Drop down menu works in chrome but not in Internet Explorer

Question

I'm new to css. Can someone tell me what is wrong and how to fix it?

There's nothing to fix.  Spry menus (circa 2006) employed several Hacks to make it work in older/lesser IE browsers.  Adobe gave up on Spry in late 2012 because it doesn't meet current demands of the modern web.  Most of us have ditched Spry and moved on to better menu systems that work better with IE10, IE11 & Touch Screens.
