Dunning not updating in Customer Master

We have an issue- once we completed F150, it did not update dunning level in customer master data.
The customer have an overdue invoice and the number of days also reached
Do suggest.

BP not updating in Customer Master data KNA1

Guys,
I am creating a BP in CRM 7.0. Once the BP is saved & created successfully entry is present in all CRM tables as well as in the ECC side.
But for few cases the Customer Master data Table KNA1, KNVV is not getting updated, i.e no value for the BP in KUNNR.
Any idea as to what should I be checking to resolve this ? Plesae share the config details.
Also do you know how the Customer Master data gets updated ? Is it from the BAdI's or the GenIL class for CL_CRM_BUIL for componenet BP ?
I checked the methods of this dedicated GenIL class in hope to find an RFC for updating KNA1 but not successful. Is the RFC call made in BAdI ?
Tough to replicate the scenario as wheneevr I do BP gets updated in SD. But sometimes in PROD it does not happen so.

Hi Rohit,
Put a breakpoint in FM COM_BUPA_MAIN_INBOUND_ISU in ECC system. Inside this FM it first create customer using FM PI_BP_PROXY_BAPI_CUSTOMER at line 187.
IS_CUSTOMER flag you can find in b-doc structure LS_BP_EXTERN-CRM_DATA-SALESCLASS-DATA-IS_CUSTOME.
Before calling FM PI_BP_PROXY_BAPI_CUSTOMER system perfroms multiple checks if they all went succesfull then you have to debug inside FM PI_BP_PROXY_BAPI_CUSTOMER for finding out the root cause.

Credit control field not visible in customer master after checking Spro

Hello Gurus,
I have configured Automatic Credit Control In IMG.
I have checked all the necessary spets required for the avtivation of Automatic Credit Control.
But I am facing in problem and will appreciate all your help for this problem.
In Customer master> Sales area data> Billing Document--> delivery and payment terms. Within delivery and payment terms the feild for credit control area is not visible.
I have checked in spro>financial accounting> Ac rec & Ac payable>customer account>master data>preparation for creating customer master> define account groups with screen laypouts (customers).
Within Define account groups with screen laypouts (customers)>account group 001(soldtoparty)details>field status>sales data>billing-->Hedging and credit contr. area I have tried it with optional as well as reuired entry and still the credit control field is not visible in customer master.
Pls provide me the steps as well as solutions for the problem.

i have to update the customer master XD02 or FD02 and then i have to sent mail to an external system for approval .How to send this mail while saving the transaction XD02 or FD02 is there any Badi or exit by which i can add this functionality.please suggest .

Just activate SQL Trace before u run your transaction. After running the transaction you can check the log in sql trace. There u can find if any BADI or Exits are called.

No change log is created when updating the customer master using LSMW

Hi Gurus,
I am a bit confused on why no change log is created when I use the LSMW to update the customer master. What I update is the customer partner of the customers. For example I have a sold-to 1000 then a customer representative (Z3) 50001, now when I use the LSMW to change the customer representative to 50002 it is correctly updated however no change log is found if you check for the changes on that specific customer. This is a bother for me since I want to send all the customer changes through IDOC and the processing needs to access the change log.

Plan Price for GR item not updating from mt. master,but taking sum of GI it

I am using a MTS scenario with 10 strategy. The price in the production order cost analysis view for GR item is not updating with material master price, but it is updating with a sum total price of the materials for GI in the production order. The price control for header GR item is 'S' and for all GI items it is 'V'.
How to get the price from the material master for the GR item (order header item)?

Check costing variants assigned for planned and actulas in order types ( u can see costing variants in production with CO03 in control tab).
Check the valuation variant for which priorities given like std price, average price etc.,
Please note that while confirming the production order the GR will happened based on the strategy given in valuation variant and it will take from material master.
I think in your valuation variant "average price" has given higher priority and average price existed in your material master.
System won't sum up all raw material costs and put it into GR, unless otherwise any user exit given.

Data not Updated in Custom Screen fields-Vendor Master

Hello,
I have created a custom screen in vendor master transaction and also implemented the two BADI's below.
Business Add-In: Processing Master Data Enhancements
(CUSTOMER_ADD_DATA/VENDOR_ADD_DATA)
Passed the Custom Program and Screen No in the method GET_TAXI_SCREEN
Business Add-In: Customer Subscreens
(CUSTOMER_ADD_DATA_CS/VENDOR_ADD_DATA_CS)
activate it with the BADI Processing Master Data Enhancements with method CHECK_ADD_ON_ACTIVE.
I also created a new screen and used few fields from LFA1 (Append structure fields) such that the fields on the screen are : LFA1-ZZFIELD1 etc...
Now the issue is the screen is displayed, but the data entered on the screen is not updated on the table LFA1 or data from the table is not displayed on the custom screen.
Am i missing something?

I built the query against InfoCube and not the characteristic itself. That's why I can't see the update.

Search Box is not showing in custom master page

I am using "Office 365 Enterprise E3 Trial"
and have created a custom master page for my public SharePoint
site .
I have added Search snippet from the snippet gallery but the search
box is not showing in the master page .I am not able to find the reasons .

FrameMaker update book icon not updating and custom formatting help

Hi,
I am fairly new to FrameMaker, and I am currently experiencing two issues:
First Issue
I am currently trying to create a book that currently has three chapters. I am trying to break it out into the following format:
Main TOC - includes all the headers and related pages for the entire book
Mini TOC - includes a mini TOC that highlights all the headers and pages associated with Chapter Source File A
Chapter Source File A - includes all related content to Chapter Source File A
Mini TOC - includes a mini TOC that highlights all the headers and pages associated with Chapter Source File B
Chapter Source File B - includes all related content to Chapter Source File B
Mini TOC - includes a mini TOC that highlights all the headers and pages associated with Chapter Source File C
Chapter Source File C - includes all related content to Chapter Source File C
Whenever I click the Update Book icon, however, it does not update the headers and page numbers. They still remain the same way when I first generated them. This occurs for both the main TOC and mini TOC.
Second Issue
In addition to the format structure I designed for my book, I also wanted to create a custom format look that remains constant whenever I update my TOC. I have tried testing this, but I noticed every time I generate a new TOC it is always in the unformatted FrameMaker style which you have reformat each time.
Is there a way to create a custom format look that can retain the design and simply update the TOC headers and page numbers each time it needs to be updated?

First I'd highly recommend getting Matt Sullivan's Publishing Fundamentals: Unstructured FM11 book - it's a pretty complete reference one to have on FM.
Second, it sounds like you may not have your ToC reference pages set up correctly - if nothing changes when you've added content that should have created more ToC headings and shift pages around, then something is amiss. Your formatting problem is solved by doing a bit of a dodge - you create a ToC and generate it, then replace it with your formatted .fm doc keeping the exact name as the generated doc; then update again. Now the content is formatted the way you want and keeps being updated each time you update.

Sales Office & Sales Group not copying from customer Master

I have a few values such as Sales district, Sales Office, Sales Group transportation zone etc in Customer Master.
However, only sales office and sales groups are not copied over to SO upon creation. Does anyone know why?

If the sales office & sales group is maintained in the customer master , it should get copied to sales order.
It seems sales office is not assigned to sales area .Kindly check below config
1. Sales office assigned to sales area , below is the path
Enterprise structure --> Assignment --> sales and distribution --->assign sales office to sales area
2. Sales group assigned to sales office, below is the path
Enterprise structure --> Assignment --> sales and distribution --->assign sales group to sales office

HERKL (country of origin) not updated during material master upload

Hi all,
I have a problem in material master update, when iam doing material master update.......i have uploaded more than 18000 records,
where few ariund 800 records are not updated with HERKL( Country Of Origin).......

Have you analyzed what is common to the errors?
is it the countries that are used in this cases?
or is it a certain material type?
do you have any succesfull update with a country that is among the failed ?
Have you tried manually to enter this field in MM02 for such a material?
we can only guess, maybe a typo in the country code, maybe county does not have an Iso code, maybe the field in hidden in create transaction for this material type.....

Deleting Dunning Procedure Data Off Customer Master

Hi
I am using transaction FD02 for a customer which has had dunning run against it in the past. I want to change the Dunning Area and Dunning Procedure for this customer.
I go to the Correspondence tab and change the Dunn. Procedure. I then click on Dunning Areas and see two entries - one has a Dunning Procedure and no Dunning Area and the other has both a Dunning Procedure and a Dunning Area. I want to delete the entry without the Dunning Area as I need the Dunning Area later for reading a custom table.
When I try to delete the entry with the Dunning Procedure but no Dunning Area I get the error message: F2117 Delete all dunning area data first
What should I do?

Thank you for the response however I have 2 problems with this program:
1) It requires a code change to had code the user name of the person who is allowed to run it in update mode. I would have problems getting this though our change control process
2) As far as I can tell its purpose is to delete past dunning information. I would like to retain the historical information about dunning for each customer
Is there anything else I can do?

Deactivation date is not updating in Asset Master after retirement (ABAON)

Dear Experts,
Asset Capitalized on: 28.02.2009 and depreciation key used as: LINK-Str.-line from acq.value to zero without interest. Asset Retirement done with revenue (210) on 31.05.2009. We do have depreciation like (01 book depreciation, 15 Tax depreciation, 30 Local GAAP book depreciation). Below is the asset and class:
Asset name: Maruti Baleno
Asset Class: Vehicles
Here my question is after retirement done with the transaction code: ABAON u201CDeactivation onu201D date is not updating automatically in the system, however when am trying to update manually the system showing error like u201CDeactivation not possible. Dep.area 15 has acquisition values.
When am trying to do same transaction with T code: u201CABAVNu201D, the system updating the deactivation date.
Can anybody explain me why the above error happening and why the deactivation date is not updating with t code: ABAON.

200 Retirement without revenue
210 Retirement with revenue
When am trying to update manually below error appearing in AS02
Deactivation not possible. Dep.area 15 has acquisition values
Message no. AA296
Diagnosis
You cannot deactivate, since acquisition values are still present in depreciation area 15.
Procedure
Deactivation can only be posted by a complete retirement/transfer. The deactivation date is then set automatically.
The above asset procured in the year of 2009 and same has been retired 2009.

Cost center (KOSTL) is not updating in HR master table for infotype 0001

Hi ABAP gurus,
We have one interface where we are posting the HR master data using the IDOC (IDOC_INPUT_HRMD) into SAP.
While updating cost center, We have one issue regarding infotype 0001.
It is working fine for all the fields except: KOSTL, ORGEH, STELL. Surprisingly the created IDOC contains the value in these fields but it is not getting updated in master table PA0001. I have tryied inserting the value manually and it is working fine and tried with BDC Programming and no issues. Only we have this issue while we want to use the IDOC. This is mandatory in our interface.
While debugging the IDOC function module I found that one condition is there for these three fields.
CHECK NOT inte IS INITIAL. where inte value is being fetched from table t77s0 based on
GRPID = PLOGI
SEMID = ORGA
In this condition I see no value for this combination and hence it is not getting further. I am not sure how this condition does exist for only these three fields and not for others.
Can any please provide the reasona and solution for this.

Price determination selected-2(transaction based)
Finished goods standard price--832.50
Price control in material master-S (Standard Price)
Variances per kg: 265.50 is shown in Moving Price field in Material master-
Why it is not adding to standard Price-
How to add 265.50 per kg(variance) and increase the Finished goods valuation (in the balance sheet)

Hi,
After activating ML, if you maintain FG Material Price Control-S with Price Determination-2, the shown Moving Average price is ONLY FOR STATISTICAL/reporting PURPOSE, The goods movements and Material Inventory valuation will not be updated/valuated with Moving Average Price, it will still be done as per Standard Price only. If you want to get the full advantage of ML activated realistic/actual valuation of your inventory and goods movements, you need to change the Material Price Determination to u201C03u201D. Then as per SAP standard ML process, preliminary valuation for the material will be u201CStandard Priceu201D and all Price differences will be accumulated in ML categories and after period/month-end activities, the goods movements and inventory will be evaluated with u201CPeriodic Unit Priceu201D i.e., averaging by taking into consideration all Material Price differences.
