Dunning block for document is appearing in printout

Hi SAP folks,
I have 100 open due items in customer account. I was executing dunning in F150 for that customer, it is showing 100 line items in dunning notice.
Here my question is that, i want to put dunning block for one document. So, i went to change dunning notice and put dun block for required document. Now i am checking dunning list and it is not appearing...upto here system performing correctly because i kept dunning block.
The problem is now when i am taking dun sample printout/dun print out total 100 line items are appearing whereas this will be wrong, dun printout shoud show only 99 items because i kept one doc in dun block. This is happening for only this customer. When i am executing for other cusomters it is performing currectly and have no issues.
Why this is happening to that customer? I have checked master data also. Please can anybody help me in this tricky issue
Regards
VK

  • Dunning Block for Customer Disputed objects

    Dear Colleagues,
I come with what seems to be a simple but interesting requirement from my customer, that I believe can turn out to be an interesting subject for discussion and knowledge exchange.
My customer requires having the possibility of creating several dispute cases, at different times with different partial amounts and different reasons, related to the same invoice. This is possible only through u201Ccustomer disputed amountu201D. With this functionality I can create several disputes linked to the same invoice, with partial amounts and different reasons.
The tricky part comes when the requirement also asks for automatic dunning block for the invoice, for each one of the dispute cases. Here I face with two basic problems:
    1) There is only one dunning block at invoice level. (an invoice cannot have several dunning block reasons at the same time.
    2) The automatic document changes through dispute cases is not for "customer disputed objects". It only creates and updates the dunning blocks on invoices that belong to a traditional dispute case ("Disputed Objects").
Has anyone faced a similar requirement before? any insights or suggestions regarding  this process?
    Thank you very much
    Best Regards,
    Luis Angeli

    Hi Luis,
Customer disputed objects are meant to capture customer disputes prior to the receipt of payment.
They can be used to create many disputes for a single invoice.
However a single invoice can only be disputed once.
Further to this, if different parts of an invoice are disputed, the dunning block should only be removed once all issues against the invoice are resolved.
It could be an idea to create a single dispute against an invoice, and then get different people to resolve the different issues.
You may also want to consider how you are creating your invoices - it could be that you split them down further so there is only a single dispute against an invioce.

  • MANSP Dunning block at document level display

    Dear Xperts,
I dont see the field MANSP "Dunning block" at document level (for an invoice), transaction FB03. I have chequed the field status defined for the posting key, but I cant find this field. What can be the reason the I dont see this field at document level?
    Best regards.
    Cristóbal.

    Hi,
Actually when the dunning run is executed, the documents gets the dunning block MANSP field and gets stored in table MHNK/ MHND. This block MANSP gets deleted from these tables when the dunning run is completed.
Sometimes the entry remained there, even after the dunning run completion and thus not considering customer for any next dunning run.
You can run the report RFMAHN21 in transaction SE38/ SA38 to check these blocked items.
Also check the below OSS notes if not applied in your system:-

  • Dunning Block per document number

    Hi SAP Guru,
    Need your help.
    Scenario is like this:
We are running the dunning letter and it always gives us no output.  Also, checked the Customer Master,  under Correspondence tab and field for Dunning Block is empty while payment methods under u201CPayment Transactionsu201D tab is also empty which is I think it should be to run the dunning.
Upon further investigation,  I found out that the invoices are tag as u201CDunning Blocku201D via FBL5N per document number.  Can you explain how this happened? And why does per document number is tagged as u201CDunning Blocku201D despite the correct set up in Customer Master.  And how can we delete the tag per document or is there any mass update for this.
    Appreciate your thoughts on this.
    Thanks,
    Julie

    Hi,
Thanks for the info.  As I checked if dunning block has been tagged in SO via Header --> Accounting Tab,  the field for Dunning block set to Freed for Dunning which I supposed should be.
    Any other solution on this.
    Thanks,
    Julie

Hi Vassy , thanks for your prompt answer ,  I explain better with example :
first time  Dunning  :  Customer AABB
    Invoice 1  100   lev 1    Special Invoice
    Invoice 2  200   lev 1
    Invoice 3 300    lev 1
The Customer do not pay nothing
    Second Time Dunning Customer AABB
    Invoice 1  100   lev 1    Special Invoice
    Invoice 2  200   lev 2
    Invoice 3 300    lev 2
    Thirt time Dunning Customer AABB
    Invoice 1  100   lev 1    Special Invoice
    Invoice 2  200   lev 3

I mean in the same Dunning letter for invoice 2 and 3 the level Dunning increase(as usual)  for Special Invoice number 1 the Dunning Level   still remain 1.
I know that I can change Manually on open Item the Dunning level but I looking for if it's possible to this automatically.

  • Set Payment block for documents generated by txn FBCJ

Is there a way to block the FI documents (receipts) from FBCJ?
I mean, when we create a cash receipts (repayment froma a vendor).

  • Dunning block on invoice

    Hi
my client is going to dunn its customers today.
The question is can one put a dunning block on an invoice so that that particulat invoice is not dunned with the rest?
Example: several invoices have been made but one is wrong.  Instead of putting a dunning block on client (and thus blocking all invoices) can't one put it on the invoice that is wrong, so customer gets dunned for all other invoices?
    Thx
    RM

    Hi RM,
You can set the dunning block for that invoice also.
    For this follow the path:
    T.Code:VF02
Enter the document number and enter
Go to Header>Header>Accounting data tab-->Dunning block.
You have to set the dunning block there except "Freed for dunning".
    Regards,
    Mohan.

  • I am unable to generate a Dunning Proposal for Promise to Pay items

Please advise how or if its even possible to generate a dunning proposal for overdue Promise to Pay items. Currently after debugging I find that the Dunning Proposal filters out any items that are from open promises. Is there a way to generate the dunning proposal for promise to pay items that are overdue? I'm using ECC 6.0 EhP 4.0 PSCD module

Within SPRO there is some config to define a dunning block for a promise to pay. I would suggest you check here.
FSCM >> Collections Management >> Int with AR >>  Promise to Pay >> Make settings for Promise to Pay.
If this does not work, I would assume this is because you are using FI-CA and the config is slightly different.

  • Promise to Pay not creating a dunning block

    Hi,
I inserted the dunning block in config in the 'Make Settings for Promise to Pay', however when I create a promise to pay 9even when its broken) the dunning block does not update the line item (where i would have expected it) nor does it update the amster record.  We also have BTE 0001765
Has anyone come across this before and can you point me in the right direct for this to work, thanks
    Eoin

sounds like it is working according to the SAP Help from F1
Dunning Block for Items with Open Promises to Pay
    Use
Has the effect that no dunning notices are sent to a business partner for an item if there is a promise to pay for the respective invoice and the promise to pay can be kept within the agreed deadline. The tolerance days are taken into account.
    Dependencies
If you have entered a dunning block, during the dunning run, the system checks whether there is a promise to pay that is not overdue for the invoice of an item to be dunned. If this is so, the system excludes the item from dunning using the dunning block entered.
You can reset the dunning block when you are processing the dunning proposal. Therefore, we recommend that you create special dunning blocks for promises to pay. This enables you to differentiate these items when processing the dunning proposal.
    Technical information
The integration with dunning is implemented with Business Transaction Event 00001765 (Publish and Subscribe). The event can be implemented more than once. This means that you can influence the system behavior delivered by SAP without modifications.

  • Dunning for blocked customer/document

    I block a customer/document for dunning.
I run the dunning procedure on 2 separate occasions and the customer/document shows up both times in the dunning run, but doesn't print (which is good).
Now if I remove the dunning block on the document/customer and run the dunning procedure a 3rd time, does the document receive a dunning level of 1 (since it has never printed) or a dunning level of 3 (since it showed up the 3rd time on dunning run).
Basically, after a removal of a block, does the dunning level become 1 since the invoice never printed on previous dunning runs despite the fact it displayed on the dunning runs?

You have blocked the account for dunning which means this account was not part of any dunning run. You can see in the customer master what is dunning level there. Should be Level 0.
After removing dunning block , the account will be getting dunning level 1 when run the dunning . As the levels are based on days in errears, in the second run the account will be in dunning level 2 and in the third run it will be in level 3 based on the days in arrears. The accoount will not moved to level 3 directly.

  • Invoices blocked for Dunning

    Hi,
I have maintained the dunning procedure, linked it to the customers. I created sales orders. There is no dunning block.Verified in the sales order, it is Free for dunning. Created the subsequent documents. The accounting document is created in finance. But when I check the accounting document, it has dunning block A assigned to it. Why is it getting dunning block A assigned to the document, when we did not specify any where about blocking the item. Please tell me where I am missing. This is urgent as we are in testing phase.
    Thanks
    Priya.

    hi,
Dunning is generating a document to inform the customer/vendor about the debit/credits etc. It generally associated with the accounting documents.
When you created the Sales Order, since no accounting document is generated, hence no dunning procedure is getting attached.
However, with the accounting document generation, based upon the configuration of the dunning procedure & other master data, system is adding the dunning block to the accounting document.
You may check the same by removing the dunning block from the customer & then running the entire cycle once again to confirm.

  • Migo reference document not appearing in miro for frieght conditions

    Dear all,
I ahve done migo for a po and i have checked GR based invoice in PO.When i am doing MIRO i am not getting the migo reference number for frieght condition where as the migo reference number is appearing for base price. How to get that migo reference number for frieght conditions also.
    thanks in advance
    regards
    vithal

Sometimes the the MIGO creator might have reversed the same. In such cases the reversal document may be with different number in the same series and both posted & reversed documents will not appear in MIRO. Since you might checking with posted document number, you are seeing the blank in MIRO. In such cases, just enter the PO number in MIRO, give date & reference number press Show PO structure button in the left corner. You will find the following screen
Expand the required once. The following screen appears. In this both positive & negative numbers with same reference & document type appearing are the reversed documents.
    Hope this is clear

  • How to create a block key default for documents created by MIRO?

    Hi All,
How to create a block key (BSEG-ZLSPR) default for documents created by MIRO?
    Could anyone tell me?
    Thanks
    Gandalf

    HI,
The payment block--BSEG-ZLSPR can be made defaulted by two  ways.
Means you want to fix one value all the times for the same ,you have to do the same in Vendor master
ie in the Vendor Master in the Payment Transactions Selection screen. make the Payment Block you want to be defaulted in MIRO.
you can do for all vendor master in mass change -- XK99.(LFB1)
if you are not OK with the Above .then there is another way to do the same
it is by Screen layout setting in SHD0
in this enter the Transaction MIRO and create a Transaction variant Z*** and click on create
and also create a Screen variant in OMLRLIST
    T code MIRO
    Screen variant name Z**
    Program-SAPLFDCB
    Screen Number 0020
    and create it .
in creating ---enter the default value in the Payment block and in the varinat just check the box w.content
KNow in SHd0 add this screen variant for the above Trasaction variant
and then activate this trasaction variant by going into the tab Standard variants.
so that when ever you do miro this variant will be called and you can get this payment block defaulted.
    hope so it helps

  • Purchase order Block for UB document type

    Hi
I have closed the site (e.g. R200) through transaction code WB02; closed the site date and also bloke the vendor u2013 R200.
When I am trying to create purchase order with document type UB, as supplying site u2013 R200, it is allowing me to create Purchaser orderu2026
While, vendor u2013R200 is blocking during creation of purchaser order with document type NB, as it should be, because we have block the vendor.
My requirement is that, I would like to block PO during document type UB as well.
Please help me, if there are some master data needs to be block.
Please note that, we have been asked not to remove config from u2018default document type for stock transfer orderu2019,
    Regards
    Vanraj

    Thanks Padmsri,
as you suggested, supplying site R200 is already assigned to R200 vendor and we have blocked the vendor as well.
and company code is also same for both,
but still, we are able to create PO for UB type, however it is blocking for NB type.
could you please help more on that or guide us to where we can explore... is it some config or master data?
