Due to a scam invading my server, Parental Controls is locked and I cannot add this site as blocked. Any ideas as how I can unlock parental Controls?
Due to a scam invading my computer recently, I cannot block these site in Parental Controls. This feature locks immediately and I must use Force Quit to close. Any ideas as to how to unlock Parental Controls? The two scams appear to be gone as I can now use Safari.

I'm surprised you didn't ask our gracious Hosts to EDIT the live link in the OP's reply - seems very malicious indeed. I reported it already though asking that it be left as merely a domain name - can't save everyone when the ship sinks

I've been trying to update my version of Itunes for ages now and I keep getting an error message. When I get the automatic alerts for the upgrade this also won't work or the upgrade to Quicktime & I'm getting a bit miffed now. I've bought an iphone and as I have an old version of itunes I can't download my music to it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Have you contacted your email provider to make sure there are no problems on their end? If they say their email servers are working properly, check the outgoing and incoming mail servers entries on your iPhone to make sure both are entered correctly. Enter the outgoing mail server even if the account setup indicates that is optional. -
I am going through startup on Macbook Air 11. When I get to the "Sign in with Your Apple ID" screen, I keep getting the message, "Couldn't sign in because of server error." I am connected to wifi. Any ideas on how to proceed?

Just upgraded my old iWeb app to version 3.0.4 from an iLife 11 disk. I like some of the newer features but it seems to have one glitch: when I upload the pages to my ftp server, the automatic navigation bar at the top of the page disappears. Any ideas? Thanks.

My iCloud mail is not working on my Macbook Pro. When I go to Mail preferences - Accounts - iCloud, everything is correct, except the incoming mail server. I also cannot acces this to fill in the correct incoming server.

Have tried to open my existing itunes but it states that it can not be opened due to missing files...please reinstall itunes. Repeated attempts to reinstall are to no avail....any ideas?
I assume you are talking about iTunes on your computer, if so, you will have to remove all Apple programs associated with iTunes:
iTunes, QuickTime, Apple Software Update, Apple Mobile Device Support, Bonjour and Apple Application Support (iTunes 9 or later)
Make sure everything that is by Apple is removed including Safari. You can sort by "Publisher", when you uninstall programs. Make sure you have at least one other web browser (like Firefox or Internet Explorer) before removing Safari. That way you can go back to the Apple web site and redownload iTunes later.
Reboot the computer then reinstall iTunes. Everything should work normally. -
I get the following message when sending emails on my ipad: The recipient "email address" was rejected by the server". If I send the email to 3 people, one will be rejected. If I send the same thing to the same 3 people a different one will be rejected. Any ideas?

I am visiting from the US and using my iPad at my parents house using their WiFi. We brought a new iPad for my Mum and am trying to set it up, I get to step 3 chooses a network and it will not connect to WiFi, the same WiFi that I am using with no problem. Any ideas .
The first time you set up the iPad you must do it by connecting the iPad to a computer, which needs to be running the latest version of iTunes, using the provided USB cable that came with it. It cannot be done wirelessly initially.
