DROID X (Unable To Get or Send Text or Pic Messages)

So this whole weekend (Friday-Now and ongoing) Ive not been able to get my texts in a timely manner...theyre delayed several hours and only way i get them is if im on a call and they all flood in clusters at a time or if i call and complain to verizon tech support and they have me do one of thier "troubleshoots".
This is rather annoying. heres what Ive done so far:
took battery out for a few seconds and replaced and rebooted
turned phone off then on again
did a checkin (dialed *#*#checkin#*#*) from droid x and checkin suceeded
dialed *228 option 1
dialed *228 option 2
killed all tasks running
did a reprogramming step by step by a verizon rep over the phone
did a factory reset (losing all my things) cause a verizon rep told me itd work
reformatted my sd card in a last ditch effort thinking it was somehow messing me up
uninstalled sms replacement apps
did a manual reprogramming of the MEID and all that other good stuff
none of this has worked im sure i did more but i cant recall. i am in the city of cary in nc. this issue is only when im home, whenever i leave to go to a friends place or the store all the texts people have sent me hours before start to flood in again. when im near or at home nothing. ive never had an issue with signal at home. i find this ridiculous we are paying so much a month for what now seems to be faulty service. ive now called them 6 times since friday and all they say is there is a "ticket" put out there and itll get resolved. but here it is my birthday sucked cause i couldnt get my texts and stuck staring at my phone bill wondering if all this money we pay is even worth it anymore.
ive never lost faith in verizon as i have now. if something is not done soon i am considering saving the money to terminate my part of the line and go to another carrier.
i dont want it to end this way but i feel like our issue is being ignored and we are not being taken seriously.
does anybody here know any actual solutions on how to get my signal to be picked up?

Since you mentioned that this issue is only happening on your home location and it's surroundings, that makes me think that the issue is indeed network-related. Have you received word back about the ticket that was issued? Has there been a resolution or an update?
I have reviewed the coverage in Cary, NC, so I see that it is an area that is covered well. You can find our link to show coverage by visiting:

This will show you the coverage in your area and will allow you to also see that your issue is most likely network-related. A good recommendation would be to power the phone off/on once or twice a day, in order to keep the registration fresh in the network. This can be compared to your computer in the way that if it is never logged off, there are delays and errors in it's performance. Powering the phone off and then back on (after only about 30 seconds), you may find that this issue is resolved. You mentioned that you have completed many many troubleshooting steps. I did want to include this step, since I myself find it useful.

Yes contact your provider, you most likely do not have texting turned on, they can turn it off,mine is,I can only use i message but wanted it that way, because I do not care to have to pay for the messages people send me

Check your signal and type of coverage... if it's 1X then all you have is text messages; if it says 3G then pics (which actually use a data connection, but count as text messages) are OK. if it says Extended coverage or Extended network or Roaming, then pics won't go until you reach an area where there is a strong enough DATA signal to send/receive pics.

After performing all of those steps, I would call the carrier. SMS is a carrier function. You need to make sure they check your account for texting.

Can't get or send text message with ios 7.0.3 update

after installing ios 7.0.3 i can no longer send or recieve imessages. All my old texts are gone fromthe phone.

My wife and I were having same issue after upgrading to iOS 7.0.3. I called apple support and they said it was because we were using the same Apple ID for iMessage/FaceTime on both iPhones. I created a new Apple ID (just for iMessage/FaceTime) on my phone and it seems to have fixed my issues. Using original Apple ID on my wife's phone and mms hasn't started functioning for pics yet on that device. iMessage is working fine however. We always turned the email part of iMessage/FaceTime off, so I'm not sure why it started being an issue now. FYI, I was told that iMessage and FaceTime should use same Apple IDs.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

I have an IPhone 5. Software is up to date. Having problems receiving texts and sending them. Sometimes it take for the phone to be shut down and restarted before the texts are received.

And Apple thoroughly checks all apps submitted by app-developers before allowing them onto the App Store.

You didn't come from the App Store? Then you can't come in. It's as simple as that.

I am unable to get or send mail on my mac acounts and don't seem to be able to fix it

I have a two year old i mac and a new macbook pro with mountain lion. I have been with mac for many years but as of a few months ago, i am no longer able to send or recieve mail on my mac account. I have icloud and from everything I can see I have all the right button clicked on. OBVIOUSLY I DON'T!
Can anyone please help diagnose my problem? I just purchased an i-pad today, signed into the cloud and again, no mac mail. Help!!

I configured ADS.
When i'am trying to test pdf_test_00 in se38 it is not giving any output and it is also not giving any error,it is just keep on running.I checked all the seetins and everything is ok.
But i'dnt know why it is not giving me the output, atleast it is not giving me any error message.It is just running for hours,only when i click on "stop transaction" it is coming out of the transaction.

Felicia0286, are you still experiencing issues with your picture messages. Try powering off your device and removing the battery. Then dial *228 + send and choose option 1. Try sending a picture message. Have someone try to send you one. If the issue persists, send me a PM with your mobile number and I will contact you to further troubleshoot the issue.

Are you doing this in the webi report after you refresh it?
Or are you doing this in BEX?
I am able to get EITHER the text or key to display.
I get the text when i have the properties set to Text & Key and Medium length for the Text View.
Any other selection for text View, like std or long, result in seeing the key instead of the text.
