Dropped iphone and wont turn on?
few months ago i accidently dropped my iphone4
and now it dosent turn on, theres no signs of screen being damaged maby the interior is broken
im not realy sure, so im taking it up to robina apple store to see what they say
i was told if they cant fix it they can replace it and give me a new one for no more than $250
as i was told be my phone carier (optus).
can i have anyones ideas on this please???
Apple doesn't fix phones. They exchanged them. An out of warranty exchange is 199.00 in US dollars, It will vary slightly depending on the country. You won't be given a new unit. It will be exchanged for a refurbished unit.

As far as trying to power up your device, make sure it has a good charge and then hold the button on the top of the phone and the home button on the faceplate together until the apple appears on the screen.

my iphone 4s wont turn on with out being pluged in and when i unplug it it dies instantly i pluged it in put it in dfu mode and tried to restore it hoping it might help but its stuck in dfu and has restore error 21 help!!!

If your iPhone is unresponsive after updating your iOS version, then I'd like you to please follow the troubleshooting below.
If you see a black screen
You might need to charge your device before it can turn on. Plug in your device and let it charge for at least 10 minutes (20 minutes for iPad), then try turning it on.
You should see a battery icon while your device is charging. If you continue to see a black screen, reset your device. If your device doesn't respond when you press buttons
Your device might not return to the Home screen when you press the Home button, wake from sleep when you press the Sleep/Wake button, slide to unlock or power off, or it might appear frozen. Try these steps:
Restart your device.
If it still doesn't respond, or if it doesn't turn back on, reset your device.
If your device gets stuck during startup
When starting up, you might see the Apple logo or a red or blue screen for a long time, or your device might restart again. Try these steps:
Make sure that you have iTunes 12 or later on your computer.
Put your device in recovery mode.
When you get the option to restore or update, select Update. This will reinstall iOS without erasing your data.

My iPhone 4 is shut off and wont turn back on, unless i plug it in an outlet & when i do that it says "connect to Itunes" & then i do that and the phone wont turn on & it shows nothing is plugged in . HELP!

Happened to talk to a friend who said to try replacing the battery. Did that. Problem fixed. All data saved.
To all Apple support people: rather than say 'once it's in recovery mode you lose all data' try saying 'replace your battery and see if that works first'!!!! -

It sounds like your phone is not successfully booting even though you have reset the device. I would next recommend attempting a backup and restore to iTunes with this article:

My iphone 5s wont turn on. I tried to recover it through itunes and it didnt work. It said that due to an error my phone could not be restored. Apple has a problem and the cant solve it. I had some very important call but this new iphone just shut down on me and wont turn on i tried everything u can find in apple support nothing works for me. Anyone know what i can do?
I would instead say you have a problem since nearly all IPs work as advertised. IF you do have a bad phone, take it into an Apple store and get a replacement. Hope you didn't jailbreak your phone though as Apple probably will tell you, you broke it, you fix it.
