Dropped my iphone and the back has shattered can it be repaired
I have dropped my iphone and the back has shattered. It still works, therefore my question is can it be repaired??
Which is why the simple approach is to call a local Apple store and ask
You will get far better information than anyone in this forum can provide.

I dropped my iphone and the screen has blue lines on it. Siri still works but the screen doesn't but the screen isn't cracked or shattered. What should I do?
Bring your phone and $199 to the Apple store for an out of warranty exchange of your phone. You clearly broke it when you dropped it.

It was working fine for a week but i just want to know if apple would do anything for me? i dont have warranty unfortunately or icare. i just dont want to pay insane amounts of money cause they were stupid enough to make this phone glass....
You would have to buy an out of warranty replacement.
Out-of-Warranty Service
If you own an iPhone that is ineligible for warranty service but is eligible for Out-of-Warranty (OOW) Service, Apple will service your iPhone for the Out-of-Warranty Service fee listed below.
iPhone model
Out-of-Warranty Service
iPhone 4S
$199
iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS,
iPhone 3G, Original iPhone
$149
A $6.95 shipping fee will be added if you arrange service online or by calling Apple Technical Support. All fees are in U.S. dollars and are subject to local tax.
When setting up out-of-warranty service, Apple will request credit card pre-authorization for the maximum service fee listed above. This amount will be deducted from your credit limit. The final service fee we charge will be determined during testing and may be less than the service fee listed above.
Certain damage is ineligible for out-of-warranty service, including catastrophic damage, such as the device separating into multiple pieces, and inoperability caused by unauthorized modifications. However, an iPhone that has failed due to contact with liquid may be eligible for out-of-warranty service.
Apple reserves the right to determine whether or not your iPhone is eligible for Out-of-Warranty service. iPhones that are repaired or replaced have a 90-day limited hardware warranty or assume the remainder of your standard warranty or AppleCare service contract coverage, whichever is longer. Please see Apple's Repair Terms And Conditions for further details."

I dropped my iphone and the screen started popping out
i recently dropped my phone and it fell flat on its screen. the top right hand of the screen popped out and when i pressed the home button, there were white lines going vertically on the screen. My touch screen also wont work at all. I tried popping it back in but more white lines just started showing up on the screen. what should i do?
You mean no other smartphones have an issue where if you drop the phone the screen comes out? Really?
If all that needs to be done is to replace the screen the cost is $109/$129 USD depending on the model of the iPhone.
If there is more damage Apple does not repair the phone they replace the entire phone. The good news is if you only had this phone for a month and they do this then you get back your one year warranty. Or if you had purchased AppleCare+ it would have cost you $79 USD for your deductible. -
My daughter dropped her Ipod touch, and the screen shattered...can anyone tell me if thats covered under the 1st year warrenty? and If not how do i go about getting it repaired?
User abuse is not covered. They will not replace the screen, but rather the iPod itself, and will do this for $99 (for 8GB model). See here for more details: http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/service/prices/

About a day ago i dropped my iphone 4. ever since then my screen has been black. i have been able to hear voice control and music but i dont know how to fix it. it was not far off the ground but to be fair it had been through a lot. i have an appointment to get a screen repair to see if it would fix it. does anybody know if it does? if not please let me know so i dont waste my money. and also if you do know how to fix it please let me know. thanks!
Try Reset, hold both Home and Power buttons for about 10 seconds until the iPhone begins to start. When you go for repair, ask them to just push the LCD connector back down perfect to the Logic Board, is may simply have just been jarred loose slightly. If you go to Apple, this is handled for $149 with perfect replacement iPhone 4 exactly same as yours.

Hi,
I have lost all data on my iphone by mistake. I needed to restore the phone and I didnt realize my back-up was 1yr old, and now the phone is restored and I've got a year old contact list and iMessage chat history. Luckily my iMessage on the Mac is still valid and has all the chat history. My question is how can I restore iMessage chats on my iPhone 4 from my Mac? I have all the chat history on my Mac, but there seems to be no sync function from Mac to iphone. Please advice. If things seem to be going haywire with your phone, it seems that it MAY be a software issue.
Now, that being said, that does not necessarily mean that it is a virus. Software issues do happen sometimes. It is probably just coincidence.
What you need to do is restore the device using iTunes. This will fix any software issues. After you have done this, you can restore from an iCloud backup.
iCloud does not back up the actual software, so no, the "virus" would not have gotten into the backups.
The link below provides steps on restoring your device using iTunes as well as how to restore from an iCloud backup.

Help me
Apple still has your mobile phone number associated to the iMessages account. Normally this wouldn't be a problem as iMessages will failover to an SMS if they were not recieved but if you have an iPad still recieving messages for that phone number it won't fail.
The fix is easy... just go into your Settings on the iPad and remove your phone number from iMessages. It is under the Send & Recieve option.
