You are using the "My Verizon" app to try to pay your bill, correct? Once you tap the My Verizon icon, how far do you get before you see this message?
What steps if any have you taken to try to correct or diagnose the problem? Have you removed and reinstalled the SIM card? Did you do a soft reset? Hard reset?
Please provide this and any other information you can think of, so that perhaps someone on this forum can help. Thanks!

Droid Charge - USB Device not recognized

Recently, I was directed by Verizon to reset my Droid Charge to factory settings, since I did that, I can no longer connect via USB to any computer, Win 7 and XP. To this point, I have tried multiple cables, multiple USB ports, multiple computers. On my home computer, I disabled all USB ports and reloaded drivers and still nothing. I have the phone set to "Ask on connection", but still nothing. The phone shows charging, but, I cannot see the device in Windows.

Right now I am out of good ideas but for general info when I have the USB Debugging UN-checked and connect my Charge phone I hear two short tones and my XP explorer shows two new folders.
Verizon Mobile F: This one shows info on the phone such as the name of the driver, etc. It says the driver is 1.3.2380.0
Removable Disk G: This one is the removable Disk G that contains all the folders in the phone. The one you are trying to get to.
Maybe, if you have a copy, try to reinstall the Samsung USB driver. It will not hurt to try. You can always reload a driver.

My phone was jailbroken but connected through Bell after I bought it. Recently (today) I upgraded to 4.3.4 and now have no date or phone - SIM card not recognized. Any ideas ?

Not really sure how this works, but here goes.
I bought an IPhone on EBay over a year ago.
3GS.
I found out I had to have it jailbroken since it had already been connected to AT&T.
I did that and hooked up to Bell and it has beens working fine ever since.
Today, foolishly, after phoning the Apple Store and being told it was perfectly OK, I upgraded to 4.3.4
Now it does not recognize the SIM card.
Is there anyway to correct this?
My own stupidity.

They don't need to Restore it, you have already done that. Why would you want Apple to Restore it again?
If you are wanting them to roll it back to a previous iOS version that could be jailbroken, no they will not do that.

URGENT PROBLEM, sim card not recognized in 3gs

I have a problem with my I-phone 3gs.When I bought the I -phone I was downloading skype and I couldnt as it was saying that I needed IOS 5.1 so I upgraded and then when I was trying to activate my phone it says it s not possible : as there is no connection to the server is temporarely unavailable. and then on I -tune says the no sim card is inserted. Anyone knows what to do ???? Thank you very much

Have you double checked the SIM is inserted the right way?
If that doesn't help, you might want to contact the seller for a replacement.

Sims card not recognized

I went to update my sister 3gs and after the update from 4.3 to 5.0.1. the phone is asking for a valid sims card and I can't activate it. (its is not jailbroken either.) I was working fine before the update. I bought a new sims and nothing. even checked blow in the slot and nothing. I even restored it in a new windows pc and still nothing. What else can i do to fix this problem?

yes the SIM is from the same carrier, which is AT&T. Took it to the AT&T store and they could not help. they directed me to the apple store. so i sent my little sister to the apple store and she told me that they couldn't help. Knowing that I my work on computer. that might be still a chance to repair this problem with a new software update, that I am also suprice apple has not rolled out with one after the jailbreak that happens weeks ago.

if your sim card is old you should try updating the sim via and ota update or go to your local retailer and replace it with new one

My iPhone 6 is not recognized by Verizon?

Can anyone tell me why my iPhone 6 would show up as Non-VZW Device in the Verizon iPhone App?
My wife's iPhone 6 and mine were both purchased through Verizon as part of the same order. Her's shows up as an iphone 6, mine doesn't. Other than that, the phone works fine. Mine is also not recognized on Verizon's website.
Any helpful suggestions/assistance would be appreciated.

The device was activated Oct 9th. It's been three weeks now.
How long might it take? Is there anything that you or I can do to speed up the process?
Since my wife's phone, activated at the same time, is recognized properly, I'm wondering if something needs to be done rather than just wait. Is there anything that can be done to verify that the phone's numbers(model #, Sim card, IMEI, etc) are correct in Verizon's records?

Windows 7 not recognizing device - Dell Wireless 5620 EVDO HSPA Mobile Broadband Mini Card

Windows 7 is not recognizing my Dell Wireless 5620 EVDO HSPA Mobile Broadband Mini Card (Qualcomm Gobi 2000). I can't even uninstall the driver, it says that I don't have "sufficient permission" to stop device or something to that effect
(though I'm an administrator). I also can't re-install the same or different driver. I might have installed the wrong driver, though this is supposed to be the correct one according to Dell after typing in my service tag. I went to the FTP
to get one specifically for "Verizon Wireless", but I can't uninstall the prior driver.
How can I fix these issues? Thanks.

Have you tried safe mode mentioned in the first reply? What is the status of the driver in device manager? For "Verizon Wireless", have you installed any verizon software or related verizon device? Uninstall this kind software, then uninstll driver again
as a test.

Honestly I dont think so, but your best bet is to take it to yoru verizon store and ask them or you could just pop in a sim card of tmobile and see if that works.

Contact VZW for support. They will either need to register your SIM, send you a new SIM or send you a new Jetpack accordingly. Nothing you can do about that one other than reseat the SIM and try again.

If you plan on using AT&T, why on earth would you purchase a Verizon iPhone? Doesn't make any sense. Yea, it will work on AT&T's network, but you won't get LTE, only 3G. LTE requires using a Verizon sim.
This is an extremely poor idea. Purchaase an officially unlocked iPhone, from Apple, if you want to use AT&T's network.

GeForce4 TI Video Card Not Recognized Anymore?

For about almost a year, the fan on the GeForce4 TI video card would occasionally make a grinding noise, although it has always been easily fixed by lightly sticking a finger on the fan to stop it for a second and it would go back to normal.
However, about a month ago this little fix stopped working. The grinding noise was unbearable. After searching the Internet for a few minutes, I found out that I wasn't the only one suffering from this problem, and some even offered tips on how to replace the fan.
I followed the steps very carefully and made sure the card was not harmed. After installing the new fan, which was very easy, I stuck it back into the Power Mac and boot it up. However the monitor didn't find a signal.
I was glad that I installed Remote Desktop on the Power Mac so I was able to connect to it and see what's going on. I opened Apple System Profiler and noticed that the computer isn't properly recognizing the graphics card anymore! Instead of the very detailed information I'm used to seeing, this is what I saw below:

I have no clue what this means as it seems like the computer still recognizes A video card. Also this also gave me the impression that the Power Mac is missing the drivers, but that's impossible as I haven't touched the software on the hard drive and nVidia drivers are part of OS X.
If the card is broken then fine, I'll take my losses and buy a new one as I would hate to just throw the computer away since it still more than fulfill my needs. But I just hope the AGP slot isn't broken.

Just for clarification:
You have two systems based on the same MS-7008 mainboard, correct? Both use the same BIOS Version?
In one system, the card is functioning, running in AGP 3.0 Mode x8 and in the other, same mainboard model, what are the symptoms of "video card not recognized" besides the AGP 2.0 Mode x4 limitation?
I mean, if you can see the BIOS Setup, the card is putting something out on the screen, right?

Iphone 5 SIM card not installed or no service

Hi from lady few weeks I am having this problem where phone says SIM card not installed or no service. Turning the phone on and off does work but it happens at least ten times a day. I have got a new SIM card thinking its a problem with the SIM card.
But now I have noticed the moment I switch on to 3G mode from the settings it does the same thing.
Can anyone tell me is it the problem with the phone or my service carrier. I have been working iPhone for almost two years never had this problem before.
