DTW Error - Strange

Question

Hi All,
I am trying to use DTW to import updated shipping dates on Sales Orders (this is unique per line). I created the two files (Headers and Lines), the import seems to work fine. However, on checking the results I can see that in fact it does not update the correct document, instead updating the next document on the list.
I will try to give some details about the files that I created, perhaps there is something wrong in them.
In the Headers files I have two columns, 1) RecordKey, which is the sequential number in the list to match the RecordKey field in the Lines file. 2) DocEntry, this is the specific document number which I want to update (the specific Sales Order).
In the Lines file I have three columns. 1) RecordKey, which corresponds to the RecordKey in the Headers file. 2) LineNum, which is the line number of the document (Sales Order). 3) Is the field which I am updating (it is a User Defined Field).
On both files I start the list from line 3. I have the header line, then a blank line (actually a copy of line 1), then the list starts.
I hope someone has some ideas on how to solve this issue. All the things I tried so far failed to change this strange outcome.

Hi Gordon & Jeyakanthan,
Many thanks for your help. I ran the query and I can see that the DocEntry is actually one off to the Sales Order number (DocNum). I never realized that DocEntry is different to DocNum.
I now tried to replace DocEntry with DocNum but it didn't work.
