Drop all java classes

Hi there folks,
I'm facing a rather nasty problem: I have deployed a number of
java classes to the database via loadjava while the rest of the
team were still developing away.
To delete classes via dropjava you need the file they were
loaded from (e.g. a .jar file). Now the .jar files have changed
during the development and using dropjava with them will leave
some files in the database.
Is there a way to get rid of all classes in one scheme without
the source files?
TIA,
Joerg

list all your java classes by cursor
select object_name from all_objects where owner='SHEMA' and
object_type='JAVA CLASS'
and for all object_name execute
drop java class "object_name"

  • How can i get all java class names from a package using reflection?

    hi,
    can i get all classes name from a package using reflection or any other way?
    If possible plz give the code with example.

    You can't, because the package doesn't have to be on the local machine. It could be ANYWHERE.
    For example, via a URLClassLoader (ie from the internet) I could load a class called:
    com.paperstack.NobodyExpectsTheSpanishInquisitionI haven't written it yet. But I might tomorrow. How are you going to determine if that class is in the package?
    This subject comes up a lot. If you want to do something a bit like what you're asking for (but not quite) there are plenty of threads on the subject. Use google and/or the forum search facility to find them.
    But the answer to your question, as you asked it, is "you can't do that".

  • What are the two packages default imported into all Java classes?

    I just remember one of it is java.lang.* ... What are the others? Thanks for any replies. ^v^

    http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutorial/java/interpack/usepkgs.html
    For your convenience, the Java compiler automatically imports three entire packages:
    The default package (the package with no name)
    The java.lang package
    The current package by default

  • Drop java class and java source

    Hi,
    When I query user_objects I get some java class and java source objects
    select * from user_objects where object_type like 'JAVA %';
    How do I drop these java source and java class objects from the database
    I tried using the following command
    drop java class /4a524d89_AutoTransliteratorPk
    drop java source AutoTransliteratorPkg
    But I get error ORA-29501: invalid or missing Java source, class, or resource name
    Please someone help me in dropping these objects

    was the java source all caps or was it exactly AutoTransliteratorPkg. If its exactly AutoTransliteratorPkg then try this

  • Drop java class not working

    Hello,
    i'm using a freshly installed SQLDeveloper 1.5.1 to a java class to the database. Loading the class works, i can see my class in the tree under java.
    Now i wanted to change the source code of my class, so i wanted to drop it in the database. But although SQLDeveloper tells me that the Java Object "MyClass" has been dropped, it is still there in the tree. When i click on the entry in the tree i can still see the code.
    What do i need to do to remove my java code from the database?
    Thanks for help in advance,
    Dirk

    Hi ,
    select XMLTOOLKIT option in Operation mapping and execute it.
    I am not sure we can call java program in XSLT Program,but alternative is copy the code and use it in XSLT mapping it self,that means your XSLT program will become with JAVA extensions.
    then in Operation mapping level select SAPXMLTOOL kit option and execute it. i hope it will work. if it is not working then you have deploy some JAXP files on server,because the way execution of XSLT Mpaping program got changed,like when eve you executing XSLT with extnasions( if you are not using XMLTOOL kit option) then you have to use latest version of JAXP.JDK files.

  • Default class map is dropping all Packets

    Hello I have a Cisco 871 router that used to have Access list based security. now I am trying the ZBFW for the first time.  I thought I had a pretty good program until I found all my traffic was getting dropped. This is my first stab at ZBFWs and I am a bit confused esp with the default class part. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!
    The router is for my house and thus also has to have priority for gaming. I will add the gaming and voice QOS once I get it working,

    Hello Charlie,
    I would recomend you to investigate a little bit more about how the ZBFW features works
    Now I am going to help you on this one at least, then I will give you a few links you could use to study
    We are going to study traffic from MyNetNet-zone to the MyNetWan-zone
    First the zone-pair
    zone-pair security MyNetNet->MyNetWAN source MyNetNet-zone destination MyNetWAN-zone
    service-policy type inspect MyNetNet-zone_to_MyNetWAN-zone_policy
    so lets go policy-map
    policy-map type inspect MyNetNet-zone_to_MyNetWAN-zone_policy
    class type inspect MyNetNet-Class
      inspect
    class class-default
    Finally to the class map
    class-map type inspect match-all MyNetNet-Class
    match class-map MyNetNet-access-list
    match class-map Voice-protocols
    match class-map Extended-protocols
    match class-map Base-protocols
    That keyword MATCH-ALL is the one causing the issues!!
    Why?
    Because you are telling the ZBFW to inspect traffic only if matches all of those class-maps so a packet will need to math the base protocols and the extended protocol and as you know that is not possible ( Just one protocol )
    So here are the links

  • Audit and Standard Javadoc applied to all Jdeveloper project java classes

    Hi,
    I want to apply standard Javadoc to all the java classes I have written. Is there a quick way of doing it in 11.1.1.3
    I have already done the following but the code editor rules are not getting enforced.
    1) Go to 'Tools' and then choose 'Preferences
    2) Go to the 'Code Editor' and under it 'Java' and then 'Javadoc'
    3) Select all the tags like @author @version @param etc and modify the Tag properties to be required and then click OK
    4) Next I create a new Java class but the code editor rules are not enforced.
    Questions:
    a) How to enforce the code editor preferences?
    b) How to automatically generate the missing javadocs in the existing classes in Jdeveloper?
    c) How to audit and setup a coding standard, so that it's easier to monitor what everybody in the project does and adheres to the coding guidelines.
    Bottomline - Are these possible in JDeveloper 11.1.1.3
    Thanks

    Have a look at the JDeveloper code audit feature.
    Under tools->preferences->audit->profiles
    You can either modify or add a new profile and check the JavaDoc Comments rules.
    You can switch the Missing Comment rule to have a more serious severity.
    Then you can audit your file (or the complete project).
    In the audit window you'll see an option to automatically fix error that the Audit flagged - this can include adding the missing Javadoc.

  • Give all servlet capabilities to a normal java class

    am new to servlets, i have one servlet class only, say index.java, in this servlet i have overridden its doGet/doPost where in those methods i just
    create an instance of a normal java class say MyClass, am looking to make MyClass to have same capabilities like my index servlet, in other words
    am wondering what parameters i need to pass to the MyClass constructor so that MyClass can do all what the index servlet does?
    for the time been i am passing the HttpServletRequest and HttpServletResponse, but later i have a situation that i needed to know the path for a file
    where i found that i should use ServletContext.getRealPath, so i found that extra ServletContext that should be passed to MyClass, so what exactly i need
    to pass to MyClass so that it has all servlet functionalities?

    You may want to review your application architecture.isnt the servlet thread-safe in its nature?

  • What's the Java Class Type corresponding 2 projectGantt's SubTasks Accessor

    Hi,
    I expose my java class as data control, and use the data control as a projectGantt. I get problem when i try to set the SubTask Accessor.
    I have a Fusion Web App, in the Model project, i write 2 java class: ( all the private fields has public gettors and settors which are omitted here)
    1
    public class GanttTask {
    private List<GanttTask> _subTaskList = new ArrayList<GanttTask>();
    2
    public class GanttDataControl {
    private List<GanttTask> _dataList;
    I expose the 2nd class: GanttDataControl.java as a data control by right click on it and select _"Create Data Control "_ from the drop down list.
    The data control creation is ok.
    I Drag&Drop the +"dataList"+ from the data control as a projectGantt, and only finish the data binding in the _"Tasks"_ tab.
    I run the page, the projectGantt shows ok with a FLAT(list) structure.
    I try to set the binding in _"Subtasks"_ tab.
    In the _"Subtasks Accessor"_ LOV, the +"subTaskList"+ appears in the LOV.
    I select it and finish the binding below it.
    I try to run the page again, the page cannot be showed and an error appears in JDeveloper:
    <LifecycleImpl> <_handleException> ADF_FACES-60098:Faces lifecycle receives unhandled exceptions in phase RENDER_RESPONSE 6

    i try to manually add the subTaskList from the data control to the page's "Bindings", it doesnt work.
    I solve this problem by using VO & View Link. Add using AM to expose data control.
    In the SubTasks dropdown list, I notice that, there is an additional SubTasks accessor which is the accessor that i defined in the View Link.
    I use this accessor, problem solves!

  • How can I call a java class from within my program?

    I was wondering if there's a platform independent way to call a java class from my program.

    Here's my scenario. I'm working on a platform independent, feature rich, object-oriented command prompt program. The way I'm designing it is that users can drop classes they write into my bin directory and gain access to the class through my program. For example, they drop a class named Network.class in the bin directory. They would type Network network at my command prompt and gain access to all the methods available in that class. They can then type system.echo network.ipaddress() at my prompt and get the system's ip address. I have it designed that there's a server running in the background and the clients connect to my port. Once connected the end-user can enter their user name and password and gain access to the system. When they type a command they actually call another java program which connects to my server using a seperate thread. They can then communicate back and forth. I have it set that everything has a process id and it's used to keep track of who called what program. Once the program is done it disconnects and closes. Rather than getting into the nitty gritty (I didn't want to get into heavy detail, I know how everything will work) I'm really interested in finding out how I can call a java program from my program. I don't want it to be part of the app in any way.
