Dunning letters as individual/separate spool file

Hi All,
I've found that dunning run by F150 in my company sometimes gives an output results as separate spool file for every customer what is unexpected.  Usually we get one common spool with multiple pages. I would appreciate it somebody can give me the clue what is the reason. I couldn't find any system and transaction settings... Thanks in advance.

    How can I separate 4 files to individual files that are all on one email?

    Export your images as png, jpg or tiff. As most users can see these formats. Tiff would be the largest format so it will take up more of your email limit and will be slower to send and receive. But will keep most of the features editable.
    Png like tiff supports transparency, whereas jpg lacks majority of the features found in the other formats but can be highly compressible. However it does so by throwing away data. So each time the file is opened and saved more data is thrown away, if repeated enough times the file is no longer usable.
    Png and jpg are great for viewing inside a web browser or email program. Tiff can be viewed in a image viewer normally associated when accessing the file from windows explorer or mac's finder.
    Once the files are exported, most email programs can select the images as attachments.

  • F150 individual dunning letters per customer

    Hell Expert,
    We have created 2 new company codes by copying from an existing one and for those 2 new company codes the dunning letters are printed in the spool one by one.
    In the other company codes the dunning letters are grouped in 1 spool request.
    Does anybody have a clue how to solve this?
    Thanks in advance.

  • F150 Dunning letters to several customers

    Is it possible to generate several Dunning letters to different contact when the standard dunning generate one letter to one customer?  If yes, can you tell me how.
    We have case when we have a dunning letter generated to one payer which is an agent.  However this agent collects money from individual customers.  So we set up Final Bill to partner function under the agent.
    Now, when we generate Dunning, it generate only one letter to the agent but is it possible and how to generate the same Dunning letter to several Final bill to partners under this agent.  Does anyone know how and where in the code that Dunning select the customers.  Thanks

    The following OSS note shuld be able to solve your problem:-
    Note 1042992 - Dunning by mail w/ SAPscript: Introductory text w/ attachmnt
    If you want to send the mail to several recipients, fill the field FINAA-INTAD with the mail addresses and separate each address with a blank character. There are a total of 130 characters available in FINAA-INTAD.

    Hi,
    Thnaks for your inputs.
    I can be able to generate the spool with the tab "Sample printout" on F150. Output seems to be fine in the spool but when i go for the tab "indiv. dunn.notice" then from there i am not able to take the printout of the same. Usually when user used to run from this tab, spool request automatically gets deleted after use and printout of the same used to come up.
    Status tab is showing like -
    Parameters were manintained.

  • Dunning letters for claims

    hi experts
              i am trying to configure a process to generate dunning letters for employees claims.
    1.Can dunning letters be generated by using customizing settings in HR or can it only be done using Financial Accounting component?
    2.How do i get data from claims to be used for geneating dunning letters?
    Thanks

    Hi,
    The only difference in the process of dunning for one time customer and normal customer is that, the dunning frequency for one-time accounts is not checked in the master record but for each individual document.
    Apart from this, there is no specific configuration as such for dunning of one time customer.

  • Sending 'Dunning Letters' via Email ? - -has anyone succeeded ??

    Hi
    Has anyone had any joy with sending Dunning letters via email at all
    We can get it to work via FAX , but get the following error when trying to send via email
    'connection error on node'
    even tho, there is nothing wrong with the node at all
    via SCOT , we have the default conversion as 'raw text to txt'   which works with everthing else
    If we change to 'raw text' to 'pdf'  we actually get two PDF's - one is blank however
    When viewed via SOST, you cannot open it straight up, you have to open an attachment
    when we queried this with SAP, they say that dunning letters are set up to open as attachments
    The function module is almost identical to that used by statements and remiitances, which works absolutely fine
    I have posted this on a more technical forum as it is not an FI issue, it is a technical problem, which i hope someone has come across and able to resolve for us
    Many thanks
    Tony

    Hi
    Have you see SAP Note 1042992 - Dunning by mail w/ SAPscript: Introductory text w/ attachmnt? Please, check the steps that this note suggests. At a release 46B I did with the enhancement F150D001 (at ECC 5.0 it is too), and you have a demo coding in include LX150F01.
    I hope this helps you
    Regards
    Eduardo
    PD: I forgot, according your coding check what is the email address for the customer, if the customer doesn't have email, then the letter goes to the SPOOL order. Check it in the include ZX* or in the BTE.

  • Dunning letters Option - Print/email

    Hello Frens
    Our Customer needs an option to either print or email dunning letters. Currently the settings which we have done checks if email id is present and then emails the letters, but now the requirement has changed.
    When F150 Transaction is run, is there any way in which we can prompt or choose if the dunning letter has to be printed or emailed?
    Can anyone give me some solution on this?
    Thanks in advance!
    Regards
    Preeti

    Hello,
    Please check the function module. You need to incorporate the logic to trigger the both. Meaning that though there is an email address in the customer master record, it should spool a copy to SP02. Please take help of ABAPer.

  • Dunning Notice per Individual Line Items.

    We have a dunning requirement to print individual dunning notice per line item.  In fact, SAP standard form will give support for all open items of respective customer.  Recently, we have developed a form in such a way that it will consider only one Open line item and it is picking up fine. But the problem it is generating spool request for only first open line item.
    In fact, our requirement to generate Dunning Forms (spool requests) for all other open items as well.
    If anybody knows how to generate Dunning Form for Individual Open Items, please let us know.
    Please consider the above requirement on top priority basis, try to answer or atleast give clue how to achieve it.
    Regards.

    Hello Sekhar,
    I am not sure, but, it is not correct to do Dunning at Individual Line Item level (unlike correspondence).
    The reason is that, the Customer Master Data is normally updated once at the end of Dunning Run with the Latest Dunned Date and the appropriate Dunning Level.
    If you go for Dunning at individual Item Level, then it is obviously wrong to keep on updating Customer Master.
    Hope this info enables you to analyse in the right direction

  • Date and time in spool file name

    Hi,
    can anyone show me how i can write the code below so that the spool file will automatically take the system time and date?
    thanks again.
    set term off;
    set echo off;
    set heading off;
    set linesize 1500;
    set pagesize 9999;
    set feedback off;
    spool /home/oracle/ATM_Upload/files/CRD000119MMDDYYHHMISS.DAT;
    SELECT rec_ind||source_type||bbdsa_code||seq_num||dt_ti_ext||ver_num
    as atm_header
    FROM atm_dc_hd;
    spool off;

    Hi,
    I do something similar to this in a file called ed.sql which I use in SQL*Plus to give me a history of SQL*Plus buffers in separate files which follow the naming convention $DATABASE_$SID_$TIMESTAMP.sql. I use it from SQL*Plus when editing, rather than typing "ed" I type "@ed" and it does the naming for me:
    -- Turn off terminal output
    set termout off
    -- Save current buffer to a temp file
    save tmp.txt replace
    -- Set editfile name to $DATABASE_$SID_$TIMESTAMP.sql
    column fname new_value fname
    column sid new_value sid
    select trim(sid) sid
    from v$mystat
    where rownum = 1;
    select global_name||'_&sid'||'_'||to_char(sysdate, 'YYYYMMDDHH24MISS')||'.sql' fname
    from global_name;
    set editfile '&fname'
    -- Retrieve our initial buffer
    get tmp.txt
    -- Turn terminal output back on
    set termout on
    -- Fire up the editor
    edYou could probably adapt this in the following way for your needs:
    column fname new_value fname
    select 'CRD000119'||to_char(sysdate, 'MMDDYYHH24MISS')||'.dat' fname
    from dual;
    spool '&fname'I don't know how you get the 'CRD' part of the filename but you may be able to generate that too using the above as a guide.
    cheers,
    Anthony

  • How to merge two separate Muse files into one file?

    Have 220 pages built for a website, client wants to add another 180 pages. The Muse file is already slow to load and cumbersome to work with at 220 pages, it's going to be much worse at 400 pages. Is there a way to create two separate Muse files and then merge them prior to publish (or at publish, or post-publish). The only other solution I have is to build the second batch of pages in a separate file, then copy them into the main file one by one. Is there a batch copy/paste? Is there a merge?

    Hello,
    It's not possible to merge muse files as such. The pages have to either be created in the same file or they must be copied over individually later on from the other file to this file.
    Cheers

  • Convert a SAPScript spooled file to PDF

    I have an urgent request to build a front-end interface to map the parameters to SAP Standard object RFOAVIS_FPAYM. This is the driver program for Remit (Payment) Advice Notes using SAPScript.   I need to create a way to submit RFOAVIS_FPAYM and Return back to the calling program after the Remit Note has been created in the SAP spooler. Then I need to read the spooled file and pass the parameters to the FM CONVERT_OTF_2_PDF to create a PDF version and email the PDF via SAPConnect.
    Has anyone done something similar? I am looking for help in capturing the newly created SAPScript form in the spooler and passing the correct parameters to FM CONVERT_OTF_2_PDF so that I will convert the correct output..

    Take a look at these two Process BTEs, Business Transaction Events.
    00002040 Autom. pmnt transactns: Output of pmnt advice note
    00002050 Autom. pmnt transactns: Output of pmnt advice note
    Look at them from Tcode BF05 .  They can be created from the Customizing Tcode SPRO.
    The help document for BTEs in Tcode SPRO is really quite good.
    Bruce
    The documentation:
    Business Transaction Events
    This activity describes how you can connect additional components (such as in the form of function modules developed yourself or a product from an external software provider) to the standard R/3 System.
    There are two types of interface available in the General Ledger Accounting (FI-GL), Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (FI-AR/FI-AP), and Sales and Distribution (SD) components for this:
    1. Publish & Subscribe interfaces (also called "informing interfaces" in the following)
    These should inform you about particular events (such as a document being entered) in the SAP standard application and make the data generated as a result available to the external software. The external software does not return any data to the standard R/3 System. Examples of such events in the R/3 System are:
    Master record was created, changed, or blocked
    Document was entered, parked, changed, or reversed
    Items were cleared or reset
    Additional processing can be caused in the additional component on the basis of these events and data:
    Starting a workflow
    Generating or changing additional data
    Requesting correspondence
    2. Process interfaces (also referred to as "process" in the following)
    Process interfaces are used to submit business processes to a different control which cannot be realized with the standard system, that is process interfaces replace standard processes.
    Here you can structure determination of individual field contents or of specific reactions to process flows individually. It is possible to connect different external developments to the standard R/3 System. The additional developments are generally carried out using the ABAP/4 Development Workbench.
    This way you can, for example, influence the control of payment transactions. Selection of payment method, house bank and partner bank can be made using the payment data (currency, amount, and payee) according to a selection logic which you have defined.
    Standard settings
    Sample modules are delivered in the standard R/3 System which you can copy into your name range and fill them with statements there.
    Activities
    1. Enter a product using "Settings -> Customer's products". There are generally a large number of function modules belonging to a product which can be called by different program events from within the standard R/3 System. A product can also be an external software component.
    If the product is in an external system, enter an RFC destination here. If the product is in the same system, you do not have to enter anything.
    Important: Do not forget to activate the product after making the following settings.
    2. Establish the interfaces with which the R/3 System provides you.
    To do this, choose Environment -> Info system (P/S) or Environment -> Info system (Processes).
    Execute the program. You should enter "A" as the attribute type. You see the respective interfaces with which the R/3 System provides you. Note the key of the interface which you require.
    You can also select:
    By particular SAP application components
    By particular events by entering intervals
    Which interfaces are used in activated products
    Which interfaces are used within a particular country version or within a particular industry
    Which interfaces are used within a particular customer product
    3. Enter the function module which you have developed yourself. To do this, choose either Goto -> Edit modules within the info system or Settings -> P/S modules or Process modules -> Customer's in the "SAP Business Framework" menu.
    Make the following entries:
    Key for the interface
    The product that you want to use
    Function module which belongs to this product.
    You can also enter several function modules for a product.
    Caution: The function module must be within your name range, that is must begin with the letter Z.
    You leave the Ctr and Appl. fields blank unless you want a particular country version or a particular SAP industry-specific component to be enhanced or replaced instead of the standard process flow.
    4. Fill the source text of your function module and activate it.
    To do this, go again via Environment -> Info system (P/S) or Environment -> Info system (Processes) into the information system and execute the program. Then proceed as follows:
    Click twice on the interface you have chosen. If you want, you can look at the interface at this point by choosing Goto -> Interface. Then choose the Back function again afterwards.
    Place the cursor on the relevant line and choose Goto -> Function library. You see the sample function module delivered by SAP.
    Copy the sample module delivered by SAP and call it the same as the function module entered in step 3.
    Fill the source text of the empty function module.
    Activate the function module.
    Activate the product as described in step 1.
    5. Run the R/3 program affected and test whether calling your function module works.
    Further notes
    The other menu paths are only used for information about additional components delivered by SAP or about software already installed by external software providers.
