    Hello Gyan,
There are many combinations in which you can do your installation sequence. Here is what I have followed successfully.
       Install J2EE 6.30 SP3 (Central system, Java
       Patch J2EE 6.30 to Stack 5 (SP8)
       Install EP6.0 SP3
Upgrade KMC to Stack 4 (SP6)
       Install KMC SP6 Patch 2
Upgrade to EP 6.0 to Stack 4 (SP6)
       Install KMC Stack 2 (SP4)
       Upgrade EP6.0 to Stack 5 (SP7)
Upgrade KMC to Stack 5 (SP7)
Patch both EP6.0 and KMC to SP7 Patch 2
    hope this helps

  • Installation sequence

    Hi Nakisa Experts,
I am going to install Nakisa OrgChart, OrgModeler and SuccessionPlanning. Is there any specific installation sequence that I shall follow? I am new to this product.
    Thanks in advance!
    Regards
    Li Bin

    Hello Luke,
We have installed Nakisa SAP OrgChart in Windows 2003 Server. I have another doubt on this application. The product installation shows the following information:
    Product Information
    Name :  OrgChart
    Product Version :  3.0
    Build Version :  3.0.89.1
    License Type :  Soft Demo
    License End Date :  12/17/2009
This indicates that the license we have application is only for DEMO. Can you advice how to obtain a long-term license for our application? We only obtained the installers from SAP Service Marketplace
    Best regards,

  • What is the correct installation sequence for my ATI Radeon 9800 PRO MAC AGP 128MB into my Quicksilver 867 G4?

    Hi.
I just got my used ATI Radeon 9800 PRO MAC AGP 128MB card.
What is the correct installation sequence into my Quicksilver 867 G4 running 10.4.11 on one drive 10.5 on another?
The original NVIDIA GeForce2 MX - 32MB SDRAM went bust.
Is the driver build in 10.4?
Do I remove the old driver?
If I need to install the driver that came with it, (10.3.6) should the card be installed first?
    What about firmware updates?
Thank you for all your time and patience.

I think it's the card, but here are some files that may affect it...

  • Do anyone knows drivers installation order for Satellite A660-11M

Do anyone knows the drivers installation order for Satellite a660-11m?
I've got some issue installing Win 7 pro (wlan do not work properly,
freezing few minutes after laptop startup, unabling to run CHKDSK on C:).
Reading this forum it seems to me these aren't new issues for Toshiba users.

    Hi, friends.
I've installed the the Flash Card Support Utility. In effect, now the function keys work. ;) <img class="emoticon" border="0" alt="" />
Unfortunately it seems that problems are hard to die. The Laptop, in fact, keeps freezing, tipically but not exclusively, after resuming from suspension due to lid closing. System can stucks during windows login or after a while that user is logged on.
During these days i've discovered that SPTD.exe x64 v.1.74 (Daemon Tools) and Nod32 x64 makes impossible launching chkdsk on %SystemDrive% (countdown stucked on 1 and hdd led blinked with very short ON state). However, even without installing those, it seems that one is not able to break the countdown (that windows shows before it starts chkdsk) pressing a key.
But maybe I should open a new topic for talcking about this.

  • Windows 7 installation on a Qosmio G30

When performing an advanced installation of Windows 7 on a Qosmio G30, the HDDs are not seen.
I mean, on the screen where I am supposed to select the drive to install Windows, there is nothing on display.
Do I have to uodate the HDDs drivers? If yes, I was not able to find them out on Toshiba web site.
If there is an other problem, please explain.
    KRGDS
    dco31

If you go into the BIOS at boot do you see the drive(s)? If no then then you have no hard drive(????) or you have a problem with the system. When you take the advanced option in install you see the physical drives (Disk0, Disk1, etc.) and the logical drives (C,D, etc) that they are partitioned into (and any free disk space). If you are seeing Disk 0 and nothing else then take Disk advanced option link on that screen to partition the drives.

  • Satellite L750 - drivers installation problem

Hello good people of the internet,
I have a problem with drivers' updates/installation on my Satellite L750-1E3, Windows 7-64 bit.
When I launch the installer, it decompresses, telling me it will launch afterwards, but then the window closes and nothing further happens.
I've read about the same problem one person here had with the L855-10P series but, maybe because I'm a girl or maybe because I'm not a native English speaker, I didn't uderstand what to do...
I actually have problem with more things.
My webcam stopped working, when I try to launch it I get the error message that tells me "the initialization went wrong, restart your webcam or computer".
So I tried to reinstall the driver but the problem I described above appeared.
The same driver installation problem appeared when Tempro told me to update my blu-ray driver (I download all the drivers from eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com).
And the last one, for about a month there are problems with the sound on my notebook.
First cracking of sound and then it stops working completely and I have to restart the computer.
Again, I tried to reinstall the sound drivers.
There are two drivers on the Toshiba site, one of them reinstalled just fine but the other one (nvidia, I think) had the same problem as the other drivers.
Someone please tell me what to do, because I am becaoming really desperate and I seriously considered throwing my notebook out of the window.
    Thank you

Usually the HDD recovery is the easiest to get the notebooks factory settings and to get it running again.
    >My webcam stopped working, when I try to launch it I get the error message that tells me "the initialization went wrong, restart your webcam or computer". So I tried to reinstall the driver but the problem I described above appeared..
Its interesting to know if the webcam or an unknown imagine device (probably webcam) appear in device manager. Please check this.
If the webcam isnt listed there, you should check if the webcam is enabled in BIOS.
To access the BIOS press F2. Then go to Advanced tab -> System configuration -> webcam
If the webcam is enabled in BIOS but still not recognized and not listed in device manager, then you should recover the notebook to factory setting to check if the webcam module isnt faulty.
    >The same driver installation problem appeared when Tempro told me to update my blu-ray driver (I download all the drivers from eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com).
The Blu-ray player update works only for notebook equipped with blu-ray drive. If your notebook does not support blu-ray drive

  • Windows 7 OEM parallels and Bootcamp, installation sequence?

So ive got a 2013 macbook air and planning on using the OEM licence to firstly create a bootcamp partition, and the having parallels run off the bootcamp partition. Now I understand I might have to go through the whole phone activation the second time. My question is ...what sequence should I use to activate.Should I activate parallels first after the installation of parallel tools or can I just activate bootcamp first????

    Karim.Foad wrote:
Ok wow that's cleared a lot up ....I've been researching this for the last few days , and getting mixed views with some saying windows will count the virtual machine as a separate computer and they have all sorts if activation problems .But for the second activation , in parallels , the long digit phone activation should be sufficient ?? Because I really don't look forward to explaining everything to a Microsoft Representative
    Over the phon haha!
This is why I originally suggested that you read the activation directions on the Parallels and Fusion sites. They address the issue of Windows thinking that the VM installation is a second installation of Windows when in fact it is not. This is because you are not installing Windows in Parallels you are only pointing to your single Bootcamp installation of Windows. This is an issue that has been addressed by the VM manufacturers.

  • Inject Drivers Task Sequence Step vs Using DriverSelectionProfile in Database

I'm using a Database and 'Make and Model' in MDT 2012. I wonder if I specify a DriverSelectionProfile in the Database, what happens when the Task Sequence reaches the Preinstall > Inject Drivers step? Does it process the selection there and ignore the
Database settings? Or should I disable this step in the Task Sequence?
    Orange County District Attorney

If you are having driver folders that are named after the computer models a single line is enough. MDT will replace the variable with the real model name. If you only deploy Windows 7 SP1 x64 you can set in the CustomSettings.ini file.
    [Default]
    DriverGroup001=Windows 7 x64\%Model%
If you deploy multiple operating systems (Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows 8.1 and Windows 7) it's easier to set it in the task sequence instead.

  • G500 drivers installation order on Windows 7

    Hello,
I just bought this laptop, a G500, model name: 20236 and model number CB03103187.
    LENOVO ESSENTIAL G500H 59-395372 15.6'' INTEL CORE I3-3120M 4GB 1TB AMD RADEON HD8570M 1GB FREE DOS
    With no windows.
It came with free dos on it. Which is just fine.
I would like to use my own new copy of windows 7 64-bit.
I will download the drivers from here:
Drivers and software - Lenovo G500 Notebook
    http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/downloads/detail.page?DocID=DS035531
Is there a particular driver installation order ?
I am thinking of doing it in thisorder:
    -Windows 7
    -windows 7 SP1
    -BIOS
    -chipset
    -amd video
    -audio
    -usb device
    -blue tooth
    -atheros LAN
    -WLAN
    -camera
    -card reader
    -touch pad
    -power mgmt
    Do i need these drivers?
    -intel video drivers
    -intel mgmt engine
    -intel rapid storage
    Thank you in advance,
    Gus
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    Hello Gus,
There is no particular driver installation order. I personally firstly install Chipset then Display/Video drivers and after that everything else. Since you have AMD RADEON HD8570M in your machine, you do not have to install the three additional Intel drivers.

  • [SOLVED] nVidia 87.76 Drivers installer fails to build kernel module

    Hey,
I have a nVidia GeForce2 Integrated graphics card on my Asus A7N266 motherboard. According to the nVidia site, http://www.nvidia.com/object/IO_32667.html, the most recent driver that supports this is the 96.xx series. Yet as shown here, http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=87332, many people have found that the 96.xx series drivers cause graphical corruption when using a GeForce2 IGP.
Before coming to Arch, I had used Xubuntu 7.04 and managed to compile the last known working drivers, version 87.76, following the instructions here: http://kmandla.wordpress.com/2007/03/25 … 20-12-386/
That all went well but now I'm using Arch. I tried using the nvidia-96.xx driver in the repos just for testing sake but I still got the same graphical corruption.
Thus I have been trying to install the 87.76 drivers on Arch, but it always fails at the kernel module building stage. I had first applied this patch here, http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthr … ost1086669, before compling as the plain driver wont compile against recent kernels.
Here is the output from the installer:

    make CC=cc  KBUILD_VERBOSE=1 -C /lib/modules/2.6.22-ARCH/buildSUBDIRS=/home/kris/Source/nVidia GLX 87.76 Driver/NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-8776-pkg1/usr/src/
The name of the directory you placed the driver in contains spaces. That is  why you get the no rule to make target GLX error.
It would be better not to circumvent pacman. I am using the following PKGBUILDs for the 8776 driver:

  • Sound & Graphics Drivers not working for Qosmio F15R

I was granted this Laptop with nothing more than AC Adapter. I didn't need the information contained in it and didn't want to deal with its configuration issues either, so I started planning formatting it. Looking for model number label at the bottom found it says "Qosmio F15R". I couldn't found this model number at support website for drivers, closest model was F-15AV201, figured it out by watching its pictures in detailed specs documentation. Everything but Bluetooth seemed to be available, so I formatted and reinstalled Windows XP Pro SP3 and then downloaded all drivers. Touchpad, Ethernet, Wireless, Flash memory, TV-FM and DVD-RAM worked just fine. On the other hand Sound, Display and Modem didn't work at all.
While installing Sound driver I got this error message:
    http://img21.imageshack.us/img21/5075/sounddriver.png
(it says: "couldn't find driver, reboot and reinstall")
After installing Display driver checked display adapter properties and found this:
    http://img402.imageshack.us/img402/5171/vga.png
(no information available and even scrolling on web browser is crappy)
After installing Modem driver realized it was not identified:
    http://img237.imageshack.us/img237/4613/devicemanager.png
    (Sound, Display, unknown device, Modem)
I thought I was using drivers for wrong model, so I downloaded PC Wizard, a freeware that identifies hardware configuration:
    http://img262.imageshack.us/img262/6452/pcwizard.png
wich gave me chipset, processor, video card and-
    http://img175.imageshack.us/img175/4121/soundr.png
    -sound card: 82801FB ICH6 AC'97.
I couldn't find any proper driver nor for sound nor display, so I tried a shareware, Everest:
    http://img337.imageshack.us/img337/6199/everesth.png
wich showed me the same chipset, video card and sound card model numbers than PC Wizard.
I realized that chipset, and display model didn't match detailed specs documentation. I thought that hardware was not working properly, so I downloaded and installed a Linux distro (Kubuntu 9.10 RC i386), and fount out that display and sound were working just fine but I need it to work properly with Windows XP.
Can anyone tell me where can I get sound and display drivers (and even Bluetooth if possible) for this laptop? Thanks in advance. Regards.

I have the same problem with audio driver. I can send you the graphic driver that works with Qosmio F15R if you need. My email: [email protected] Toshiba is so bad in supporting with their products.
