DTMF Tones not working with 7.7.64.103
Hi, I'm trying to dial into a conference call and the keypad tones aren't being sent through from Windows. I'm running Windows 7. Any suggestions of how to get round this will be gratefully received as it'll cost a fortune to use landlines or mobile phone to dial into the meetings. Thanks, Rachel.

Has anyone successfully used the new Handoffs feature to call into a conference bridge? I've tried and failed a few times now. I hear the touchtone sounds when I enter the numbers on my keyboard but they are not recognized. One service - GotoMeeting - responds back with "You entered zero numbers".

We have noticed that DTMF is not working with UCCX,
Call flow ->
PSTN (SIP)-> CUBE - (SIP)-> CUCM - > UCCX
UCCX DTMF is working with IP Phones which are registered with CUCM, But not working with PSTN incoming calls, also we have Unity Connection, for this DTMF is working with PSTN incoming calls,
Please help to troubleshoot this issue,

$What this boils down to is that the CTI Ports do not support RFC2833, only out of band over the CTI QBE protocol. This means that CUCM must "see" the DTMF packets. If CUBE offers KPML in the call SDP, CUCM will automatically request this and translate from the SIP packet into a CTI event. If CUBE is only offering RFC2833, CUCM would need to invoke an MTP on the call to intercept the RTP packets containing the DTMF event.
If this isn't working the most likely reason is that there is no MTP for CUCM to invoke, or the MTP doesn't support RFC2833 DTMF interop. The best way out of this problem is to adjust the CUCM-facing VOIP dial-peer to include both capabilities: 'dtmf-relay rtp-nte sip-kpml' CUBE, assuming it's doing media flow-through, will do the heavy lifting for CUCM. If you set the DTMF Method on the CUCM-side SIP trunk, CUCM will essentially invoke an MTP for *every* call, in most cases needlessly; that's a great way to introduce problems and break things such as faxing.

iPhone comes with ringtones that sound for incoming calls, Clock alarms, and the Clock timer.
You can also purchase ringtones from songs in iTunes. See Chapter 22, iTunes Store, on page 94.
Set the default ringtone: Go to Settings > Sounds > Ringtone.
Turn the ringer on or off: Flip the switch on the side of iPhone.
Important: Clock alarms still sound even if you set the Ring/Silent switch to silent.
Turn vibrate on or off: Go to Settings > Sounds.
Assign a different ringtone for a contact: In Contacts, choose a contact, tap edit, then tap
Ringtone and choose a ringtone.

THE REASON MY PHONE HAD NO RING TONE, WAS SIMPLY BECAUSE THE VOLUME WAS TURNED DOWN. :-/

I read your post and see that the printer is making noise and is stuck initializing. I would really like to be able to help you resolve this issue.
I have provided some steps to try to see if we can resolve this issue.
Check and remove any packaging material inside the printer and toner.
Disconnect the USB/Network/FAX and power the printer on Standalone.
Do a hard reset to see if that will resolve the issue.
Leave the printer on and unplug the power cable from the printer and wall outlet for 60 seconds.
Then reconnect the power cable to the printer and wall outlet rather than a surge protector.
This ensures the printer is receiving full power and may help this situation.
If the issue persists, perform a power drain by disconnecting the power cord from the back of the printer and keeping the power button pressed for 30 seconds and in case of a power switch keep the switch in ON position for 30 seconds before reconnecting the power chord.
Update the printer's firmware by a USB connection. Software and Drivers.
Select Option 2 and wait for the page to load and then select the link for firmware. This resolved the previous posters issue.

Smart Talk not working with Bluetooth since update
I have been using Smart Talk for many months now on my iPhone. I have a bluetooth headset which I generally use.
This has worked fine (with the exception that when I get an incomming call it disconnects the bluetooth from the Smart Talk call).
But now, since installing version 1.28.0, Smart Talk is not working with my bluetooth headset at all. When I first make a call the headset is connected - I hear ringback tone. But as soon as the call is answered, the headset disconnects and the call is transferred to the iPhone itself. And the Smart Talk app does not give me any options to select the "audio source" (as it does if I make an ordinary mobile call).
As I almost exclusively use the headset, this latest update has made Smart Talk unusable for me.
Is there anyway I can get back to the previous version?I worked out the problem... I'm using iPhone 4S iOS7
- Start BT Smart Talk from in car
- call someone, connects to bluetooth
- call someone else, connects to bluetooth
- call someone else, no bluetooth connection
- kill and restart BT Smart talk
- call someone, connects to bluetooth
- call someone else, connects to bluetooth
- call someone else, no bluetooth connection
3rd call, always no bluetooth.
It seems there is no way to select the output like with all other bluetooth devices too -

Party Entrance Tone not working on CUCM 10.5(1.10000.7) . This is an intermitent issue for Meet Me conference.
++On the CUCM Service Parameter Party Entrance Tone has is TRUE .
++On Directory number Party Entrance Tone is ON . However the Party entrance tone (Beep tone) not coming when Meet Me conference going on .

Can any one tell me how the party entrance tone happening when a confernce session open.Is it generated from the hardware Confernce resource which configured on the gateway while mixing the RTP streams ? Symptom:
- MeetMe party entrance tones stop getting played to participants when they join/leave
- The issue will go away for a few weeks if the CCM service is restarted, but then will come back.
- When the issue comes back, it fails 100% of the time.
Conditions:
This problem would occur when we have user having a call from user in different node initiate transfer and also initiate MeetMe and dial user in different node. When transfer completes, we will have a leak in current node MeetMe. This issue should have been there in all CCM versions.
Workaround:
Restarting the CCM service will correct the problem temporarily.
You can either try the workaround or upgrade to one of the fixed versions.

I am facing a big problem i.e standby PRI not working with VG & CUCM , I have checked all the configuration parameter on VG & CUCM found ok but I am unable to make any call from standby link also incoming not come on the standby link . When I make a call on my Pilot no but getting busy tone .
I observer the some errors on VG like Cause i = 0x8286 - Channel unacceptable on my second PRI channel .

I have recently upgraded my iMac Intel G5 iSight (iMac5,1) to OS 10.6.8 and now the internal mic does not work with skype or facebook. I can here static when playing back clips. Do I need to update firmware or reload old system parts. I have zapped PRAM. The blue indicator in system audio panel will appear for a second as I slide the bar for internal mic but then it disappears. Is there a fix?
The sound seems very faint but can here static on playback.

Application is not working with mouse
Dear All,
We have a strange issue in the our application (Oracle form) in the one of our client machine.
Some times the forms are not able to work with the mouse but is able to work with the keyboard. After one or two machine restart its again working. When the issue occur we can able to work in other applications using mouse.
Our Applications server is in Other country and client are accessing from India.
This occurs for some user and not for all.
Application server Version 10.1.2.0.2.
Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit
Java Plug-in version 1.6.0_31 .

But since its occurring for some users (perticulary indian users) and some times. And also its occurring in production environment not in development environment.
Even the java control panel is not working with mouse.
For other country customers everything working fine.
So its difficult for me to apply the patch with these uncertainties.
Checking with fresh java installation and let you know the status.

At this point there is no way to hack the iPhone 4 running 4.2.1 to unlock it either so the phone and messaging apps will never work. You basically have an iPod touch. -
