Dump when I start extraction the datasource 0GLACCEXT_T011_HIER

hi all,
In the RSA6 transaction for the datasource 0GLACCEXT_T011_HIER when I execute or I do clic in the matchcode to the hierarchies.
Occurs the following dump
Runtime Errors         SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC
Except.                CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB
What can I do to solve this?
Thank you
