Dumb question, but I really need to know.

Hi, I'm a newbie, so I need to know how to copy and paste cuz I've tried and nothing. I know that if I select a text or anything, I can grab it and put it wherever I want. But, that's not what I'm asking. Thank you all.

Once upon a time there were some nice tutorials that showed how to do the simple stuff. For copy and paste, use the Edit menu, up there in the Menu Bar. Or better, learn the keyboard short cuts. The little "four leaf clover" is the key with the Apple on it. It's also called the command key. Hold it down and use the keys right above it. The Z is "undo" great for stupid errors, as long as you didn't compound the error by doing too many stupid things in a row. X is for "cut" a lot like "copy" except it disappears until you paste it. C is for "copy" and V is for "paste."

Silly question but I really need HELP please!!!

Hey I'd like to write a program and build up many classes.
My problem is now I've got all the classes and couldn't get them right to work together as one program.
for example I've got a class user and two diffrent kinds of users as childlasses.
the users itself are constructed in a network listener class but I've also a gui how can I get them right work together in one program. See I need to have this object stored in one place but I cannot store them in a object without knowing the objekt itself or do I didn't understand that right.
So how can I store these objects (add and remove) and search through them or do you have other possible solutions.

Probably a really easy question but im really stuck so need to know asap please!

Im currently working on a piece for my final year project that takes a webcam and has an old movie effect over it. I have this all working but what I need to know asap though is,
Is there a way that i could put a black box over it that when the user walks in front of the camera that the black box would disapear. I need to know asap so please please please please let me know if you know how to do this!

If you select a mailbox, you should get an Edit button (easier to see in landscape mode). Clicking the button will provide you with check circles for the messages. You also get Delete and Move buttons at the bottom. Check the messages you want to move and then navigate to the mailbox you want to drop them into. I think as long as you can navigate to a mailbox you can move the messages to it.
In the Mac Mail application and probably Outlook on the Windows side, you also setup rules to move messages to specific mailboxes. If the mailboxes are stored on the server, then you can have the sorting done on the server and they should appear that way on the iPad. If your later messages do not show up, you may need to have the iPad app pulled down more messages until they are all showing.

In iTunes go to the Help menu in the upper menu bar. Then click on iTunes Help. Then on Sync your iPod, iPhone or iPad and follow the instructions.

So i dropped my mom's ipad and i dont know what to do... the sound and stuff works on it but the screen is black but it still has like a backlight i really need to know if this can be fixed PLEASE HELP!!!

so i droped my mom's ipad on accedent while walking inside helping carry bags inside... and at fist no one really thought anything of it but we got inside and my stepdad went to check something on it and was like um... something wrong and i guess the fall put it into shock or something but we held down the 2 buttons and it light up but it was black and just with the back light on. And it still wont work so im not sure what to do... I know where the slide to turn it on is so i did that and it made the click noise to signal it was on and i pushed where an app would be and it went to it and made the music to the app... so it works but for some reason the screen is being all stupid... I really need to know if there is a way to fix the screen because if theres not im in a ton of trouble... please help!!!!

if you mean it asks you to add a passcode to the device, you may say no. It really tries to encourage you to put a code on, by asking twice.....

Your email won't have the same confirmation number as it was ordered over the phone. You will need the last name used for the order, the location code (this ends in 01) and an order number (five to six digit number). Please keep us posted if you need further assistance with this.

Do you have different versions of the graphic novel pages, or is there just one version of the page? If there is one version, can you crop into the page without losing anything important?
I would guess that there is one version, and that cropping into the page will lose something important. If that's the case, here's how I would handle it:
Make a stage that is 14:9. The size doesn't matter, but 1400x900 could be a good starting point.
Put down a background texture that fits well with the look of the other images. Make that fill the 1400x900 stage.
Place your page graphics so that they are within the center 1200x788 area of the stage.
Set the stage scalemode to "noBorder".
You now have a layout that will work on all devices, as narrow as iPad, and as wide as iPhone 5. All without any code. On the widest devices you'll see a bit of your background pattern to the left and right of the page graphic. On the narrowest devices you'll see a bit of background pattern above and below the page graphic. But you won't lose sight of anything important.

This may seem like a dumb question, but once you have set up airplay from the ipad through the tv do you always need to have the internet on.

It's not necessary to have an internet connection in order to AirPlay content to the Apple TV unless the content is protected. You will however need to keep your wifi network turned on.

Press "Command P" and when the Print dialogue box comes up, towards the bottom there is an option allowing you to choose the text size, i.e: small, med, large.
