Dropbox files can be seen by students

We're using the Vanderbilt building block to access courses. We created dropbox tabs that allow students to upload files and only the instructor to see it. However, after logging into Blackboard, students can see the iTunes U files, which they should not be able to see. Other files in the same dropbox tab cannot be seen by these students. The only difference that we see among the files that can be seen is that when logged in as a student for files that students can see the entry in the "Price" column appears as "streaming only". But when logged on as a Site Administrator, ALL the files in the dropbox tab have a "Price" of "Free".

All logging in as described below is done via the Blackboard building block from Vanderbilt U.
This course has 5 tabs that can be viewedd by students. The tab names are:
1. "White" is a dropbox tab; it has 45 tracks, of which 30 can be viewed by students.

2. "Red" is another dropbox tab; it has 17 tracks, of which 17 can be viewed by students.

3. "Old Red Tab" tab has has >700 tracks, has no access for students, and students see no tracks

4. "Illustrations" tab is a dropbox tab that has 3 tracks in it,none of which can be viewed by students.

5. "Audio Podcast" tab allows student download, and stuidents see files for download as one would expect.

At this time, I am not able to actually see the credential that is being sent by the Bb building block, but why are the tracks in tab 4 hidden as expected, and why are only some tracks in tab 2 appropro=iately hidden from students, while others are visible.
If necessary, I could establish a webex session and demonstrate what I've described above.

With an Administrator credential in iTunes, I see all the files, broken
down by tab:
White Tab: 45 songs
Red Tab: 17 songs
Old Red Tab: 761 songs
Illustration Tab: 3 songs
Audio podcast Tab: 3 songs
With a Student credential in iTunes, I see all the files, broken down by
tab:
White Tab: 30 songs
Red Tab: 17 songs
Illustration Tab: 0 songs
Audio podcast Tab: 3 songs
I don't understand why only some of these files are hidden (in the case
of the white tab) or why the tabs that are set up identically are
behaving differently. I'm really at a loss for how to handle this... I
can't imagine where we're going wrong, but it's becoming a big problem--
do you think it's a problem with the Building Block? We haven't changed
anything since it was appearing to work a couple of weeks ago.
