Dunning Smartform F150_DUNN_SF configuration

Hi,
Could anyone let me know the steps involved in configuration of Dunning smartform, I am also having a requirement where I have to configure Dunning smart form F150_DUNN_SF with the standard print program.
Could you please explain me the steps to configure this smartform, I am able to configure a sap script for dunning but not the smartform.

Hello
Based on the configuration in FBMP where the frequency is given and grace period is also given. Based on that the dunning levels are triggered when you dun a customer using F150. So each time in one run the dunning level is updated in the customer in the other dunning run the dunning level moves on to the next.

Dunning Smartform issue

While configuring the Smartform for Dunning F150_DUNN_SF it says that it is does not active nor exists. Then added this function module FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE_SMARTF using the transaction code BF31. Suggested by SAP Note.
When dunning transaction F150 is executed then getting a error message as Include text does not exist(Object text, ID).
Any hep is greatly appreciated.

CONFIGURATION STEPS FOR CALLING SMARTFORM
The system is usually customized to use the Sap Script by default. Configuration os required to be done for 00001720 to replace the default Function Module for SAP Script FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE with Smartform FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE_SMARTF
Step 1: Run transaction BF31.
Step 2: Edit the entry for Event 00001720.
Enter the Function Module as FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE_SMARTF
Refer attached document for the configuration.
After this keep a break point at function module 'FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE_SMARTF to check whether a smartform is configured. if the program is calling the above FM then smartform is configured.

Program name if no output type for dunning smartform

Hello Experts,
I want to know if smart form is not associated with any output type then how can I know which program is calling the smartform. I checked out in TNAPR with the smartform parameter value and system did not returns any hits. It means smartform is not associated with any output message type.
I am working with a dunning smart form where I need to make some changes, Transaction F150 displays the form print preview(One can also print from the transaction), But I have no idea which program is actually calling the smartform.
Secondly I made some changes in the text element but when through F150 I again viewed the form display, some thing I deleted from the text element still appearing in the preint preview. Could anyone throw some light on this and guide me.
secondly how to put breakpoint in the smartform, Normally in abap report you just press ctrl+shift and f12 but in breakpoint it is not applied.

FI Forms will not save under TNAPR table
FI Form names and Program Try to use below tables :
Tables : T001F or TTXFP
There is no output types for FI Forms,

path for configuration is :
SPRO
FInancial Accounting->Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable->Business Transactions->Dunning Notices.
Just goto SMARTFORMS Transaction -> use smartform name -> execute smartform -> it will go SE37 -> click on display -> here you can set up break point.
or you can use print program to setup debugging.
Now run F150 Transaction -> here you are able to see debugging mode

Dunning procedure in configuration:Define Parametrize External Transactions

We can assign a Dunning Procedure in configuration at "Define and Parametrize External Transactions".
Path:
Financial Accounting->Contract Accounts Receivables and Payables->Basic Functions-> Posting and Documents->Document->Maintain Document Assignments-> Maintain Transactions for Non-Ind. Contract Accounts Receivables and Payables->Define and Parametrize External Transactions.
For every unique combination of Application Area, Company Code, Division, Main and Sub Transaction:
When you Add or Select an External Main and Sub transaction, on the Line Item Parameters you can add among other things - a Dunning Procedure and Dunning Lock reason. We cannot assign a Dunning Grouping here though.
I have been trying to figure out what the use is of assigning the Dunning procedure here.
1)In what business processes and when/where is this used? What circumstances is Dunning Procedure assigned at Transaction (Main and Sub) level?
2)Does this configuration insert the dunning procedure at the Item level? i.e all items created by this configuration (main and sub transaction) are configured with this Dunning Procedure or Dunning Lock Reason?
3)What advantages does it provide over assigning the dunning procedure to the Contract Account or Contract Object?

Everytime a document item with this combintaion of transaction is created. It is a way to default some attributes when documents are posted. This dunning procedure has priority over the one filled in the contract account.

Yes, this level has the highest priority (the specific level over the general level), and yes this configuration insert the dunning procedure at the item level
3)What advantages does it provide over assigning the dunning procedure to the Contract Account or Contract Object?
Well, it depends what do you want to get. Sometimes specific postings done in the contract account are required to be dunned using a different dunning procedure than the one filled in the contract account.The dunning procedure filled in the contract account is used by dafault to dunn all the contract account postings, but the postings with its own dunning procedure.

Did this but still not working
After executing F150 it is not printing dunning letter as it showing
Forms for MAHNR: 'TG', RBUKM: '2200', KOART: 'D' do not exist (T047E)

Hi Hiren,
Ref.Dunning Procedure for Texts should have a value equal to your custom dunning procedure which you have created or you may enter 0001, 0003 or 0005 if you are using any of the standard dunning procedures.
This should solve or problem. Please do let us know if you find something else.

I have a report that print a label, when i run the program i want the default parametter in the printer's window are:

Hi Andre,
If the parameter USER_SETTINGS is set ('X'), SAP Smart Forms copies the user defaults for the Spool Control.
If it is not set, SAP Smart Forms instead evaluates the following parameters of the structure for the output options ( SSFCOMOP ):
Printer settings ( TDDEST , TDPRINTER , RQPOSNAME )
TDIMMED (Print immediately)
TDDELETE (Delete after output)
Try setting this Blank.

Dunning won't print to smartform

Hey all,
I've been trying to set up the Dunning process to print to the standard SAP dunning smartform (F150_DUNN_SF). Here's what I've done so far:
1. Used transaction BF31 to change the function module for dunning to FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE_SMARTF.
2. Used transaction SPRO under Financial Accounting->Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable->Business Transactions->Dunning->Printout->Assign Dunning Forms to set the Form for our custon procedure for all 3 Dunning Levels to F150_DUNN_SF
3. I then run the dunning report out of transaction F150. The Dunning list shows that the customer should receive the letter.
When I try to print, the job terminates. When I check the job log in SM37, I get the following error: "Include text does not exist (object TEXT, ID )" (Message class SSFCOMPOSER, Message No. 610). Everything looks like it is set up correctly. Did I miss a step?

Seems that the smartform that you are using has a standard text which is not avaliable check the smartform for standard texts being used and check if they are all avaliable in SO10.

Dunning letter -smartform - F150_DNN_SF

hi all,
am creating a smart form for dunning letter F150_DUNN_SF , we have three levels of dunning based on the past due days.
level 1 , level 2 and level 3 and each level has its own format for print output. so basically i need to trigger three smart forms for a customer.
I have created to three forms but functional team assigned it to the dunning level .
now my question is how these forms are triggered by dunning level and where should i do customization based on the dunning level in order to print the corresponding format the presumption that customer will always have three dunning levels of past due invoices.
example if there are 20 invoices past due.
10 Invoices- dunning level 1 ---trigger smartform 1
5 Invoices-dunning level 2 --trigger smartform 2
5 Invoices- dunning level 3-trigger smartform 3.

The form trigger by dunning level is part of the dunning procedure configuration in the IMG. If I understand your question correctly though, it does not make sense for one customer to have multiple dunning levels. A customer has a single dunning level within a company. The customer may have various balance ages but only a single dunning level, which is assigned by the dunning program based on the dunning area.

Dunning letters with smartforms

Hi everyone,
I want to use the standard smartform F150_DUNN_SF to create dunning letters but I can't select it in SPRO > FI accounting >... > Dunning > Print
I can only select SAPscripts.
I've already done the note which consists in changing the FM FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE to FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE_SMARTF with FIBF transaction. Nothing happened. There's still no way to select smartforms...
Does anyone know how to manage it ?

I have begin to assign print program for dunning notice in the transaction FIBF.
On the SAP Business Framework: Business Transaction Events screen, from the menu bar choose Settings -> P/S function modules -> u2026 of an SAP appl.
In the Function module box next to FIFI, I have enter the print program FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE_SMARTF.
and I have save the changes.
In the transaction FBMP. Dunning Procedure : Dunning texts
when i do display for for ZF150_DUNN_SF.

Dunning with SmartForms

I'm trying to do a dunning with SmartForms in ECC6.0.
I've customized in SPRO my SmartForm.
I've put in BF31 at 1720 the FM : FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE_SMARTF
When I plan a dunning in F150, I face 2 situations :
1) When I don't put any parameters interface in my SmartForm, the dunning is printed out.
2) When I put an interface parameter such as T_MHND, its not going through my SmartForm.
It's very urgent! Please tell me how to retrive data into my SmartForm.

In this activity, you define the forms - with SAP Smart Forms - that you wish to use for printing dunning notices.
Requirements
The standard settings allow for creating dunning notices using SAPScript. If you wish to print your dunning notices using SAP Smart Forms, you must first define the corresponding function module.
1. In Customizing for Financial Accounting, choose Financial Accounting Global Settings -> Business Transaction Events.
The SAP Business Framework screen appears.
2. Choose Settings -> P/S function modules -> ... of an SAP appl. .
3. Under the Business Transaction Event (BTE) "1720" with application indicator FI-FI, change the function module in FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE_SMARTF and save your entries.

SAP provides a predefined example form for dunning notices:

1. Make sure the function module FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE_SMARTF has been defined (see above).

Configuration of smartform to VL03n and VL71

Hi All,
The script is in use and I developed smartform. The new smartform is configured to existing print program and output type in NACE which is triggering for VL03n.
Now the issue is , same output is required for another tcode VL71. It is printing sapscript currently. How can I solve this.
Will there be a separate print program or exit for VL71 or any settings in SPRO. All I require is , the newly developed smartform should also work for VL71 along with VL03n.
Please suggest.

Hi,
well what we to need to check do firstly, is to check in Nace or table TNAPR to find the the print program, smartform and output type which gets trigerred thru VL71. Once that is done, you would have to have the output type routed thru a new driver program which in turn calls the Smartform that you have created newly.

Dunning charges is not appearing

I have copied the standard smartform F150_DUNN_SF into custom smartform.
In the output from f150 , the dunning charges is not appearing though it is configured as 5.00 for every dunning letter.

Dunning data is not getting genrated

Hi Frnds,
Can any one please help me out in dunning procedure.
I m trying to create a spool using F150 and I am getting the followig error
"No change of dunning proposal , no dunning notice , No Dunning data genrated".
Though I have checked that dunning notices do exists as I was working on them few days back.

Hi,
Go to transaction BF31 (for publishing BTE-Business transaction event) and assign the function module name FI_PRINT_DUNNING_NOTICE_SMARTF (in function group F150) to the event 00001720 and application FI-FI.
There is a smartform- F150_DUNN_SF already exisiting with SAP. Hope you are working with that. You can copy it to a Z smartform and use the same.
Ensure that the same SMARTFORM name is assigned in Dunning form assignment(check in T047E).
Declare the interface for the SMARTFORM.
