Can you get or build drop-down menus for iWeb?

Drop Down Menus for iWeb: Will They EVER Come?

I've got several websites that I need to update, and frankly probably rebuild from scratch.
I am considering moving them to iWeb. However, the ONLY reason I have not switched over yet is the unavailability of easy WYSIWYG drop down menus for iWeb. It's safe to say that if there was a seamlessly integrated way to create these, I would have started publishing at least four different sites with iWeb...YEARS ago.
So, now, faced with the choice again, the drop down menus question is before me again.
Please understand: I know and understand the various ways they can be manually created. That's now what I'm asking.
What I'm asking is for people's opinion: What's the likelihood that Apple will ever add this functionality to iWeb itself?
If so, any likelihood of this happening soon?
Because if they don't, I then have to make a choice to go through the long and arduous task of manually creating the menus for several sites (and making sure their perfect before we "go live" with the new versions...) And I'll have to weigh whether or not I want to bother with that.
Obviously, I am intentionally asking for your conjectures, unless some of you would like to dish on stuff you know.

iWeb is discontinued, so the likelihood that it gets the menus you want is rather slim.
And yes, there is a seamless way to add them.

I don't have any drop down menus for burning playlist to disc

I had a computer crash and reinstalled itunes. Everything works except the burner. I dont have any drop down menus for burning the playlists to disc. What do I do now?

It has something to do with Segoe fonts in your Windows system.

Do a clean reinstall and delete the Firefox program folder before (re)installing a fresh copy of the current Firefox release.
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

Is there a way to create drop down menus in IWeb

Presentation Director Monitor Drop Down Menus Blank

I'm trying to get Presentation Director functioning properly, but there are a couple of screwy things going on:
If I check the properties of the "Capture" profile, it has the resolution of external monitor incorrect. (1920 x 1200 Vs Captured 1024X768). Yes, even after re-capturing.
When I go to edit a profile, the drop-down menus for both the built-in LCD and external monitor for resolution and color quality are blank. Both the standing values and the contents of the drop-downs are blank.

Got rid of nvidia NView crapware, but the NVidia desktop manager is still present. It actually recognizes the proper resolutions for each display, but doesn't have any good way of quickly switching display setups like PD does.

I assumed you were running XP. This video driver persistency feature is implemented on XP as well as Vista/Win7. I don't know why the PD settings are blank.
For your first two scenarios, you should be able to configure that one time manually and then have the video driver automatically remember the settings as you connect and disconnect the display. First, with no monitor connected, configure the TPLCD how you want it. Then connect the monitor and configure both it and the TPLCD how you want them. Then disconnect the monitor and the TPLCD should automatically revert to the settings you specified when the monitor wasn't connected. Then reconnect the monitor and the settings for both monitor and TPLCD should revert to the settings you specified when the monitor was connected previously. Have you tried it? This is a very common configuration scenario that I know many customers are using successfully without the assistance of PD or any other software.
For your last two scenarios, you will just need to experiment to see if the the persistency works or not, like I said it depends on how old the projectors are. If it doesn't work, or if you are frequently connecting to different projectors, then you should be able to use PD for the projector ONLY! don't try to use PD to control the TPLCD.

New Drop-down Menus Not Picking Up Styling

I have a Muse site with pages and drop-down menus.
I have stylized top-level pages, and also the drop down menus for the secondary pages.
I was under the impression that once a drop-down menu was stylized, any new drop-down menus created by adding secondary pages to a different top-level page would inherit the same stylization as the first drop-down. But, that does not happen. Yes, I have Edit Together selected in the options panel.

Drop down menus vs. active X

I'm trying to build drop down menus for a commercial site.
I followed a (non Adobe) tutorial for directions using spry. The menus look fine BUT when I go to test the page I get the old Active X block from IE. Now, I can certainly remove it but It won't do to have most users visiting the site have to worry about that.
I've looked into some CSS based menus, but haven't quite figured all that out.
Any recommendations for creating dropdown menus that
- doesn't require me to become a programmer
- is not likely to experience roadblocks like the one suggested above
- is stable across most browers
- allows for some creative customization (this is the least important requirement).
Any suggestions?

Drop down menus, please help...

Hi all,
I am very new with this.
Is it possible to have drop down menus for navigation?
For example, is it possible to use the tabs and have other links under the tabs? (drop down menus)
What I have been doing is using the HTML Portlet and writing javascript code for the menus. I am assuming that there should be an easier way to do this.
Where can I find more portlets?
I have used other CMS before such as Dot Net Nuke and there are a lot of different modules avaialable for DNN. Is there a place that I can check out for this CMS that has tutorials, or different portlets?
I would really appreciate it if any one can help me with this.

In APEX 2.0 and greater there are built in list templates with built in dropdown navigation.
Just use a list instead of tabs, you can even make a list that perfectly mirror tabs that's how the tabs in the APEX builder itself are built.
Look at the top navigation here http://apex.oracle.com/pls/otn/f?p=11933:5 it is an example of a slightly customized list with dropdown template.

Can't access drop down menus

I have CS4 and recently installed Camera Raw 5.2 but the drop down menus for the TAT and Crop tool don't function. I have tried right clicking, shift clicking, control clicking, etc. and nothing works. I tried redownloading Camera Raw 5.2 again, but no improvement. Any suggestions?
I have an Intel iMac, 2.16 GHz, OS X 10.4.11, 3 GB RAM, lots of hard drive space.

I want to know how to make the drop down menus for my
navigation bar. I really want the menus to pop out to the right. Do
I have to buy a java script to do this. I am a relativly new
developer. I know some HTML and am just learning CSS. I am using
Dreamweaver to construct my pages. I dont know java scripting and
dont know how hard it is to do so don't know if this is something I
can make on my own or if I can copy one from a free source or buy

Best practice for creating large drop down menus?

I'm attempting to transition from using Photoshop to Fireworks cs4 for design and prototyping of websites.
Right now I'm working on re-creating a nav bar design in FW. The design calls for large drop down menus with lots of non-standard content similar to nymag.com
I've got each button setup as a 2 state button, however when the large drop down spans across to the right, the other buttons next to it appear to be over the first fly out. If I move that layer on top of the others, all the other buttons begin to act strangely. Any ideas?

Help writing code for drop down menus and/or radio buttons

Hey, new to the forums, fairly new to programming in Java. I want to put up a "Ebay store", on Ebay.... well I guess that's obvious. I want to make a menu that either incorporates "Drop-down menus" (preferred - see below) or radio buttons. I do not know how to code these or how to incorporate them with the Ebay interface so that the new options selected by the customer with automatically adjust the price of the item. All help is appreciated.

I'm guessing what you want to do has nothing to do with Java. It probably has more to do with JavaScript. You are probably going to have to learn a little HTML (Drop-down menus are really select boxes) and then some JavaScript to go along with it (onChange="javascript: doPriceChange();"). I have absolutely no idea about the EBay interface so this is all just a guess. Here's a google search for adding javascript to a select box.
