Due date to be kept optional at the time of F-04

I am facing an issue which could have a simple solution but i have tried almost everything. I am clearing a vendor balance with F-04. The doc type is KZ and the posting key is 29. The special G/L indicator is 4( which is customized). Now when i go to the next screen, the due date is mandatory. Now my issue is tht i dont want it to be mandatory as I am preparing a BDC for this. I have checked the field status of the posting key, the vendor recon a/c as well as the special G/L account. All are optional. Plzz guide me if I am missing something........
When i am changing the document type to SA or when i change the Sp G/L indicator to A, this works fine.
By the way, we have document splitting active. But i dont think it has any effect on this issue.

Actually system wont ask u in common the due date, alternatively it is calculated dynamically comparing CPU_date( Current date ) and the Baseline date in original Document taking into account the payment terms assigned to the concerned vendor or customer.
But here the baseline date is nothing but the due date.
I advice u to write a substitution at calling point 2 as doc type KZ and Spl GL Ind 4 then the due date fileld will be some date.
I hope this will solve ur problem.

Why is "due date" no longer an option in the reminders app?

The only radio buttons available when I try to create a reminder are to remind me on a day or at a location. This is not helpful, how do I get the due date radio button back? I am looking into a third party MPEG2 decoder.Your line of thought is a bit confusing. Compressor is an encoder and not (as far as I know) an MPEG-2 decoder. If you are migrating from a PPC G5 that had the old QT MPEG-2 component installed (i.e. v6.3 and before) to an Intel G5, then you simply need to update your QT component to the newer v6.4 QT MPEG-2 component. Assuming you purchased the original component from online from Apple, all you need to do is go to your software download area and re-download the current package which now contains both v6.3 and v6.4 universal binary components.
If, on the other hand, you really want a third-party MPEG-2 encoder, my preference is the Innobits "bitVice Pro" application. Would buy it myself if I did not already have the old Apple MPEG-2 encode component, Compressor, Toast, and iVCD already installed. (Just too cheap to spend the $349 for something I already have even if I do believe it has the best output I've seen.)

The first important thing to consider here is that Apple does not support Time Machine backups to a drive at the USB port on the AirPort Extreme, so that may likely have something to do with your difficulties.
If you want to continue to try this, the drive must be formatted in Mac OS Extended (Journaled) and you almost always have to use a powered USB hub with a drive at the port of the Extreme...even if the hard drive has its own power supply....because the port on the Extreme is under powered.
Most users who try this unsupported method have corruption difficulties sooner or later, but we do hear from some users who seem to be able to make it work.
The bottom line is that there is no support from Apple on this if you have difficulties, so you may want to consider a secondary backup plan for your important data.

But now I can't find the actual movie...I go to iTunes to purchases and view movies , to downloads and searched the title of the movie...I can see an icon of it and it is in a separate place from other purchases but it says downloaded in faded lettering. Where is it?

Payment terms - due date on a particular day of the week say friday?

Experts is it possible in SAP payment terms to configure a term such that due date is on a particular day of the week?
I want use payment term to determine due date for weekly billing cycle (sunday to saturday) for the invoice to be due on Friday net 27 days from mid point of the week
eg 1. if a customer is invoiced any day between October 4th to 10th, the due date should be Friday Nov 6th
eg 2. if a customer is invoiced and day between October 11th to 17th, the due date should be Friday Nov 13th
Is this possible?

You need custom development for this. Using custom development, Substitution in FI or User exit in SD
I. FI Substitution -
Create substitution with exit, for field day1 (BSEG-ZBD1T) and baseline date (BSEG-ZFBDT). In exit, determine number of days for required Friday from baseline date you want to use (say document date). This way, due date will be on Friday.
For determining Friday, use calendar or Ztables.
II. Invoices created in SD - If you are gerenating invoices in SD, use exit EXIT_SAPLV60B_008. This exit has table ACCIT which also has same fields Day1 and Baseline date. Follow same logic mentioned above.

Do I need to add my 'Home Folder' to options in the Time Machine?

I dont want to have my 'Home Folder' to be a unencrypted back up.
I know that Time Machine back up my encrypted sparseimage 'Home Folder' when I log out. FileVault is on.
But when I am log in, do I need to add my 'Home Folder' into the options button of Time Machine preferences. So that Time Machine does not back up my Home folder unencrypted?
This is what I have done, is this right or wrong? Time Machine is backing up my 'Home Folder' when I log out.

I bought my a new white macbook about couple of weeks ago & a Seagate ITb external HD using 400 Firewire cable.
I partition the macbook into 5 volumes. I turn on FileVault, then a day later turn on Time Machine. It seems to be working fine until I decided that I wanted 6 partition instead of 5. So, I partition my macbook into 6 volumes & use Time Machine to restore all my data.
Time Machine did restore everything, but when it finish & restarted, it stalled & I had to turn the macbook off, then on. I though everything was fine, then just after I posted my question above, time machine fail to back up, some error message stating it fail to link?
So I deceided to start from the beginning. I erased the external HD. Deleted the “com.apple.TimeMachine.plist” file from Preference folder. Restarted the macbook, open Time Machine, look inside the exclusion list & I notice that Time Machine put all external volumes into the exclusion list automaticlly including my FileVault 'Home Folder'. So I took out my 'Home Folder' from the list. Then back everything up. This seem to work, until I log out. I notice that Time Machine was not backing up my 'Home Folder' then I got that error message stating it fail to link?
Then I decided to turn off FileVault, then turn it on again. Deleted the “com.apple.TimeMachine.plist” file. Restarted the macbook, open Time Machine, delete my 'Home Folder' from the exclusion list. Then got Time Machine to do a back up. Log out & Time Machine was backing up my 'Home Folder'. Everything is working, so far!

How do I move data from old hard drive to the time capsule?

I got the Time Capsule a couple days ago and have been backing up my Macbook pro's data. I have an old Lacie 160G external hard drive with data I'd like to put into the time capsule. The only way it can do that now seems like I have to transfer the data from the Lacie to my mac ...then backs it up automatically to the Time Capsule.
However, my 256G of space on my mac is about to be full !
The time machine automatically puts my Lacie hard drive as excluded from being backed up and the button - (to remove it) doesn't work when an external hard drive is connected to the Macbook. Right now, my trust in the time capsule is not superb. I've tried intentionally to delete a video file on my Macbook and then see if I could retrieve it . I've had one fail/error and one success. Since one failed I have not dared to delete anything.
So..the plan is to delete files on my Macbook and then import data from my Lacie to my Macbook...and pray the time capsule will save everything?
Can anyone with experience tell me how to use the time capsule correctly?

The TM should be able to include the LaCie if it is formatted HFS+. If it isn't then no .. TM cannot backup.
On Yosemite the simple fact is TM is working poorly.. we are awaiting a patch or 6 to fix some of the issues.. but it is being extra flakey.
This is just a very personal opinion but I purchased Carbon Copy Cloner a couple of years ago.. very good purchase.. Easy to use.. reliable.. can backup network drives and disks that are not HFS+ formatted.. plus it can make a bootable clone.. It can backup separately your internal drive and your external drive to different sparsebundles on the TC.. I reckon for $40.. it is well worth it.
Otherwise you are stuck with the Yosemite / TM bugs.. good luck with those..
And more so the fact that TM is simply limited in its ability.
At least create a disk image on the TC and copy manually the files from the external drive into it. You do not need to copy the files to the Mac to do this..
But I think I would be buying another decent sized external drive.. 160GB drives.. sounds ancient..

I used "Get Waveform Components" to separate waveform data. I need to get the time stamp and write it on file as an header.

I am not able to solve the problem because I can't find an I/O vi that writes on file time stamp data. An error occurs, because of connecting different data types. How can I convert time stamp data so that I can use it as input in a write on file vi? Please, help me!

The problem with the selection seems to be that you are using two different indexing tunnels on the for loop. One of them loops over every value of the first incoming waveform, the other one over all waveforms in the incoming array. The value you wire to the N terminal will be ignored, the number of loop executions will be the minimum of your indexes. Anyway, the loop doesn't seem to do what you wanted:
- If you want to store the complete waveform: loop over all waveforms, check for the maximum of each of them and write it just like you do now.
- If you want to store only the values of each waveform that actually exceeded the threshold: You can either use 2 nested for loops to iterate over each value of each waveform. Use shift registers t
o create new arrays of timestamps / values for the values you want to store. You need to either convert the waveform to x-y-pairs (VI on analog waveform palette) or calculate your own timestamps. You might as well want to check out the "Search waveform" VI. Configure it so that value+-tolerance covers the band between your expected minimum value and your threshold value. The VI will give you the indices and timestamps of all fits.

HT1766 Where is my old backup stored? Because of auto backup, I can't see any of my older ones and with new ios erased all my data and it kept backing up the "new" setting

I plugged in my iphone and then itunes says my iOS was old and need update. Hence I update it to 7 where it erased all my data to start with, and it was actually backed up before it was erased.
After the new iOS was installed, it just couldn't restore the old data and instead it kept auto back up the new setting. I called apple help line and the guy said whatever is on the itunes list is all there is. But because of the auto backup, the whole list is full of new backups without my old stuff. Is there anyone who can tell me whether these files are overridden or instead just not showing on itunes, and where can I find it?

When you restore a device, a new backup is created and the old backup has a date added to the backup name.
Look in iTunes prefs > Devices.
The current backup will not have a date in the name. It will show the date on right side.

I pad applications kept crashing all the time

After the last update all my apps kept crashing every time I tried to open them. Also after recharging my ipad it appears like it was a new one, and it asked to restore all the info. I did it but the ipad keep asking me to restore again and again. Finally I try to treat it like a new ipad and it finally went to the main screen. But it keeps closing all the applications. I never drop it or wet it. It is in a book cover since the first day. Please HELP!!!

Try resetting your iPad. reset iPad. Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If applications continue to crash, turn iPad off, and then turn it on again. Press and hold the
Sleep/Wake button until a red slider appears, then drag the slider. Then press and
hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Now try an application.
And on your Mac, click the Apple menu (top left corner of your screen) scroll down and click: Software Updates. Make sure your system software is up to date.

I had to fix my ipod for daylight savings time and realized it after walking today. Once I fixed it, my data for the day was deleted. Is there any way I can retrieve it?

Can you give more information? Like iPod model and whether you ended the pedometer session before changing time.

Exchng rate of any date for amounts of cube where the time is only FISCPER

The user want to apply an exchange rate of the date 23/02/2009 (which is NOT the last day of the period !).
Currently all the queries gives a calculation based on the rate of 0.89330, which is related to the 1st day AFTER the posting period that correspond to the given key-date.
in the querry the key-date is u2018recognizedu2019 by the system as a true referenceu2026 (the choosen period correspond to the choosen key-date) ;BUT, it seems impossible to get the rate of a specific date, for a cube that has only FISCAL PERIODS.
Any valuable help will appricated on this...

Data plans for the iPad in every country I know of are month-to-month or pay-as-you go. No contract is necessary or in general even offered; you sign up and discontinue as you please.

Due date

Why has the date my cell phone bill is due changed from the 28th of the month to the 23rd of the month? Shouldn't the customer have some say in this? Will my bill be pro-rated then seeing as it's due 5 days earlier? Thank you julianne sullivan 774-296-4099

Because AT&T had different amount of time between the billing period and and bill due date. Now they have standardized the time to 21 days. Some were longer, some were shorter. That is their explanation.
