details of driver program of your script or smartform
Or
Goto NACE->select the Application type(EF-purchase order)->select output types->NEU for new PO printout->double click on process routines_> sscroll right->specfiy ur form and print proggram there(instead of MEDRUCK give ZMEDRUCK)->save
Nace is for message control settings. Say if u want to trigger a Smartform or an Idoc or any other customized program u can do the message control settings.
Say at the time of Sales Order creation or updation u want to trigger a Smartform, then u have to follow the following steps:
Goto NACE
Select application V1 and then click Output Type.
create a new Output type or copy the existing one abd save it with new name
then in Processing Routine Mention the driver program name and in Form routine mention the main subroutine name.
In Smartform mention your SMartform name and also the layout if u have ceated.
Again go to NACE and Select application V1 and press Procedures.
here out of the many procedures u have to select the right one and attach your Output Type to it.
You can also create a condition record..Say if u want to trigger this Smartforms for Sales Order of particular type.

But I need standard smart form with its standard driver program for VA02, VA03 (Sales order) transaction.

Check output types in NACE tcode...
Sample example,
Goto Transaction NACE --> Select Application V1(Sales) --> Click on Output Types --> Select the output type as BA00 (as generally BA00 is the output type associated with Sales Order ) --> Double click on the Processing Routines folder on the left and it will display the Form name and the corresponding driver programs name.

Standard Driver Program for Sales Order Confirmation

Hi,
My requirement is to develop smartforms and driver program for Sales Order Confirmation.
For doing this, I found there is a standard smartforms R2RBL_SDORC_L for Sales Order Confirmation. So I thought I can take a Z copy of this smartform and modify it to my requirement. So that we can use the Import parameters (Form Interface parameters) of the form R2RBL_SDORC_L. This will also reduce the work of writing the code in Driver program.
Now, I need to know what is the standard driver program for this form R2RBL_SDORC_L. If I can find the program name, I can take a Z copy of that and enhance it to my requirement.
Ultimately I believe I can reduce the work of writing code to fetch all Sales order details.
Can anyone let me know the standard driver program name for the form R2RBL_SDORC_L?

Can anyone share how you approached in developing smartforms and driver program for Sales order confirmation?
Note: This program and smartforms will be assigned in the NACE transaction.

smart form name for Purchase Order is /SMB40/MMPO_L. The driver program name is sapfm06p.
For Goods Recipt --> Driver Progaram is SAPM07P_SMART
You can look at the NAST table to find the program names and the Layout names

Hi,
there is on a standard system no smartform for you. So you have to do your thing with the standard sapscript.
However there have been some BestPractices projects at SAP. There they have a lot of standard smartforms. Maybe you can download them from SAP somewhere the name will something
with MMCON or MMDLS in it.
you have to find out yourself because i do not have it here to send it to you.
