DsAttrTypeStandard:AuthMethod options in a dsimport file?

OS X Server 10.5.1. According to the Command-Line Admin manual:
When one declares an OD attribute dsAttrTypeStandard:AuthMethod in a dsimport file, this is telling LDAP that the password will be of type OD as opposed to crypt. When declaring that attribute, one must then insert the password in clear text in the record file, such as dsAuthMethodStandard\:dsAuthClearText:thisismypassword.
Are there any other options than dsAuthClearText? For example, can I use:
dsAuthMethodStandard\:dsAuthCrypt:cryptpasswordhash
and then OD will figure out that crypt password and set it to an OD password?
Anyway, what are the options for the dsAttrTypeStandard:AuthMethod?

The /j switch sounds interesting
I've tried the following syntax with no luck in the .bat file I use to run distiller
C:\Progra~1\Adobe\Acroba~2.0\Distillr\acrodist.exe c:/acad/VL-90001.ps /j=c:/fdi-d.joboptions
/j:C:/fdi-d.joboptions
/jfdi-d.joboptions
No luck searching the help files for either /j or command line

No. Safari does not have the option to attach files for uploading other than photos.
Look at iCab Mobile in the App Store. There are other browsers that may do this, but I'm pretty sure that iCab will fill the need.

I find the easiest way to install Adobe Flash is to use the manual installers. You just need to download the installer to your computer, then run it to install Flash. For more details see http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/191/tn_19166.html#main_ManualInstaller
That link states you should uninstall earlier versions, as you don't have the version of Flash used by Firefox you can skip that step.

Options for saving PDF files in Acrobat X Pro

In Adobe Acrobat X Pro, there are options to Save a file as PDF/A, PDF/X, and PDF/E. I could not find a description on what those switches/parameters do. Would appreciate anyone telling me how they differ from a regular Save, or where I can find online documentation for them.

PDF/A - Archive format
PDF/X - For publishers
PDF/E - Optimized for engineering drawings

I can also do this from Acrobat Pro. Click Comments - Enable for Commentingand Analysis in Adobe Reader. This can not be done through the DSK or JavaScript.

I have issue with viewing option on the destop files! After setting up the way I want them (Snap to Grid) though they stay where they are while I am working but, once I restart, log out or shut down the computer, I find them repalced or moved around on the desktop when log in back again. I thought installing Lion will clear the proplem, but did not. Is there someone who can help with this issue? Thanks

You must also take care of the fools that "convert" any other file (*.txt, *.xls, *.pdf, etc.) to tdms by simply changing the extension in explorer.
(There are a few people here that "convert" *.bmp to *.jpg this way because attachments of bitmaps are not allowed. Just because the browser is smart enough to still display it despite the incorrect extension does not make it a jpeg image. Others write to an ASCII formatted txt file but give it an *.xls extension. While this does not make it an excel file, it forces the file to be opened by excel, which does its best to make sense of it. Works most of the time ).
Clearly, you need to check for proper extension after selection, but you should also handle the errors properly if the file is name *.tdms, but actually is something else.

You can create a .BIAR file on BI 4.1, i do it all the time, using .bat and .properties files.
.bat file :

.properties file for juste save public file and dependencies (for exemple) :

Select any Index type and from dates select just one day or any number of days. Click "Get Details" button. This will open tabular data on loaded page (with link CSV file link at bottom).
When I click this link, it opens CSV file in new tab (in Firefox browser) and does not open download window (just as in case of other file formats like *.zip, *.rar or *.xls).
Right-click of link does not give "save as" or "save file" option.
Firefox is my preferred and default browser.

Select the file with one click, then go to File in the menu bar and select Compress...
By the way Niel's post says control - click. This means click with the control key held down. It produces the same result as going to File in the menu bar and selecting Compress...
