Drop downm menu will not display all options

On certain websites the full drop-down menu will not appear when a tab is clicked on, as if blocked by images on the current webpage. Same problem on internet explorer! I cannot access the drop-down options that I need...

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration. Since this feature was added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there still are a few glitches.
You might need to restart Firefox in order for this to take effect, so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.).
Then perform these steps:
*Click the orange Firefox button at the top left, then select the "Options" button, or, if there is no Firefox button at the top, go to Tools > Options.
*In the Firefox options window click the ''Advanced'' tab, then select "General".
*In the settings list, you should find the ''Use hardware acceleration when available'' checkbox. Uncheck this checkbox.
*Now, restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.
Additionally, please check for updates for your graphics driver by following the steps mentioned in the following Knowledge base articles:

Close the mail app and reboot the iPad.
Tap the home button once. Then tap the home button twice and the recents tray will appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the mail icon. Tap the home button twice.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

Localized string not found & menu will not display in Vista

I have had an issue since late version 3 on my Vista Home Premium PC, when I installed a new copy and started seeing no menu, and the bookmarks and right-clicks respond with "Localized string not found..."
I have tried the cleanup in a previous message in this forum - to delete the safari folders c:\users\xxx\appdata\Local\ - once I reinstall the current version, I have the same issue. I see the previous query was closed, or I would have replied to that.
I am testing software for a web-based application, and we support Safari, so this is pretty important that we solve this - though I would be happy as a clam to drop support for Safari on the PC - that likely isn't going to happen. I have had no such issues on my G4 running OSX 10.4.

Okay ... I suspect that one of the en.lproj folders (English language resource files) for your Safari or your Apple Application Support has been blown up. So we'll try swapping out both your Safari and your Apple Application Support, taking a few other explicit precautions along the way, just in case. Best to print out a copy of these instructions, because at one stage of proceedings you won't be able to use a web browser.
First download and save a copy of the SafariSetup.exe (installer file) from the Apple Website. Don't run the install online and don't start the install from the SafariSetup.exe just yet.

Quit iTunes and/or QuickTime if you have them installed and running. (They both use Apple Application Support and can interefere with the Apple Application Support uninstall if you have them running.
Now head into your "Uninstall a program" control panel. Uninstall safari. Uninstall Apple Application Support.
(If you get any error messages during the uninstalls, halt proceedings and post back to let us know what they say. Precise text, please.)
Next, we'll clear away any leftover program folders and files.
Go "Start > Computer".
In "Computer", open "Local Disk C:" or whichever drive your program files are installed on.
Open the "Program files" folder.
Right-click on the "Safari" folder (if it still exists) and select "Delete".
Open the "Common Files" folder.
Open the "Apple" folder.
Right-click on the "Apple Application Support" folder (if it still exists) and select "Delete".
Empty your recycle bin and restart the PC. (If iTunes is installed on the PC, you'll probably receive a message at this stage saying that iTunes will not run because Apple Application Support is missing. Click through the message.)
(If you get any error messages during the program files/folders deletions, halt proceedings and post back to let us know what they say. Precise text, please.)
After the PC restarts, do not open any applications. Disconnect from your network and/or the internet. Now shut down all your security software (firewall, antivirus, antispyware).
Now start the Safari reinstall by doubleclicking the SafariSetup.exe you downloaded earlier. (This should also reinstall Apple Application Support.)
Reenable all security software prior to reconnecting to your network and/or the internet.
Did the reinstall go through okay? If so, do you have your Safari right-click contextual menus back again?

Transaction History Not Displaying all Optional Fields

Hey all, Looking for some help with transaction history reports. I've seen some others have posted about this in years past, but, never saw a positive response so I thought I would throw it out there once again. Essentially, the transaction history report is only showing 2 option fields and dropping the 3rd. So, in my report, I see Option 1 Field, Option 1 Value, Option 2 Field, and Option 2 Value. What I DO NOT see is Option 3 Field and Option 3 Value. However, I have confirmed that for each of my individual transactions, the data is there. The report system just appears not to be picking it up. Has anyone else seen this and know of a method to resolve this? thanks!KSAT

I think they support only upto two options in the report. Even the documentation shows the same - https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/admin/download-history/ I hope at least they will include a new field to dump all the additionall options and values as it is crucial information for us to ship the item.

Character panel not displaying all options

Hi!
I need some help, when I open the character panel it only displays about half of the type changing options, such as kerning, leading, tracking & font size.
it does not display the stretching or the other four options to manipulate text. can anyone help me??
When I used to have CS3 it did, and now with CS5 I'm not sure why it's not automatically displaying everything in the character panel.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Can not power down my HTC Droid Incredible as the phone options menu will not display.

Press down power switch at top of device for up to a minute and nothing happens. Options menu no longer appears. Had trouble with the device about 2 weeks ago where nothing would work and I was getting force close messages. Found a solution on this forum to fix the force close issue but then I could no longer power down the device.

I just resolved my orriginal issue with the power down by calling Verizon support (866) 406-5154. It was very simple while the phone was on just remove the back case and take out the battery. Then with putting the battery back in turn on the phone and when fully booted just try to power off and it worked.
There are many articles written about battery life in this community and in the documentation.

I am unable to view my bookmarks and the 'Bookmarks' drop down menu will not expand beyond the bookmark folder to display my bookmarks.

When I try to add a new bookmark, I cannot find any of my bookmark folders. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox and still have the same problem.

If, however, you have iTunes 11, many people haven't yet figured out the new default interface in iTunes 11. Photoshop CS3 will not display all available actions in Actions folder

Windows XP Pro - CS3 Extended
I have appprox 400 actions. When I open the actions palet, then go to the actions options (clicking on the small downward pointing triangle in the upper right corner) I can see my options for actions, placed in a vertical column at the left hand side of the screen. There are 5 additional columns displaying the actions I hae, in alphabetical order. The 5th column ends in the "F's" even though I have actions starting with letters of the alphabet going all the way through the alphabet.
If I chose to 'Load Actions' a dialogue box pops up showing the actions folder (the one contained in the presets folder), but no actions appear. If I view the folder from Windows file explorer, I can see all of the actions.
Is there a limit to the number of actions CS3 will display? Why do I not see any actions shown in the Load Actions dialogue box?
I use a plug-in manager to limit the number of plugins CS3 loads on startup. Is there something similar for actions?

When saving to bookmark folders, dropdown menu does not display all of them, just a few.

When attempting to save a bookmark, using "Bookmark this page" and then selecting Bookmark Menu to display a list of saved folders, the list of saved folders that appears is a short partial list. This list does not permit scrolling to view the remaining unlisted folders. All these folders are viewable/accessable when "Show all bookmarks".

Page w/3 Iviews will not display all iviews thru Portal Role?

I am having a problem with getting 2 of 3 iviews to display through my portal role(s). 1 of the iviews is a copy (generated thru the wizard with same properties) of the SAP Bank information iview and the other 2 I created in the KM content (1 is an image and the other is html). If I preview the page, I see all 3 of my iviews with no problem.
Just a little history, I created a new area page called payments which I tied Bank Information and w-4 to via config in the back end. I z copied all my resources and tied the correct PCD to them.
It almost seems that it is still calling the SAP delivered Bank information? But, I checked all my config and nothing that is configured is pointing to there iview/page?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly on this. I did create a z copy of the bank information service and called it z_employee_bank_us_serv05. I created the iview with application name 'per_bank_us' and as for the 'Application Parameters', I did not fill anything in which leads me to my next question.
I know when I create a new area, that I need to fill in the application parameters of the path to the 'Area group pages'
(Example: sap.xss.menuarea=Z_EMPLOYEE_BENEFITPAY_ERP2005&sap.xss.menuargrp=Z_SAPDEFAULTESS_ERP2005&sap.xss.menuhdr=SAPDEFAULT),
What would the verbage that would need to be added to the application parameters for this just to point to the service?

Tool Panel will not display other options? ex. unable to change Rectangle to Polygon - Windows CS6.

Does anyone know how to fix this, without having to reinstall the program? I had to have IT install in the first place because the process was very difficult. I'm really NOT liking this program, at ALL!!!

Hdr not displaying all options

Hi there, I seem to have a really strange problem with photoshop cs5. I installed on my samsung nc10 and when I go Image--> Adjustments-->HDR toning, not all the options come up, there are some missing, it's like the hdr toning window is "hiding" some of the options (screenshot attached) It almost looks like as if
the window need to be resized but it doesn't let me. Any suggestion at all, this thing is really annoying because I can't use photoshop...

thanks for that. I am not sure if anything is interfering, never had any similar problem with any other software so I am not quite sure where and what to look for. My video card should be ok as far as I know, I have checked in device manager and all the drivers seem ok...
I forgot to mention, my resolution is 1024x600. I wen down to 800x600 but no joy...
Sorry just noticed something else...even the "save as" option doesn't work: say I have an image open, I modify it and try to save as, it won't let me, as in nothing happens. DO you think I should reinstall the application?
