Duplcate Email in Outlook 2003

Hello
I have a client who has a brand new Blackberry 8330. Everything has been good until now. He is now receiving duplicate emails in Outlook 2003. My question is whether or not this could have something to do with the sychronization between the 8330 and Outlook in some way. I apologize if this question has been answered elsewhere but I didn't see any mention of it on the forum
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

Re: Set up Telstra email on Outlook 2003
The incoming mail server continually requires me to login. I have the correct login and password because I can login to webmail no problem. I also logged out of webmail prior to attempting to setup outlook 2003. All settings appear correct, I even copied the same settings from my old computer with outlook working okay on my bigpond outlook mail account

  • Reader X: Attaching PDF to email in Outlook 2003

Since installing Reader X, it takes several minutes to attach a PDF to an email when using Outlook 2003 (installed on Windows XP SP3, with Outlook and Windows fully patched, running McAfee VirusScan for AV).
This occurs with any pdf document, regardless of size (all my tests have been on documents less than 70KB, attached from the local hard drive).  Attaching any other file format is unaffected and only takes a second.
This problem does not occur for anyone that is using Outlook 2010.
Can anyone advise what is causing this / how to fix?
    Thanks

The only solutions I have found are to either downgrade Adobe Reader to 9.3.4 or upgrade Office to at least 2007
Not really the best solutions - would prefer a proper fix.

  • Copy emails from Outlook 2003 to BB

Is there a way to copy emails from MS Outlook 2003 to my Blackberry? I am using BIS not BES.

Well, perhaps not so strange. BB's aren't by design an email storage device...they are a wireless email handling device...having history of emails prior to the BB's existence (as far as activation is concerned) might be contradictory to the basic design characteristics. I realize that WM devices indeed sync the entire mailbox...but that's WM...not BB.

  • All email in outlook 2003 not showing on Blackberry

Sorry, I searched and nothing is resolving the issue.
    Cruve 8320
    BB OS 5.0.0.900
    BES 4.1.7.20
    Outlook 2003
The unit froze and the user removed the battery and now nothing from before 9am Oct 27 will show in his BB inbox. there are a couple hundred messages that he wants back there.
Here is what I have tried
Installed a media card and moved the pictures and videos off to free up space
    Reconcile now
Checked that the option for removing message was set to never
    Resend service book
Delete the Desktop (CMIME)  and resend service book
Create a subfolder and move the message into it then reconcile now. (folder showed but not the messages)
Mark the messages as unread and reconcile now
Backed up the unit and did a security wipe with a fresh activation
Deleted the user from the BES, did a security wipe with a fresh activation
I am now setting him up on a Bold 9800 fresh to see if that will bring the information back.
Using the Blackberry desktop software I can not find a place to manually move emails on to the balckberry. Is this gone now?
Any tips or thought on how to resolve this?
    Thanks
    Chris

Setting him up on the new device had the same result. I then wiped his device again, deleted him as a BES user and set him up from scratch. All with the same result.
    Has anyone seen this before?

  • Can not sent email through Outlook 2003

Over the last few weeks I have been traveling in Canada and logging on through other peoples routers with no problemsI. Today I can access the web through a relations Bell wirless router and can access my mail at BT Yahoo. However when I try to use Outlook 2003 in the usual way I am reciving emails but all my sent emails are hanging in my Outbox. My wife is on a sub account of mine and she is having the same problems.

    PaddyRay wrote:
Outlook has worked fine in USA & Canada on previous trips and this one until lately. I have tried BT Broadband Help Desk to receive error message 0x800ccc18. When I go to BT Yahoo direct to find the meaning of the message I am told I may not be registered on Yahoo. I try the diagnostic link to the message and it fails. I have tried Live Chat with a waiting time of 25mins at the end of which I am told "No agent available"
I am not compuer literate, I just want to use my email in the manner I have done on countless trips abroad.
    Hi again.
Can you confirm your smtp settings (mail server) and whether you have set smtp authentication, and make sure that SPA (secure password authentication) is unticked.
Like I said, to use the BTinternet mail servers you typically need to be connected to a BT connection. It does seem strange that you were able to use it before in my view, as it will usually fail.
I've read a few of your previous posts - the desktop help is in my view of very little value and can be uninstalled.
It could be a security package interferring with the process - what package do you have ? (e.g. anti-virus etc).

  • Moving emails from Outlook 2003 to OWA

I'm switching to OWA from Outlook 2003.  Most of the emails I had saved could be deleted, but I have one folder that I need to migrate to OWA.  I've been trying to figure it out without any luck.  If someone could point me in the right direction
    I would sure appreciate it.
    Thanks,
    Tim

    Hi Tim,
From your description, I'm not sure what is the purpose of doing that. Could you please explain it furthermore?
We can see all the folders of our mailbox both on Outlook and OWA. Generally, there is no need to save the emails manually on Outlook and then copy it to OWA.
    Hope my clarification is helpful.
    Best regards,

  • Photoshop Elements 8 und eMail mit Outlook 2003

    Hallo,

    Gutes Gelingen!

  • Reader 9.5.0 win7: using the Attach to Email... command causes outlook 2003 to freeze when sending

Clicking the envelope icon or choosing the menu option works as usual, but when I try to send the email in outlook 2003 I get an error message that says "The email failed, try again."  Then Outlook freezes and you have to end its task in order to continue.  I've had this issue on two seperate machines.  Any ideas, aside from attaching the email from outlook manually?

Does this happen for all the files or only files greater than a certain size?

  • How to send HTML email in Outlook

How do I send a HTML email in Outlook 2003? I figured out how to do it in Outlook Express. I can't figure out how to open the place for entering the source code like OE. How do I do this.
Yes, I have already posted the HTML onto a server.
Yes, the CSS is in the HTML file.

Don't use Outlook or Outlook Express for this.
My recommendation is the same as Joe's.  Either use a dedicated bulk email software or a bulk email service like MailChimp, etc...
If your list is especially large, and you attempt to send to a volume that's prohibited by your server or email service provider, you could be in violation of their anti-spamming rules.  You don't want that.

  • Acrobat Reader 7, 8 & 9 + Outlook 2003 = Freezing

    Hi guys,
    Here's my issue:
A few of our users here use the "Attach to email..." option within Acrobat Reader after opening a PDF from an email within Outlook 2003 (why they refuse to just forward the damn e-mail, I do not know). Anyways, after typing into the e-mail, they hit "Send" and then both Outlook and Acrobat Reader freeze up. Now just to add to the fun, this happens intermittently. Sometimes twice a day, sometimes twenty.
    Things I've tried:
    - Reinstalling Acrobat Reader.
    - Installing versions 7, 8 and 9 (uninstalling the previous one first of course)
    - Reinstalling Outlook 2003.
    - Reinstalling the entire Office 2003 package.
    - Reconfiguring his Exchange settings (cached mode, etc)
Does anyone have any ideas? I see a number of people with this problem, but no real fix apart from the whole "Don't use Acrobat Reader, hurr" response. We do not have this luxury.
If an Adobe Rep sees this and can even give me an answer of "This is a current issue and it's being looked into.", that would be fine. I need to give these users something to get them off my back.
    Cheers.

You do not need Reader and Acrobat on the same system. Acrobat will do all that reader does.
If you have both installed on the same system, you should remove Reader using the Windows Install Cleanu Utitlity and repair Acrobat. If repairing Acrobat does not solve the problem, you remove Acrobat using the Windows Install Cleanu Utitlity and reinstall Acrobat.
    Good luck.

  • Outlook 2003 problem

    Hello,
Just recently if I write an e-mail only a part of it will be sent, especially if I delete a part of it and rewrite it.
Another time it actually sent what I decided to delete and not any of the new dialogue at all?
As you can tell this could be very embarrassing.
    Help!!
    Thanks Abnerchester

    Hi,
Try to send the email to yourself, and check if there's a difference between the one in
Sent Items and the one in Inbox.
Please also logon your Webmail/OWA, send the email and check if the issue persists.
If this issue only occurs when you send emails on Outlook 2003 Client, please run Outlook in Safe Mode to determine if it's 3rd-party add-ins related:
Press Win + R and type “outlook.exe /safe” in the blank box, then press Enter.
If there’s no problem in Safe Mode, disable the suspicious add-ins to verify which add-ins caused this issue.
We can also try to repair Office in Control Panel to check the result.

  • I recieve my reciepts from all of my Apple purchases via email to my email cllient "MS Outlook 2003" on a Windows 7 Home Premium platform. I cannot format the print appearance of HTML documents within Outlook and the print border cuts of the last digit?

I use MS Outlook as my email client under Windows 7 Home Premium and when I receive a reciept from Apple for purchases made for my iPhone (Stores or iTunes) the HTML formatting cuts off the last digit of the price paid on my eReceipts (the only receipts I get). Outlook 2003 does not allow for HTML print formatting since they (HTMLs) are formatted from the source (Apple). Can you help me to get Apple to fix this or find a workaround?

Just to recap, this is a collection of ports I have collected over time for people who needed this information when setting up the HP ePrint app so that they could view their email from within the app.  I am certain other applications also need this information.  Although lengthy, I could not find a more comprehensive place to retrieve this information.  Feel free to post additional information, faulty information, or other related topics below as this is simply a collection of data and it would be practically impossible to test all of them. Thank you!
Don't forgot to say thanks by giving "Kudos" if I helped solve your problem.
