Dunning with transaction FPVA and FPVB

Hello,
who has experience with the mentioned transactions ? I understood from the documentation that these transactions are only used in the Industry Solution Utilities ?? And that in the Centeral ERP system F150 must be used for dunning?
We want to create dunning forms with Adobe, but we have already some company codes in the system who are using Smart Forms. Is it possible to use different forms for the dunning output ?

I've checked tha data I pass to the BDC table and they are correct. I run in visible mode and I`ve verifyed this.
One thing ... My recording stops when I confirm the execution of the job, so I can`t verify the status of job after this step.

Help - cannot stay connected: BT dun with Verizon Centro and Macbook Pro Leopard (Broadband access customer too)

Previously a Treo 770p user who enjoyed laptop freedom using Verizon's Broadband connect - never a problem. Now ready to throw the Centro out the window, as no amount of restarting, taking battery out, scripting changes etc. etc. etc. etc. works - everything I have tried disconnects me within seconds. Verizon of course does not support the Centro BT DUN with the Mac. But everything worked fine wiuth the Treo - why not the Centro? I am about ready to cancel my broadband access, or go back to the Treo - ugh. Not even the USB cable works with the Centro/MACbook Pro - then again it did not work with the Treo either, but the BTDUN did!
Ideas? Fixes?

and now, when i tried to check again my network preference below the airport tab is showing a message that
"my airport does not have an IP address and cannot connect to the internet!"
then after seconds it will goes back to the first message that
"airport has the self assigned IP address etc....."
i don't know whats going on now!
airport tab is not showing green color anyway! i'ts always in yellow!
i tried turning it on and off but nothing happen! HEEELLLLPP!!!!

Problem with transaction CUNI and configuring decimal places

Note: I'm actually an ABAP programmer and do not know almost anything about SAP configuration.
Note2: Sorry if this was posted in the wrong section. I am trying to avoid an ABAP solution so I did not post this in the ABAP section.

I'm tasked to increase the number of decimal places that a certain standard program in MM accepts.

The consultants' initial recommendation was to make Z copies of the standard table and the standard programs that references that table. This would be rather dangerous as there is the risk of missing certain parts of the code If I was to replace all occurences of the old standard table with my custom Z table.

Now I've read several threads here that makes use of transaction CUNI to adjust decimal places of certain units of measure (see Re: Unit Of Measure problem and change decimal places in PO quantity). However, when I tried it, It does not work the way I expect it to.
In SE11, I created a custom table that has a quantity field (length: 13, decimals: 3) and a unit field (length 3)
In CUNI, I created a new ISO code TST (for test). Then I created a new Unit of measure ZTT (ZTesT) which makes use of my ISO code TST. I set the decimal places to 6.
When I insert data into my custom table, instead of 6, the number of decimal places remain at 3.
Please help in adjusting decimal places without touching the table.

I've read several posts that suggest transaction CUNI to adjust decimal places in standard unit of measures. What I tried is a simplified simulation of what is needed.
In a more realistic sense, consider table VBRP and column FKIMG. What If I want to store items in VBRP and allow 6 decimal places for FKIMG but I am not allowed to modify the table? Is making a Z copy of VBRP the only solution? Or is there a more standard way of doing this?
My worry is that If I copy a table, I also need to copy the programs that use it and modify them accordingly. Our Basis do not want the standard tables touched.

ALE filters with transactions BD64 and BD21

I've created a filter for MATMAS IDOCs in my Distribution Model with BD64.
I expected it to create an IDOC when a material in a specific plant is changed (change pointers are active).
However, when I run transaction BD21 (RBDMIDOC) it still send ALL materials that have changed.
Any idea what I'm doing wrong.

After reading your message, I ran BD11.
Is that the transaction I should run to distribute the IDOCs.
I'm new to working with these transactions and I haven't done this before.
The system generated some MATFET idocs. But they have a failure status.
What I really wanted to do was prevent the generation of the MATMAS idoc in the first place.
Do I have to write a user exit for that?

Hi All - from within the inbound_idoc_orders FM - when an idoc errors I want to generate a sap office document (with more verbage than workflow, so that is why a sap office doc) and with SO_OBJECT_SEND - but I want to be able to pass the idoc number and either Tcode VA01 or FM of inbound_idoc_orders - so that user can usee doc execute menu path and be launched into VA01 with the idoc data...
We do this today with VA01 and the sales order number - here is different in I want to pass the idoc number so that data can be used....
I did this prior but one system referesh flushed the code ... Thanks for the help - Janet

Problems with the batch in transaction MB1A and MB21

Hi everybody, I am new in the MM module. I am having a problem with transaction MB1A and MB21, when i try to select a batch for the movement 901. if i click the match code for the material's batch, the system shows me all the batches for the material, but some of these batches don't have available quantity stock and order creates the reservation or the material output. The system dont allow negative stock. Do you have any idea of this problem? Regards.

In IM, when you select a batch with possibile entries, system always shows the available batches no matter whether stock is there are not.
However, if you setup batch determination strategy for example, when you are processing in MB1A, SAP fills the batch based on the criterion you define in:
MBC1Logistics -->Materials Management -->Inventory Management -->Environment -->Batch Search Strategy -->MBC1 - Create
Select appropriate strategy (if defined in your system, say for mvt ty)
maintain search strategy and sort criteria for your movement type here.

What happened?
Error in ABAP application program.
The current ABAP program "SAPLKED1_WRITE_CE4_BPS1" had to be terminated because
one of the
statements could not be executed.
This is probably due to an error in the ABAP program.
What can you do?
Print out the error message (using the "Print" function)
and make a note of the actions and input that caused the
error.
To resolve the problem, contact your SAP system administrator.
You can use transaction ST22 (ABAP Dump Analysis) to view and administer
termination messages, especially those beyond their normal deletion
date.
Error analysis
An exception occurred. This exception is dealt with in more detail below
. The exception, which is assigned to the class 'CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB', was
neither
caught nor passed along using a RAISING clause, in the procedure
"RKE_WRITE_CE4__BPS1" "(FUNCTION)"
Since the caller of the procedure could not have expected this exception
to occur, the running program was terminated.
The reason for the exception is:
If you use an ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert to insert a record in
the database and that record already exists with the same key,
this results in a termination.
(With an ABAP/4 Open SQL single record insert in the same error
situation, processing does not terminate, but SY-SUBRC is set to 4.)
How to correct the error
The exception must either be prevented, caught within the procedure
"RKE_WRITE_CE4__BPS1"
"(FUNCTION)", or declared in the procedure's RAISING clause.
To prevent the exception, note the following:
Use an ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert only if you are sure that none of
the records passed already exists in the database.
You may able to find an interim solution to the problem
in the SAP note system. If you have access to the note system yourself,
use the following search criteria:
"SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC" CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DBC
"SAPLKED1_WRITE_CE4_BPS1" or "LKED1_WRITE_CE4_BPS1U01"
"RKE_WRITE_CE4__BPS1"
If you cannot solve the problem yourself, please send the
following documents to SAP:
1. A hard copy print describing the problem.
   To obtain this, select the "Print" function on the current screen.
2. A suitable hardcopy prinout of the system log.
   To obtain this, call the system log with Transaction SM21
   and select the "Print" function to print out the relevant
   part.
3. If the programs are your own programs or modified SAP programs,
   supply the source code.
   To do this, you can either use the "PRINT" command in the editor or
   print the programs using the report RSINCL00.
4. Details regarding the conditions under which the error occurred
   or which actions and input led to the error.

you are getting beacuse u are trying to do mass update to database.
Please check that below note are applicable to your system.
Note 453313 - DBIF_RSQL_ERROR_INTERNAL for mass insert
Note 869534 - AFS MRP doesn't work properly with all BOM item categories

Mail with PO doc and link document iwhile using output type 7 - Urgent

Hi all,
I'm facing a problem for my customer.
I need to send a mail with the PO forms and all link document of each item .
This mail have to be send to several user maintain with transaction MN05 and user want to change the recipient of the mail in MESSAGE Screen of PO so we try to use output type 7 which allow this modification .
Unfortunatly, with this output type i can't add by abap code document in the mail .
Does somebody face the same problem or add a solution to retrieve all recipient define by the user ?

Debugging of transaction FPVA

I am working in IS-U project in module and I have to debug the transaction FPVA, but I am trying to find out one FM during debugging but I am not getting it, is there any method to debug this transaction.

Yes, here it goes:
1. set a breakpoint in your function module
2. go to transaction FPVA and enter DBUG in the OK-code field
3. it will stop at some macro. You can press F8 in the debugger. All steps from now on will be executed in the foreground so it will stop at your breakpoint set in 1)

Hi Ferdaws,
In the asset master (AS02) you can maintain the WBS element in Time Dependent data.
For maintaining the WBS element in asset master, first you have to make WBS element optional entry in Screen Layouts for Asset master data.

SAP GUI 7.10 rev 1 for OSX and WIN XP with transaction MIGO

When I start transaction MIGO and MIGO_GR, with SAP GUI 7.10 rev 1, I only get a blank screen.
I've tried it in OSX 10.4.9, OSX 10.5.1 and Windows XP, all with the same result.
SAP GUI 7.10 gives the correct screen.
Do you have a solution for this ?
