Dropped iPod on accident, how much to fix?

Alright, I was an idiot and was toting around my 4th gen touch without a case. Well this came back to bite me bad. The other night I dropped my iPod at work, onto a concrete floor. It didn't damage it too badly, though. However, the metal back scuffed on one corner, and got pushed up a bit, which in turn pushed up the front glass portion in said corner. Now there's a tiny gap between the metal backing and the glass front, and this has me paranoid. I'm worried it could lead to issues down the road, or could get worse. I know this isn't covered under any warranty, so how much could it cost to repair? I'd prefer not to buy a new one if I don't have to.
