Driver version C5621gw not updated to 8.0.10.1 (stuck on 8.0.8.5)

I downloaded Ericsson H5321gw/C5621gw Mobile Broadband Driver for Windows 8.1 (32-bit, 64-bit), 8 (32-bit, 64-bit) - ThinkPad (http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/downloads/detail.page?DocID=DS032425) because I occasionally have an issue with resuming. If I switch off the setting to preserve power on the driver, the machine crashes after a resume. I also have the issue that after resume, broadband is simply not there.
So I downloaded the new driver g7wo09ww.exe wihich should contain the new driver 8.0.10.1. This driver is supposed to fix this problem (see below).
However, after installation my driver says 8.0.8.5. Even after completely deinstalling the driver and reinstalling, I'll end up with 8.0.8.5 instead of 8.0.10.1.
Is there a way to get the latest driver installed?

I get the same behaviour - the driver reports as 8.0.8.5 after installing the update described on the web site as 8.0.10.1
What is also interesting is that when I first check the driver after reading this post, the driver I had installed was earlier than 8.0.8.5, despite running the Lenovo update tool on a regular basis, so the Lenovo update tool doesn't seem to even know about this 8.0.10.1/8.0.8.5 update.

My Macbook Pro OX S 10.6.8 will not update! I've tried restarting, clearing cookies, checking javascript is turned on, removing 'older versions' of an update, nothing is working. Please help! What else can I do?

I would attempt to do them one-by-one to see if it is one particular update that is hanging it up. I would start with the ones from Apple that are either Security Updates, or Firmware Updates. The ones with the Grey Circle/Arrow in them are important updates, I would attempt to do them first. It may be a bad package from something else that is hanging it up.
If you can successfully install the crucial updates, then afterwards I would try doing all of them.
Also is it just attempting to install but then when you reboot it is still saying you have to update? Or is it giving you an error message about updating?

Version management not updating in printpreview of the me22n or me23n

i am fuctional consultant
we have activated vesrion management for our PO's, the thing is after making any changes we are updating version,and if we see the print preview with t.code Me22n or Me23n vesrion is not updating, where as if we see in ME9F and spool version is updating.
only vesrion number and we have changed the header text aslo instead of purchase order after vesrion change it should be Amend purchase order of verion-1 (ex). rest alll like if u chage the qty or price and total value calucation all refelecting in Print preview.
for this we have tested with standard for MEDRIK for that aslo in print preview with t.codde Me22n and Me23n vesrion is not updating , where vesrion is showing in me9f and spoll.
Please help is there any config we need to do or is it a bug.

EP SP19 Upgrade - Version File Not Updated

Hello!
We have updated EP SP17 to SP19 with minor problems (fixed instantly), the process is through successfully, but the version information is not updated, it still shows the old version. We are confused whether EP is updated to patch SP 19 or not. We appriciate for your advice.

When using Photoshop Elements 9 as external editor my iPhoto version does not update

I am using Photoshop Elements 9 as an external editor in iPhoto V9.4.2
My photo's are Raw and they open in Elements fine for me to edit. When I go to save or exit I have problems. I get options to choose from - I am assuming that saving them as JPEG now they are edited is the best choice. However it shows me a file location where it will be saved and this is not the iPhoto libary. Even so, I save them where PSE wants to and when I go back to them in iPhoto they are not shown as edited (either in preview thumbnail or full version and regardless of which folder I look at them from). I shut iPhoto down and re-open and still they are not changed. I have watched the Adobe lesson on this and it is identical right up to the point of 'saving'. I have read other question on this and followed some advice but not getting the desired result of showing up in iPhoto still.

Are you using PSE and saving the edit as described below?
Using Photoshop or Photoshop Elements as Your Editor of Choice in iPhoto.
1 - select Photoshop or Photoshop Elememts as your editor of choice in iPhoto's General Preference Section's under the "Edit photo:" menu.
2 - double click on the thumbnail in iPhoto to open it in Photoshop. When you're finished editing click on the Save button. If you immediately get the JPEG Options window make your selection (Baseline standard seems to be the most compatible jpeg format) and click on the OK button. Your done.
3 - however, if you get the navigation window
that indicates that PS wants to save it as a PS formatted file. You'll need to either select JPEG from the menu and save (top image) or click on the desktop in the Navigation window (bottom image) and save it to the desktop for importing as a new photo.
This method will let iPhoto know that the photo has been editied and will update the thumbnail file to reflect the edit..
NOTE: With Photoshop Elements the Saving File preferences should be configured as shown:
I also suggest the Maximize PSD File Compatabilty be set to Always. In PSE’s General preference pane set the Color Picker to Apple as shown:
Note: to switch between iPhoto and PS or PSE as the editor of choice Control (right)-click on the thumbnail and select either Edit in iPhoto or Edit in External Editor from the contextual menu. If you use iPhoto to edit more than PSE re-select iPhoto in the iPhoto General preference pane. Thank you! My solution was slightly different, but in the end, seeing what was going on in the Help menu in the browser did the trick. Turned out I had been stuck for who knows how long "downloading" a version 3! Also had a toolbar to disable but not the Ask.

Hi.....on my playbook, I continously keep getting the pop-up to update the version that is running on my Playbook. I am currently running 2.0.1.358 and it is telling me to update to version 2.0.1.1088 (399 MB). I have attempted it literally dozens and dozens of times but it keeps failing.....and I still need to get to the most current version of 2.0.1.982
         What can I do to get it to update successfully?

How do I restore 3GS to 5.0.1 version and not update to 5.1.1 ?

As the title says, I'd like to restore phone to current 5.0.1. I don't want to update to 5.1.1 as I've read
many problems with this update for 3GS model. I'm not sure if I need a new battery or a restore but phone
shuts off and show 60-70 battery life left.

Ok thank you for the comments. I backed up to Itunes and did a restore to latest software. I was able to get all my info/apps,ets.. back on no problem. But phone is still shutting down and I have to plug in to start back up. I had 86% charge and it still shut off and I had to plug in charger. It also will not allow me to do a reboot and goes to voice control when i hold power and start button together. I have to press front and back below power button while I press power button to shut off.
Man I can't wait for my new iphone 5 to arrive. I'm not a techi and don't have time for this.

Iphone froze after not updating completely, and now it is stuck on the apple logo screen. What can I do?

Wehn I update the app the version does not change on "about Numbers"

When I update apps such as Numbers, pages, keynote through the app store the updates seem to work but when I then open the app and look in "about" the version is not updated.

The update did not replace the old versions. They were moved to a folder called iWork '09 inside your Applications folder. The new versions are inside your Applications folder (not a sub-folder).
The icons on your Dock were not replaced. They continue to point to the old versions.
From your Applications folder, drag the new icons to your Dock. They will become aliases. On my Dock I have icons for Numbers 2 and Numbers 3. Both will run happily together.

Older PC (800mhz cpu) w/FX5200 nvidia card in it..the FF8.0 update hardware acceleration has been shut off-- help section says update to driver that does not go to video card( 257.21 driver over WHQL last driver for XP, 175.19). Worked in v7--what gives?

CRM Mobile: application versioning not updating

Hi,
We seem to have an annoying issue as where on the CRM Mobile Client SP09 the versioning is not updating correctly (still showing the old version) while the MTConfig.cfg is deployed in Bin.NET and has been updated.
Any ideas what this could be?

Have you confirmed that the MTConfig.cfg in the Bin.NET has got updated? Is this 5.0 SP09 you are referring to? If this is the case, you do not need to modify MTConfig.cfg since this would anyway be part of the standard installation. Please confirm on the above queries so that we could check what could the cause of the issue.
