Dunning-Terms Setup question

Hi,
i have a litte question about the dunning-terms setup.
Which way are the "Effective After (Days)" used ?
Are these added to the "Due Date" or the "Last Dunning Date"
to check, if a higher dunning level is needed ?
for example:
dunning 01 effective after (days) 4
dunning 02 effective after (days) 11
Invoice Due Date: 15.08.2008
Is dunning 02 reached on 26.08. (11 days after due date)
or 11 days + 4 days after due date or 11 days after printing
dunning 01.

I forgot to give you detail explanation.
here they are:
dunning letter 01 :
EA (days) = 10
Dunning letter 02 :
EA (days) = 20
Dunning letter 03 :
EA (days) = 30
So, the definitions I posted previously:
This column is used for entering the
number of days following which the dunning level will become
effective. The daysu2019 counts are accumulative from one level to the
next, i.e. 10 days after the due date of the Invoice the level 1
dunning letter becomes effective. The level 2 dunning letter will become effective 30 days after the level 1 dunning letter was
generated, and the level 3 dunning letter will become effective 50
days after the level 2 dunning letter was generated.
So, for your problem, what you said seems not correct if based on the above definition.
